Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Parking lots generally manage parking spaces through parking space management equipment. If the license plate number of the vehicle driving into the parking space is different from the bound license plate number of the parking space, the parking space management equipment can determine that the driving condition is met and display the alarm information.
However, when the vehicle passes through the parking space without entering the parking space, the parking space management device may misjudge that the entry condition is satisfied, and may display the warning information. Therefore, a false alarm situation may occur.
The embodiment of the application provides a parking space management method, in the method, parking space management equipment adds alarm information into a cache queue before displaying the alarm information, and the parking space management equipment can delete the alarm information in the cache queue without displaying the alarm information when determining that the exit condition is met. Therefore, when the vehicle passes through the parking space and does not enter the parking space, even if the parking space management equipment misjudges that the entry condition meets the requirement that the alarm information is added into the cache queue, after the target duration, the parking space management equipment can also determine that the exit condition meets the requirement and delete the alarm information, so that the parking space management equipment cannot display the alarm information.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a parking space management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be used for a parking space management device in a parking space management system (the parking space management system may be an internet of things system, and the like), and the parking space management device may be a computer, a server, and other devices with a processing function. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and step 101, when the driving condition is met, adding target warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle into the cache queue.
The target parking space is any parking space managed by the parking space management device in the parking lot (such as a community parking lot and a mall parking lot).
The target parking space is provided with a bound license plate number, wherein the binding means that the parking space number of the target parking space and the bound license plate number have a corresponding relation. The binding license plate number of the target parking space can be the license plate number of the vehicle of the user to which the target parking space belongs, and the target parking space can be provided with one binding license plate number or a plurality of binding license plate numbers. Optionally, the bound license plate number has an expiration date, and at this time, the bound license plate number of the target parking space means: the parking space number of the target parking space and the binding license plate number have a corresponding relation, and the binding license plate number is in the validity period. The parking space management equipment can acquire the bound license plate number corresponding to the parking space number of the target parking space and judge whether the bound license plate number is in the validity period. And when the bound license plate number is within the validity period, determining the bound license plate number as the bound license plate number of the target parking space.
The target vehicle is any vehicle, and the vehicle may be a vehicle of a user belonging to the target parking space or may not be the vehicle of the user belonging to the target parking space.
The driving-in conditions include: and the target vehicle drives into the target parking space, and the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than the similarity threshold value.
The similarity threshold may be 100%, or may be any value less than 100%, such as 90%, 85%, etc. If the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the binding license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than the similarity threshold value, the license plate number of the target vehicle is not the binding license plate number of the target parking space. If the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the binding license plate number of the target parking space is larger than or equal to the similarity threshold value, the license plate number of the target vehicle is the binding license plate number of the target parking space.
It should be noted that, when the target parking space has a plurality of bound license plate numbers, the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number of the target parking space in the driving-in condition is smaller than the similarity threshold value, which can be understood as: the similarity of the license plate number of the target vehicle and each bound license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than a similarity threshold value.
When the driving-in condition is met, the target vehicle is not the vehicle of the user to which the target parking space belongs, and the target vehicle drives into the target parking space, so that the target parking space is occupied by the target vehicle. At this time, the parking space management device needs to give an alarm for the event that the target vehicle occupies the target parking space. For example, the parking space management device may add target warning information for the target vehicle occupying the target parking space in a cache queue to prepare for subsequent display of the warning information, where the cache queue is used to cache the warning information that is not displayed.
Optionally, the target warning information for the target vehicle occupying the target parking space at least includes: the license plate number of the target vehicle and the parking space number of the target parking space. Therefore, the target warning information is associated with both the target vehicle and the target parking space, so that the target warning information is the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle.
For example, if the license plate number of the target vehicle is "xxxxxx" and the parking space number of the target parking space is "YYYY", the target warning information for the target vehicle occupying the target parking space may be: "XXXXXXXX vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space YYYY".
And 102, for the alarm information in the cache queue, displaying the alarm information after the alarm information is added into the target duration of the cache queue.
