In some embodiments of the present application, a roadside Unit (RSU) is installed beside each special parking space that needs authorization, and when a vehicle enters the special parking space, an inquiry signal is sent to an On Board Unit (OBU) of the parked vehicle, so as to obtain vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle. Vehicle identification information such as vehicle identification numbers, license plate information, vehicle types and the like is stored in a vehicle-mounted unit of the vehicles, and the vehicle identification information of each vehicle uniquely identifies the vehicle and is used for distinguishing each vehicle.
The traditional method for recognizing the vehicle information through the image is easily influenced by conditions such as angles, light rays and weather, so that the license plate cannot be recognized or is recognized wrongly, and the license plate of part of new energy vehicles is similar to the license plate of the traditional gasoline vehicle, so that whether the vehicle is a new energy vehicle or not is difficult to recognize from the license plate. According to the method and the system, the vehicle information is acquired from the vehicle-mounted unit of the vehicle through the roadside unit device, the defects existing in the traditional method for identifying the vehicle information through images can be effectively overcome, the new energy automobile and the gasoline automobile can be accurately identified, and the identification accuracy is improved.
And step S120, uploading the vehicle identification information to a server, receiving a comparison result of the vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle sent by the server and the pre-stored authorized vehicle information, and giving an alarm under the condition that the comparison result is inconsistent.
In some embodiments of the present application, the roadside unit device uploads the vehicle identification information to the server after acquiring the vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle. The server stores authorized vehicle information of a special parking space, compares the received vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle with the authorized vehicle information of the parking space, if the received vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle is consistent with the authorized vehicle information of the parking space, the parked vehicle is indicated to be the authorized vehicle, if the received vehicle identification information of the parked vehicle is inconsistent with the authorized vehicle information of the parking space, the parked vehicle is not the authorized vehicle, the vehicle is not authorized to park on the parking space, and then an alarm is given to enable the parked vehicle to drive away from the parking space.
Wherein, the server comprises a cloud server or a sentry box terminal server. The authorized vehicle information of the special parking spaces is stored in the server, the vehicle identification information of the parked vehicles is uploaded to the server, the server is compared with the authorized information, the parking spaces are not required to be managed manually, automatic management of the parking spaces is achieved, management cost is saved, and management efficiency is improved.
