Abstract
本发明提供一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法,1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后,用粉碎机粉为细粉;2、将细粉放入容器内加入清水,加入量以高出细粉10cm为准,浸泡10小时;3、浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮,开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时,煮后用滤布滤留粉汁,再加同等清水煎煮取汁,共三次煎煮取汁后,将三次取汁混合静置沉淀,滤除粉渣,获取粗汁;4、将粗汁采用传统方法或用浓缩机进行浓缩,获取清膏;5、取蜂蜜与清膏按比例混合后用小火敖炼,同时不间断搅拌,使之成为膏汁即可,标准为滴入清水凝结成珠不散开为准。由此方法生产而成的蜂蜜天麻膏可直接食用,既无任何药味,又风味独特,对人体具有极好的保健功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种天麻膏的生产方法,具体的说是一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法。
背景技术
天麻是一种药食两用的植物,多年来,人们都爱用天麻取汁食用,现很多生产厂家在取用天麻汁后,剩余天麻渣都是直接丢弃,大多认为,取汁后的天麻渣仅剩下渣块,无任何药用价值,但经实测,天麻取汁后的块渣仍富含较大的药用成分,而直接废弃扔掉,实际是造成了资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于充分利用废弃天麻渣块,使之变废为宝,为此提供一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法,可将天麻废渣与蜂蜜组合生产为可食用的蜂蜜天麻膏。
本发明包括将天麻渣晾干后用粉碎机粉为细粉,所采用的技术方案在于:
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后,用粉碎机粉为细粉;
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水,加入量以高出细粉10cm为准,加入清水后浸泡10小时;
步骤3、将浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮,开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时,煮后用滤布滤留粉汁,再加同等清水煎煮取汁,共三次煎煮取汁后,将三次取汁混合静置沉淀,滤除粉渣,获取粗汁;
步骤4、将上述粗汁采用传统方法或用浓缩机进行浓缩,获取密度为1.21~1.25的清膏;
步骤5、取蜂蜜与清膏按重量份2:1的比例混合后用小火敖炼,同时不间断搅拌,使之成为膏汁即可,标准为滴入清水凝结成珠不散开为准。
本发明具有如下优势效果:通过上述技术方案,由于充分利用天麻余渣,科学合理的与蜂蜜组合为一体而制作为蜂蜜天麻膏,可直接食用,其味道鲜美,产品中无任何防腐剂等化学物品,产品中富含天麻和蜂蜜的药用和保健营养成分,使天麻余渣变废为宝得以利用,解决了现在天麻渣块废弃处理造成浪费的问题,方法科学简单,有利提高企业和社会效益。

实施例1
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后,用粉碎机粉为细粉;
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水,加入量以高出细粉10cm为准,加入清水后浸泡10小时;

1.一种天麻渣生产蜂蜜天麻膏的方法,包括将天麻渣晾干后用粉碎机粉为细粉,其特征在于:
步骤1、将天麻使用后的渣块晾干后,用粉碎机粉为细粉;
步骤2、将上述细粉放入不锈钢容器内加入清水,加入量以高出细粉10cm为准,加入清水后浸泡10小时;
步骤3、将浸泡后的细粉及水同时上火煎煮,开始大火煮沸后改用小火煮1小时,煮后用滤布滤留粉汁,再加同等清水煎煮取汁,共三次煎煮取汁后,将三次取汁混合静置沉淀,滤除粉渣,获取粗汁;