For the warning information in the cache queue, if the warning information still exists in the cache queue after the target duration, that is, the current situation that the vehicle occupies the parking space is not changed, the parking space management device can display the warning information to remind a driver of the vehicle to stop occupying. The target duration may be a duration pre-stored in the parking space management device, for example, the target duration may be 30 seconds or 1 minute.
The parking space management equipment can display the warning information in various modes.
In an optional implementation manner, the parking space management device may have a display screen, a speaker, and other components for warning, and the parking space management device may display the warning information by using the display screen and/or play the warning information by using the speaker.
In another optional implementation manner, the parking space management system may further include an alarm device. The warning device can comprise equipment such as a sound box, a display screen and/or a warning lamp, and the warning device can be arranged near the parking space. When the parking space management equipment displays the warning information, the sound box can be controlled to play voice prompt, the display screen is controlled to display the prompt information, and/or the warning lamp is controlled to flicker.
Illustratively, taking the example in step 101 as an example, the parking space management device adds the target warning information "xxxxxx vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space YYYY" in the buffer queue in step 101. If the target warning message still exists in the cache queue after the target duration after step 101, the parking space management device may control a sound system near the target parking space to play a voice prompt "xxxxxx vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space YYYY".
In yet another optional implementation manner, the parking space management system may further include a server. The parking space management equipment can send the alarm information to be displayed to the server, and then the server displays the alarm information. When the server displays the warning information, the server can control the sound equipment to play voice prompt, control the display screen to display the prompt information and/or control the warning lamp to flicker.
In still another alternative implementation, the space management device or the server may store in advance an identification (e.g., a telephone number) of a terminal held by a user belonging to each space in the parking lot, an identification (e.g., a telephone number) of a terminal held by a user belonging to each vehicle in the parking lot, and an identification (e.g., a telephone number) of a terminal held by a parking lot manager. Based on the information, the parking space management equipment or the server can also send the warning information to the terminal held by the user belonging to the target parking space, the terminal held by the user belonging to the target vehicle and the terminal held by the parking lot management personnel based on the pre-stored identification of the terminal, so that the terminals can display the warning information. Therefore, the personnel belonging to the target parking space can find the occupied information of the target parking space in time and take measures, the driver of the target vehicle can also recognize the own occupation behavior and stop the occupation behavior in time, and the parking lot manager can go to the target parking space to intervene the occupation behavior after finding that the target parking space is occupied.
It should be noted that the buffer queue is configured to buffer the alarm information that is not shown, and therefore, after the alarm information in the buffer queue is shown, the alarm information needs to be deleted from the buffer queue.
And 103, deleting the target alarm information in the cache queue if the cache queue comprises the target alarm information when the exit condition is met.
The exit conditions include: and the target vehicle exits the target parking space. And if the driving-out condition is met, indicating that the target vehicle stops occupying the target parking space. If the target alarm information is displayed, false alarm can be caused. Therefore, in order to avoid false alarm, the parking space management equipment detects whether the target alarm information is included in the cache queue when the exit condition is met. If the cache queue comprises the target warning information, the parking space management equipment can delete the target warning information in the cache queue.
Illustratively, taking the example in step 101 as an example, the parking space management device adds the target warning information "xxxxxx vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space YYYY" in the buffer queue in step 101. If the target vehicle exits the target slot after step 101, the slot management device determines that the exit condition is satisfied. At this time, the parking space management device needs to detect whether the target warning information still exists in the cache queue, and if the target warning information exists in the cache queue, the parking space management device can delete the target warning information to avoid false warning.
