Based on the hardware structure of the equipment, the embodiment of the ETC-based parking space management method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the method of the present invention, the method for ETC-based parking space management includes:
and step S10, scanning an electronic tag in a preset area based on ETC, and acquiring vehicle information in the electronic tag when the electronic tag exists in the preset area.
The ETC-based parking space management method is applied to ETC-based parking space management equipment (called a terminal, equipment or terminal equipment), and the ETC-based parking space management equipment comprises equipment with information acquisition and information processing functions, such as a smart phone, a computer, an OBU (On board Unit), an RSU (Road Side Unit), a camera and the like.
The ETC-based parking space management method is applied to a parking lot with chargeable parking spaces and supporting an ETC (electronic toll collection) system, and the ETC system comprises two core hardware, namely an on-board unit and a roadside unit, wherein the on-board unit is installed on a vehicle, the roadside unit is installed at an entrance and an exit of the parking lot, when the vehicle with the on-board unit is in a scanning range of the roadside unit, the roadside unit can scan the on-board unit and acquire information installed in an electronic tag in the on-board unit, a preset area in the embodiment refers to a range capable of being scanned by the roadside unit, the electronic tag refers to an information carrier which is installed in the on-board unit and can be scanned and identified by the roadside unit, and vehicle information of the vehicle with the on-board unit is stored in the electronic tag, wherein the vehicle information comprises a license plate number and a vehicle type.
Step S20, when the geomagnetic sensor disposed in the target parking space detects the target vehicle associated with the electronic tag, determine whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space matches the vehicle type of the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, the target parking space is a certain parking space in a parking lot supporting the ETC electronic toll collection system, the target vehicle is a vehicle which enters the target parking space and is associated with the electronic tag, it can be known that vehicle information is stored in the electronic tag, the vehicle information includes a license plate number and a vehicle type, the vehicle type is a type which divides the vehicle into chargeable and non-chargeable vehicles according to whether the vehicle is chargeable or not, and a video recognition device, such as a camera capable of recognizing the license plate number, is arranged on or near the target parking space. When a geomagnetic sensor arranged in a target parking space detects a target vehicle, a video identification device acquires the license plate number of the target vehicle, a road side unit acquires the vehicle information in an electronic tag at an entrance and exit of a parking lot and guides the vehicle information into a system database, and after the video identification device in the target parking space acquires the license plate number of the target vehicle, the video identification device searches the license plate number of the target vehicle in the system database and determines the vehicle type of the target vehicle according to the license plate number.
Whether the target parking space contains the charging device in the parking space or not in the embodiment determines the parking space attribute, wherein the parking space attribute comprises a chargeable parking space and a non-chargeable parking space, namely, the parking space attribute of the parking space containing the charging device is the chargeable parking space, and the parking space attribute of the parking space not containing the charging device is the non-chargeable parking space. The target vehicle determines the type of the vehicle according to whether the vehicle uses electric energy as fuel, and the purpose of judging whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the type of the vehicle of the target vehicle is to forbid the chargeable parking space with the charging device, which occupies a small number of ordinary fuel vehicles.
And step S30, if the parking space attribute of the target parking space is not matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle, outputting parking abnormity prompt information.
The situation that the parking space attribute of the target parking space is not matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle comprises two situations, namely, a non-rechargeable vehicle is parked on a rechargeable parking space, a rechargeable vehicle is parked on a non-rechargeable parking space, when the first situation occurs, the ETC-based parking space management program outputs abnormal parking prompt information in ETC-based parking space management equipment so that a parking lot manager can check abnormal situations according to the abnormal parking prompt information, when the second situation occurs, the ETC-based parking space management method provides a solution, namely, when the second situation occurs, the ETC-based parking space management program searches whether a free (namely, a parking space without a parked vehicle) rechargeable parking space exists in the parking lot, and if so, the ETC-based parking space management program outputs abnormal parking space prompt information, if the ETC-based parking space attribute does not exist, the ETC-based parking space management program defaults to not trigger the instruction for judging whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle.
And step S40, if the parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle, outputting a charging instruction to a vehicle charging device arranged in the target parking space so as to settle the charge of the target vehicle.
The parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle, and the first type is that the chargeable vehicle is parked on the chargeable parking space, and the second type is that the non-chargeable vehicle is parked on the non-chargeable parking space, no matter which case, the parking space management program based on the ETC can output a charging instruction to the vehicle charging device arranged in the target parking space so as to calculate the parking cost required by the parking of the vehicle, and the charging condition and the charging method of the specific parking cost, and the embodiment is not detailed in detail.
Whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle parked on the target parking space or not is judged in the embodiment, and if the parking space attribute of the target parking space is not matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle, abnormal parking prompt information is output, so that the management of the parking space is more standard.
Further, with reference to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the method of the present invention is proposed on the basis of the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment is a step before step S20 in the first embodiment, and the difference between this embodiment and the above-described embodiment of the present invention is:
step S01, when the video recognition device arranged at the position of the barrier rod detects that the target vehicle exists in the preset range, the license plate information of the target vehicle is obtained.
And step S01, when the vehicle information in the electronic tag fails to be acquired based on the ETC, outputting a license plate recognition instruction to a video recognition device arranged at the blocking rod in the preset area.
The embodiment is provided under the condition that the ETC cannot be used due to faults or the vehicle does not support the ETC.
When the vehicle wants to enter or leave, because the parking area ETC can't use or the vehicle does not support ETC because of the trouble, will can't acquire the vehicle information in the electronic tags based on ETC. Under the condition, the ETC-based parking space management program outputs a license plate recognition instruction to a video recognition device arranged at a stop rod of an entrance and exit of a parking lot in a preset area, and the purpose is to acquire vehicle information of a vehicle under the condition that the ETC cannot be used or the vehicle does not support the ETC due to faults in the parking lot.
And step S02, acquiring the license plate number and the license plate color of the target vehicle based on the license plate recognition instruction, and determining the vehicle type of the target vehicle according to the license plate color.
The video recognition device arranged at the blocking rod at the entrance and exit of the parking lot acquires the license plate number and the license plate color after receiving the license plate recognition instruction, wherein the vehicle type is determined according to the license plate color, for example, the license plate color of a chargeable vehicle is green, the license plate color of a non-chargeable vehicle is blue, and the embodiment does not specifically limit and detail the colors.
The embodiment provides a specific application scenario, and a certain traffic control department specifies that rechargeable vehicles are uniformly provided with green license plates so as to distinguish the rechargeable new energy vehicles from common vehicles. The first vehicle is a chargeable new energy vehicle, a parking space provided with a charging device is arranged in the first parking lot, when the first vehicle runs to a blocking rod at the entrance of the first parking lot, a video recognition device arranged at the blocking rod acquires the license plate number and the license plate color of the first vehicle, and when the license plate color acquired by the video recognition device is green, the type of the first vehicle is determined to be a chargeable vehicle.
Step S03, when the geomagnetic sensor disposed in the target parking space detects the target vehicle, the step of determining whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space matches the vehicle type of the target vehicle is performed.
In this embodiment, a video recognition device, such as a camera capable of recognizing a license plate number, is disposed on or near the target parking space. When a geomagnetic sensor arranged in a target parking space detects a target vehicle, a video recognition device obtains a license plate number of the target vehicle, the video recognition device obtains the license plate number and the license plate color of the target vehicle at an entrance and an exit of a parking lot, determines the vehicle type of the target vehicle according to the license plate color, and guides the vehicle type and the license plate number into a system database together, after the video recognition device in the target parking space obtains the license plate number of the target vehicle, the video recognition device can search the vehicle type of the target vehicle in the system database, and further executes the step of judging whether the parking space attribute of the target parking space is matched with the vehicle type of the target vehicle.
Considering the situation that ETC cannot be used due to faults or vehicles do not support ETC in the embodiment, the parking space management method based on ETC provides a solution, the types of the vehicles can be determined according to the colors of the license plates according to the license plates of different types of the vehicles corresponding to different colors, and diversification of the vehicle type confirmation method is realized.
Further, with reference to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the method of the present invention is proposed on the basis of the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment is a step before step S20 in the first embodiment, and the difference between this embodiment and the above-described embodiment of the present invention is:
step S04, when the object is detected by the geomagnetic sensor arranged in the target parking space and the detection state of the geomagnetic sensor is kept unchanged in a first preset time period, acquiring three-dimensional data of the object.
The object refers to the object that has ferromagnetism that can be detected by geomagnetic sensor in this embodiment, and it is known that ground, geomagnetic sensor can not detect the object that does not have ferromagnetism, and the prerequisite that the detection state of geomagnetic sensor keeps unchangeable in the first preset period of time sets up the purpose, and the circumstances of walking the target parking stall when considering that there is the vehicle to want to park on other parking stalls, wait these and do not park on the target parking stall but walk the target parking stall, and the detection state refers to the state that geomagnetic sensor detected the object, including detecting and not detecting. As can be seen from the principle of the geomagnetic sensor, the geomagnetic sensor can acquire the size of the ferromagnetic object in the detection range, that is, three-dimensional data. Specifically, the size of the first preset time period and how the geomagnetic sensor acquires three-dimensional data of a ferromagnetic object are not described in detail in this embodiment.
