本发明提供一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法，1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后，用粉碎机粉为细粉；2、将细粉放入容器内加入清水，加入量以高出细粉10cm为准，浸泡10小时；3、浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮，开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时，煮后用滤布滤留粉汁，再加同等清水煎煮取汁，共三次煎煮取汁后，将三次取汁混合静置沉淀，滤除粉渣，获取粗汁；4、将粗汁采用传统方法或用浓缩机进行浓缩，获取清膏；5、取蜂蜜与清膏按比例混合后用小火敖炼，同时不间断搅拌，使之成为膏汁即可，标准为滴入清水凝结成珠不散开为准。由此方法生产而成的蜂蜜天麻膏可直接食用，既无任何药味，又风味独特，对人体具有极好的保健功能。

本发明涉及一种天麻膏的生产方法，具体的说是一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法。
背景技术
天麻是一种药食两用的植物，多年来，人们都爱用天麻取汁食用，现很多生产厂家在取用天麻汁后，剩余天麻渣都是直接丢弃，大多认为，取汁后的天麻渣仅剩下渣块，无任何药用价值，但经实测，天麻取汁后的块渣仍富含较大的药用成分，而直接废弃扔掉，实际是造成了资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于充分利用废弃天麻渣块，使之变废为宝，为此提供一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法，可将天麻废渣与蜂蜜组合生产为可食用的蜂蜜天麻膏。
本发明包括将天麻渣晾干后用粉碎机粉为细粉，所采用的技术方案在于：
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后，用粉碎机粉为细粉；
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水，加入量以高出细粉10cm为准，加入清水后浸泡10小时；
步骤3、将浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮，开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时，煮后用滤布滤留粉汁，再加同等清水煎煮取汁，共三次煎煮取汁后，将三次取汁混合静置沉淀，滤除粉渣，获取粗汁；
步骤4、将上述粗汁采用传统方法或用浓缩机进行浓缩，获取密度为1.21～1.25的清膏；
步骤5、取蜂蜜与清膏按重量份2：1的比例混合后用小火敖炼，同时不间断搅拌，使之成为膏汁即可，标准为滴入清水凝结成珠不散开为准。
本发明具有如下优势效果：通过上述技术方案，由于充分利用天麻余渣，科学合理的与蜂蜜组合为一体而制作为蜂蜜天麻膏，可直接食用，其味道鲜美，产品中无任何防腐剂等化学物品，产品中富含天麻和蜂蜜的药用和保健营养成分，使天麻余渣变废为宝得以利用，解决了现在天麻渣块废弃处理造成浪费的问题，方法科学简单，有利提高企业和社会效益。

实施例1
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后，用粉碎机粉为细粉；
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水，加入量以高出细粉10cm为准，加入清水后浸泡10小时；
步骤3、将浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮，开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时，煮后用滤布滤留粉汁，再加同等清水煎煮取汁，共三次煎煮取汁后，将三次取汁混合静置沉淀，滤除粉渣，获取粗汁；

1.一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法，包括将天麻渣晾干后用粉碎机粉为细粉，其特征在于：
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后，用粉碎机粉为细粉；
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水，加入量以高出细粉10cm为准，加入清水后浸泡10小时；
步骤3、将浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮，开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时，煮后用滤布滤留粉汁，再加同等清水煎煮取汁，共三次煎煮取汁后，将三次取汁混合静置沉淀，滤除粉渣，获取粗汁；