The parking space management method is used for solving the problem that a target vehicle drives through a target parking space without driving into the target parking space, or when the target vehicle needs to temporarily occupy the target parking space to complete operations such as reversing or turning around, or the parking space management system fails. When these conditions occur, the parking space management device may determine that the entry condition is satisfied, determine that the exit condition is satisfied, and determine that a duration from when the entry condition is satisfied to when the exit condition is satisfied is less than or equal to the target duration. When the parking space management device determines that the driving-in condition is met, the parking space management device can add target warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle into the cache queue. And then, when the parking space management equipment determines that the exit condition is met, the parking space management equipment detects that the target warning information still exists in the cache queue, and the target warning information in the cache queue can be deleted to avoid the target warning information being displayed. Therefore, even if the parking space management equipment determines that the driving-in condition is met, the target warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle cannot be displayed, and the false warning is effectively prevented.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present application provides a parking space management method, in which when a driving condition is satisfied (i.e., parking space occupation occurs), a parking space management device may add target warning information that a target vehicle occupies a target parking space to a cache queue, so as to display the target warning information after a target duration. When the parking space management equipment determines that the driving-out condition is met within the target duration, the target warning information can be deleted from the cache queue, so that the target warning information is prevented from being displayed. Therefore, when the vehicle passes through the parking space and does not enter the parking space, the parking space management equipment adds the warning information into the cache queue and deletes the warning information, the warning information cannot be displayed, and the false warning is effectively prevented.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a parking space management system provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the parking space management system may be an internet of things system and the like. Referring to fig. 2, the system may include: a parking space management device 110, an image acquisition device 120, a transfer device 130 (also called a parking space guidance manager), a server 140, and an alert device 150. The parking space management device 110, the transfer device 130 and the server 140 may establish a wired or wireless communication connection, the alerting device 150, the parking space management device 110, the transfer device 130 and the server 140 may establish a wired or wireless communication connection, and the image capturing device 120 and the transfer device 130 may establish a wired or wireless communication connection.
Optionally, the parking space management device 110 may be a device with a processing function, such as a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or a server; the image capturing device 120 may be a camera, a video camera, a still camera or other devices with a photographing function; the transfer device 130 may be a Micro Controller Unit (MCU), a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a server, or other devices with processing functions; the server 140 may be one server or may be a server cluster consisting of several servers. The alerting device 150 may be a sound, a display screen, or a warning light. For example, referring to fig. 2, the parking space management device 110 may be a desktop computer, the image capturing device 120 may be a camera, the relay device 130 may be an MCU, the server 140 may be a server, and the warning device 150 may be a speaker.
The embodiment of the application provides another parking space management method, which can be applied to the parking space management system shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
step 201, an image acquisition device acquires a parking space image of a target parking space.
Wherein, this target parking stall is arbitrary parking stall in the parking area. The image acquisition equipment is installed near the target parking stall and can shoot the target parking stall to realize the acquisition of the parking stall image of the target parking stall.
The parking space image of the target parking space can be a video or a plurality of continuously collected pictures. When the parking space image is a video, the video comprises a plurality of frames of images which are sequentially arranged; when the parking space image is a plurality of pictures, the image acquisition equipment can also record the acquisition time of each picture.
The image acquisition device can acquire the parking space image of the target parking space in real time, or periodically acquire the parking space image of the target parking space (the period can be 15 seconds or 30 seconds and the like), or acquire the parking space image of the target parking space when certain conditions are met. For example, the certain conditions may include: the image acquisition device detects that the change degree of the light in the surrounding environment is greater than the change degree threshold value.
Step 202, the image acquisition device sends the parking space image to the transfer device.
After the image acquisition equipment acquires the parking space image of the target parking space, the image acquisition equipment can send the parking space image to the transfer equipment based on the communication connection between the image acquisition equipment and the transfer equipment so as to enable the transfer equipment to identify and analyze the parking space image.
In addition, when the parking space image of the target parking space is a plurality of images, the image acquisition equipment can also send the acquisition time of each image to the transfer equipment.
Step 203, the transfer device determines whether the report condition of the entrance and the exit exists in the report condition of the entrance according to the parking space image. If the report condition is satisfied, go to step 204.
And if the report condition which is met does not exist in the entry report condition and the exit report condition, the transfer equipment does not process the parking space image.