Step S05, determining whether the object is a vehicle based on the three-dimensional data of the object.
After the geomagnetic sensor acquires the three-dimensional data with the ferromagnetic object in the detection range, the three-dimensional data is judged, according to the three-dimensional data such as the length, the width and the like of the common vehicle on the market, the parking space management program based on the ETC in the embodiment provides the judgment standard of the range, for example, the vehicle length of the common vehicle is mostly in the range of 4 meters to 5.5 meters, the vehicle width is mostly in the range of 1.6 meters to 1.9 meters, and the vehicle height is mostly in the range of 1.3 meters to 2 meters, and according to the judgment standards, the parking space management program based on the ETC can judge whether the ferromagnetic object in the detection range is a vehicle or not. The specific method of judgment is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Step S06, if the object is not a vehicle, outputting a foreign object occupation warning.
One of the criteria for determining whether or not an object is a vehicle is to determine that the object is not a vehicle as long as any one of the three-dimensional data of the object is not within the determination range given by the ETC-based parking space management program. If judge and draw the object not the vehicle, and the object is in detection range (promptly, on the target parking stall), then consider that there is the condition that other objects occupy the parking stall, the parking stall management program based on ETC outputs the warning that the foreign matter is out of commission to there are other objects of parking in the suggestion parking area administrator or backstage managers target parking stall. Therefore, there is a special vehicle that is not in the three-dimensional data determination range, and in order to avoid false alarm, in this embodiment, after determining that the object is not a vehicle, the camera may be further started, so that a parking lot manager or a background manager may perform manual determination.
Step S07, if the object is a vehicle, determining that the object is a target vehicle.
Therefore, if any three-dimensional data of the object is within the judgment range given by the ETC-based parking space management program, the object is judged to be the target vehicle parked on the target parking space.
The function that can acquire the three-dimensional data that has ferromagnetic object through earth magnetism sensor in this embodiment further judges whether the object in earth magnetism sensor detection range is the vehicle to solved the condition that other objects were violated and were parked on the parking stall, makeed the parking stall management more standard.
Further, with reference to fig. 5, a fourth embodiment of the method of the present invention is proposed on the basis of the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment is a step of the first embodiment, which is a refinement of step S20, and the difference between this embodiment and the above-described embodiment of the present invention is:
step S21, when the geomagnetic sensor arranged in the target parking space detects the target vehicle associated with the electronic tag and the target vehicle is static in a second preset time period, outputting a distance measuring instruction to a distance measuring device arranged between adjacent parking spaces and facing the length direction of the parking space opening, and acquiring the distance value between the distance measuring device and the target vehicle based on the distance measuring instruction.
The scope of target parking stall is geomagnetic sensor's detection range promptly in this embodiment, and all be provided with geomagnetic sensor in every parking stall in the parking area, the specific position and the quantity of setting of geomagnetic sensor do not do restriction and elaboration in this embodiment in every parking stall, when geomagnetic sensor in the target parking stall detects the target vehicle, consider that the target vehicle probably can not once only park the completion, namely, the removal that the target vehicle can not stop at the in-process of parking, in order to judge whether the target vehicle parks the completion, introduce the judgement condition that is static in the second preset time quantum, namely, if the target vehicle is static in the second preset time quantum, judge that the target vehicle parks the completion, the restriction is not done to the specific value this embodiment of second preset time quantum. The distance measuring device in this embodiment is disposed in the middle of two adjacent parking spaces and at the rear end of each parking space, and it can be known that, on the premise of shortage of land resources, the parking spaces in a general parking lot are all adjacent to each other, as shown in fig. 10, for example, the distance measuring device is disposed at the positions between parking spaces 6 and 7 and at the rear end of parking space 6, and the distance measuring device may be an infrared distance measuring instrument, and if there is no object between parking spaces 6 and 7, the distance value measured by the distance measuring device will be greater than the length of one parking space.
And step S22, judging whether the distance value is smaller than a preset threshold value.
In this embodiment, the purpose of determining whether the distance value in the distance data is smaller than the preset threshold is to determine whether the vehicle is parked in a standard manner, the size of the preset threshold is the length of a single parking space, and the specific size of the preset threshold is not limited in this embodiment.