Wherein, the entry reporting condition comprises: the parking space image of the target parking space acquired by the image acquisition equipment comprises an image of a target vehicle, and the target vehicle drives into the target parking space. The outgoing reporting condition comprises: the parking space image of the target parking space acquired by the image acquisition equipment comprises an image of a target vehicle, and the target vehicle drives out of the target parking space.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the transfer device is a device having an analysis function, and may identify and analyze the parking space image uploaded by the image capture device, and thereby determine whether the parking space image includes an image of the target vehicle, and determine whether the image of the target vehicle includes an image of the license plate number of the target vehicle when the parking space image includes the image of the target vehicle.
In addition, if the parking space image is a video including an image of the target vehicle, the transfer device may determine whether the target vehicle is driven into the target parking space or driven out of the target parking space according to a movement track of the target vehicle in the video. If the parking space image is a plurality of pictures including the image of the target vehicle, the image acquisition device sends the acquisition time of each picture in the pictures to the transfer device, so that the transfer device can determine the shooting sequence of the pictures according to the acquisition time of the pictures, further determine the moving track of the target vehicle, and determine whether the target vehicle enters the target parking space or leaves the target parking space according to the moving track.
And step 204, the transfer equipment sends the report information to the parking space management equipment.
According to the description in step 203, the transfer device may send the report information to the parking space management device when the report condition that is satisfied exists in the entry report condition and the exit report condition. When the entry reporting condition is met, the reporting information comprises: the driving indication information (such as 1) and the parking space number of the target parking space. When the driving-in reporting condition is met, if the parking space image comprises the image of the license plate number of the target vehicle, the reporting information further comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle. When the outbound report condition is satisfied, the report information includes: the driving-out indication information (such as 0) and the parking space number of the target parking space.
It can be understood that, if the transit device determines that the parking space image includes the image of the license plate number of the target vehicle, the transit device may acquire the image of the license plate number of the target vehicle from the parking space image. The relay device may then extract the license plate number of the target vehicle from the image of the license plate number. Similarly, the transfer device can also extract the parking space number of the target parking space from the parking space image.
Taking the example in step 101 as an example, when the entry reporting condition is satisfied, the reporting information sent by the transit device to the parking space management device may include: the driving-in instruction information 1 and the parking space number YYYY of the target parking space. When the entry reporting condition is met, if the parking space image comprises the image of the license plate number of the target vehicle, the reporting information further comprises the license plate number XXXXXXXX of the target vehicle. When the exit reporting condition is satisfied, the reporting information sent by the transit device to the parking space management device may include: exit instruction information 0, and the slot number YYYY of the target slot.
Optionally, the reported information may further include a parking space image, such as a parking space image in a character form. Optionally, when the parking space image is a plurality of pictures, the reported information may further include the acquisition time of each picture.
Step 205, the parking space management device determines whether the driving-in condition and the driving-out condition are met according to the reported information. If the entry condition is satisfied, step 206 is executed, and if the exit condition is satisfied, step 209 is executed.
Wherein, the driving-in condition comprises the following steps: and the target vehicle drives into the target parking space, and the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than the similarity threshold value. The exit conditions include: and the target vehicle exits the target parking space. It can be understood that the determination of the relationship between the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the binding license plate number of the target parking space and the similarity threshold value may be performed based on the license plate number of the target vehicle included in the report information, and if the report information does not include the license plate number of the target vehicle, the parking space management device may not determine the relationship between the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the binding license plate number of the target parking space and the similarity threshold value, and may not determine whether the entry condition is satisfied.
The reporting information comprises: when the parking space management equipment receives the driving indication information, the parking space management equipment can determine that the target vehicle drives into the target parking space; the reporting information comprises: when the parking space management equipment drives in the indication information, if the reported information also comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle, the parking space management equipment can also judge whether the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than a similarity threshold value. When the target vehicle drives into the target parking space and the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the binding license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than the similarity threshold value, the parking space management device can determine that the driving condition is met.
The reporting information comprises: when the vehicle exits from the parking space, the parking space management device may determine that the target vehicle exits from the target parking space, thereby determining that the exit condition is satisfied.
Optionally, the parking space management device may also directly receive the parking space image sent by the image acquisition device, identify and analyze the parking space image, and then determine whether the entry condition and the exit condition are satisfied based on the analysis result. The embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
Optionally, after receiving the report information, the parking space management device may further unify the data format of the report information (e.g., unify the license plate number of the target vehicle into a six-digit character string), and then execute step 205 according to the report information with the unified data format.
Optionally, the parking space management device may include an adapter module and a parking space management edge service module, where the adapter module may be configured to unify data formats of the reported information, detect whether the reported information includes a license plate number of the target vehicle, and filter the reported information that includes the entry indication information but does not include the license plate number of the target vehicle. The parking space management edge service module can be used for judging the driving-in condition and the driving-out condition according to the information obtained by filtering of the adapter module.
The above contents include the following conditions: and driving the target vehicle into the target parking space, wherein the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number of the target parking space is smaller than the similarity threshold value.
Optionally, the entry condition further comprises: and in the auxiliary time length before the current moment, the number of the alarm information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle, which is added in the cache queue, is less than the number threshold value. In other words, if the parking space management device adds the warning information for the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle to the cache queue for multiple times within a period of time, it is likely that the number of the warning information for the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle, which is added to the cache queue by the parking space management device, is greater than or equal to the number threshold value within the auxiliary duration before the current time, and at this time, the parking space management device will not add the target warning information to the cache queue any more.
Optionally, the entry condition further comprises: the buffer queue does not include auxiliary warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the auxiliary vehicle, the similarity between the license plate number of the auxiliary vehicle and the license plate number of the target vehicle is greater than or equal to a similarity threshold value, and the auxiliary warning information is the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the vehicle, which is added in the buffer queue last time by the parking space management equipment. In other words, when the auxiliary alarm information similar to the target alarm information exists in the cache queue, it indicates that the auxiliary alarm information is about to be displayed, and the auxiliary alarm information and the target alarm information are likely to be alarms for the same event, so that the target alarm information does not need to be added in the cache queue at this time.
And step 206, when the driving-in condition is met, the parking space management equipment adds target warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle into the cache queue.
Step 206 may refer to step 101, and is not described herein again in this embodiment of the present application.
And step 207, when the target vehicle drives into the target parking space, if the cache queue comprises the warning information to be deleted, the parking space management equipment deletes the warning information to be deleted in the cache queue.
Wherein, the alarm information to be deleted includes at least one of the following information: aiming at the warning information that other vehicles occupy the target parking space, the other vehicles are different from the target vehicle. And aiming at the warning information that the target vehicle occupies other parking spaces, the other parking spaces are different from the target parking space.
If the reported information contains the entering indication information, the target vehicle occupies the target parking space, namely, no vehicle except the target vehicle occupies the target parking space, and the target vehicle does not occupy other parking spaces. In order to avoid the display of the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by other vehicles in the cache queue and the display of the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle in the cache queue, the parking space management equipment can delete the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by other vehicles in the cache queue and the warning information aiming at the target parking space occupied by the target vehicle.
Taking the example in step 101 as an example, when a target vehicle with a license plate number of "xxxxxx" enters a target parking space with a parking space number of "YYYY", if the reported information received by the parking space management device includes the entry instruction information and it is detected that the to-be-deleted warning information "xxxxxxxx vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space 1111" is included in the cache queue, the parking space management device may delete the to-be-deleted warning information "xxxxxxxxxx vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space 1111" from the cache queue.
Optionally, when the target vehicle drives into the target parking space, if the cache queue includes the warning information to be deleted, the parking space management device may not delete the warning information to be deleted in the cache queue.
And step 208, after the warning information in the cache queue is added into the target duration of the cache queue, the parking space management equipment sends the warning information to the server.
For the warning information in the cache queue, if the warning information still exists in the cache queue after the target duration, the current situation that the vehicle occupies the parking space is not changed, and the parking space management device can send the warning information to the server so that the server can perform subsequent operations.
And step 209, the server controls the alarm equipment to display the alarm information.
The server controls the alarm device to display the alarm information in the following way: the sound box is controlled to play voice prompt, the display screen is controlled to display prompt information, and/or the warning lamp is controlled to flicker. The warning devices are all arranged near the target parking space, so that a driver of the target vehicle can be prompted to stop occupying behaviors as soon as possible.
Step 210, when the exit condition is satisfied, if the cache queue includes the target alarm information, deleting the target alarm information in the cache queue.
Step 210 may refer to step 103, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the present application.
Step 211, when the exit condition is met, if the cache queue includes the warning information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space, the parking space management device deletes the warning information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space in the cache queue.
The vehicle may be a target vehicle or may not be a target vehicle, which is not limited herein. And if the driving-out condition is met, indicating that the target vehicle stops occupying the target parking space. That is, at this time, the target parking space is not occupied by any vehicle, so as to avoid false alarm, if the cache queue includes alarm information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space, the parking space management device may delete the alarm information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space in the cache queue.
Taking the example in step 101 as an example, when a target vehicle with the license plate number "xxxxxx" drives out a target parking space with the parking space number "YYYY", if the parking space management device determines that the driving-out condition is satisfied and detects that the buffer queue includes the warning information "zzzzzzzz vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space yyyyy", the warning information "zzzzzz vehicle owner does not occupy the parking space yyyyy" is deleted from the buffer queue.
Optionally, when the exit condition is met, if the cache queue includes warning information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space, the parking space management device may not delete the warning information for any vehicle occupying the target parking space in the cache queue.
For example, for the case that two target vehicles alternately drive through the target parking spaces at a high speed, the parking space management device may first determine that the driving condition of the target vehicle 1 is satisfied, and add the target warning information 1 that the target vehicle 1 occupies the target parking space to the cache queue. And then, the parking space management equipment determines that the driving condition of the target vehicle 2 is met, adds the target warning information 2 of the target vehicle 2 occupying the target parking space into the cache queue, and deletes the target warning information 1 in the cache queue. And then, if the parking space management equipment determines that the driving-out condition of the target vehicle 2 is met within the target duration, the target warning information 2 in the cache queue can be deleted. If the parking space management device still does not determine that the driving-out condition of the target vehicle 2 is met after the target duration, the target warning information 2 can be displayed. Therefore, the parking space management equipment cannot display the target alarm information 1, and the false alarm is effectively reduced.
For example, the situation that the target vehicle passes through the target parking space without entering the target parking space, or when the target vehicle needs to temporarily occupy the target parking space to complete operations such as reversing or turning around, or the situation that the parking space management system fails (such as a failure of the image acquisition device) is addressed. When the situations occur, the method provided by the embodiment of the application can effectively prevent false alarm.
As an optional manner, the determination of whether the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number is smaller than the similarity threshold in step 205 is: the parking space management equipment can determine that the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number is smaller than a similarity threshold value when the target condition is met. As another optional mode, the similarity may also be obtained by comparing the license plate number of the target vehicle with the bound license plate number by using a similarity determination model by the parking space management device. The parking space management equipment can compare the similarity given by the similarity judgment model with a similarity threshold value, and when the similarity is smaller than the similarity threshold value, the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number is determined to be smaller than the similarity threshold value.
The target condition includes at least one of the following conditions (1), (2), and (3), and the following will be described for the conditions (1), (2), and (3), respectively.
Condition (1), the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from the bound license plate number.
After receiving the reported information, the parking space management equipment inquires the pre-stored binding license plate number of the target parking space and compares the binding license plate number with the license plate number of the target vehicle to determine whether the binding license plate number is the same as the license plate number of the target vehicle. It should be noted that if only one binding license plate number of the target parking space is available, the fact that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from the binding license plate number means that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from the binding license plate number; if the number of the bound license plates of the target parking space is multiple, the fact that the number of the target vehicle is different from the bound number means that the number of the target vehicle is different from each of the bound number of the target vehicle.
And (2) the character string edit distance between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number is greater than a target distance threshold value.
The editing distance between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the character string of the bound license plate number is as follows: and the parking space management equipment modifies the license plate number of the target vehicle into the binding license plate number of the target parking space, and the sum of the editing distances corresponding to at least one character modification operation required to be executed. It can be understood that the parking space management device may set the character string edit distance, which is the same as the binding license plate number of the target parking space, to an arbitrary value, for example, 0. The string edit distance is less than a target distance threshold.
Optionally, equivalent character groups (i.e., characters that are easily confused in license plate recognition) are stored in advance in the parking space management device, for example, "0, D, and O" may be defined as the equivalent character groups. If the license plate number of the target vehicle and the character at the same position of the binding license plate number of the target parking space are contained in the same equivalent character group, the editing distance corresponding to the modification operation of the character at the same position can be marked as 0.
For example, if the license plate number of the target vehicle is "D12345" and the binding license plate number of the target parking space is "O12345", the "D12345" is modified to "O12345", and the "D" needs to be modified to "O". And "D" and "O" are contained in the same equivalent character group, so the editing distance corresponding to the modification operation is 0. Therefore, the character string editing distance of the license plate number 'D12345' of the target vehicle is modified into the character string editing distance of the binding license plate number 'O12345' of the target parking space, and is the first character string editing distance, such as 0.
It can be understood that, in addition to the modification of the license plate number based on the equivalent character group, the editing distances corresponding to other modification operations are the second character string editing distance, and the second character string editing distance is greater than the first character string editing distance, for example, the second character string editing distance is 1. Because the second character string editing distance is greater than the first character string editing distance, the modification operation of the license plate number based on the equivalent character group can be omitted, and the fault tolerance rate of the parking space management equipment judgment is effectively improved.
For example, if the license plate number of the target vehicle is "D1234F", the bound license plate number of the target parking space is "D12F 43", where "0, D, and O" are equivalent character groups, the target distance threshold corresponding to the target parking space is 1, the first character string edit distance is 0, and the second character string edit distance is 1. Modification of "D1234F" to "D12F 43" requires two modification operations, i.e., "3" to "F" and "F" to "3". At this time, the editing distance of the character string corresponding to the two modifying operations is 2, which is greater than the target distance threshold value 1.
It can also be understood that the different installation positions of the light and the image acquisition equipment of different parking spaces can lead to different recognition accuracy of the transfer equipment on license plates of different parking spaces. Therefore, the corresponding relations between different parking spaces and the distance threshold values can be stored in the parking space management equipment in advance. The distance thresholds corresponding to at least two parking spaces in the corresponding relation are different. Therefore, the distance threshold corresponding to each parking space can be reasonably set as required, and false alarm can be reduced. For example, for a parking space with poor light and high error rate such as transit equipment identification parking space number and license plate number, parking space management equipment can set a distance threshold value to avoid transit equipment from binding license plate number misidentification to other license plate numbers and causing a false alarm.
The parking space management device may determine the target distance threshold corresponding to the target parking space according to a correspondence relationship between the parking space number of the target parking space pre-stored in the parking space management device and the distance threshold of the target parking space after acquiring the parking space number of the target parking space in the report information sent by the transfer device. And then calculating the character string editing distance between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number, and comparing the character string editing distance with a target distance threshold value to perform subsequent judgment operation. Optionally, the distance thresholds of different parking spaces may also be the same, and this embodiment of the present application is not limited.
And (3) the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number.
The parking space management equipment has multiple implementation modes for judging that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number.
In one implementation, the at least one alternate license plate number may be indicated by at least one regular expression. The parking space management equipment can judge whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with each regular expression or not. And when the license plate number of the target vehicle is not matched with each regular expression, the parking space management equipment determines that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number.
Optionally, the at least one regular expression includes: at least one of the first regular expression and the second regular expression.
The first regular expression comprises at least one character in the bound license plate number, namely the first regular expression is an expression obtained by deforming the bound license plate number of the target parking space.
For example, taking the bound license plate number of the target parking space as "D12F 43", the first regular expression may be "[ D | O ] [1| L |7] [2| Z ] F4[3| B |8 ]". The conditions that the alternative license plate number indicated by the first regular expression satisfies include: the alternative license plate number comprises seven characters, wherein the first character is D or O, the second character is 1, L or 7, the third character is 2 or Z, the fourth character is F, the fifth character is 4, and the sixth character is 3, B or 8. If the license plate number of the target vehicle meets the condition (if the license plate number of the target vehicle is 'DL 2F 43'), the license plate number of the target vehicle is the same as one of the alternative license plate numbers indicated by the first regular expression. If the target license plate number does not meet the condition (e.g., the license plate number of the target vehicle is "D72F 46"), the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from all the alternative license plate numbers indicated by the first regular expression.
It can be understood that, considering that the light of some parking spaces is very dark or very bright, the parking space image shot by the image acquisition device is also blurred, that is, the probability that the transfer device correctly identifies the bound license plate number from the parking space image is low. The first regular expression is an expression of the alternative license plate number which is possibly recognized by the transfer device by mistake, and the parking space management device judges the similarity between the license plate number of the target vehicle and the bound license plate number based on the alternative license plate number indicated by the first regular expression, so that the fault tolerance rate in the judging process can be effectively improved.
The second regular expression comprises at least one character in the parking space number of the target parking space. The second regular expression is an expression obtained by transforming the parking space number of the target parking space.
For example, taking the parking space number of the target parking space as "a 333" as an example, the second regular expression may be "× a 333", where "×" represents any one or more characters. The conditions that the alternative license plate number indicated by the second regular expression satisfies include: the alternate license plate numbers include consecutive a, 3, and 3. If the license plate number of the target vehicle meets the condition (if the license plate number of the target vehicle is 'A33345'), the license plate number of the target vehicle is the same as an alternative license plate number indicated by the second regular expression. If the license plate number of the target vehicle does not meet the condition (such as the license plate number of the target vehicle "D72F 46"), the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from all the alternative license plate numbers indicated by the second regular expression.
It can be understood that when no vehicle is parked in the target parking space, the parking space management device may still acquire the license plate number. At this moment, the license plate number is similar to the parking space number of the target parking space. Because the second regular expression is an expression obtained by transforming the parking space number of the target parking space, the parking space management device can determine that the license plate number of the target vehicle is the same as the alternative license plate number under the condition that the vehicle is not parked on the target parking space but the license plate number is still collected by the parking space management device, so that the subsequent warning of the parking space management device is avoided.
In another implementation manner, the parking space management device stores the at least one alternative license plate number, and when the parking space management device determines whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from the at least one alternative license plate number, the parking space management device can read the alternative license plate numbers and compare the license plate number of the target vehicle with each alternative license plate number. And when the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from each stored alternative license plate number, the parking space management equipment determines that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number.
The alternative license plate number can be counted by a parking lot manager, and the transfer equipment often identifies the bound license plate number of the target parking space as the license plate number by mistake. For example, taking the bound license plate number "D1234F" as an example, if the parking lot manager counts that the bound license plate number "D1234F" is often recognized as "D1284F" by the transit device, the parking lot manager may use the license plate number "D1284F" as an alternative license plate number.
In another implementation manner, a part of the at least one alternative license plate number is indicated by at least one regular expression, and another part of the alternative license plate number is stored in the parking space management device. The parking space management equipment can judge whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is matched with each regular expression or not and judge whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is the same as each stored alternative license plate number or not when judging whether the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number or not. And when the license plate number of the target vehicle is not matched with each regular expression and the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from each stored alternative license plate number, the parking space management equipment determines that the license plate number of the target vehicle is different from at least one alternative license plate number.
