本发明公开了一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,所述亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:(1)煮练工序、(2)活性亲肤工序。通过上述方式,本发明去除亚麻纤维上的脂蜡,使亚麻纤维手感柔软,工艺简单,且亲肤稳定,便于产业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物的亲肤工艺领域,特别是涉及一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺。
背景技术
亚麻纤维具有良好的吸水和散水性能,因此穿着舒适,凉爽,挺括,颇受消费者的青睐,并且因其弹性好,拉伸强力大,耐腐、抗霉能力强,成为我国重要的工业原料之一。但是亚麻由于其纤维的特性,导致其上亲肤效果低、差等问题,无法满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,去除亚麻纤维上的脂蜡,使亚麻纤维手感柔软,工艺简单,且亲肤稳定,便于产业化生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,所述亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)煮练工序:在常温下,将纤维放入缸内加入烧碱、精炼剂、络合剂进行煮练处理,当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间后排水入水,然后温度下降到80℃后,运行10min后排水入水,最后温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间,排水入水一次进行漂白;
(2)活性亲肤工序:在常温下,按照配方在缸内加入各个溶液以及煮练好的纤维,当溶液升温到一定温度后,恒温一段时间排水入水,加入分散剂之后对溶液做升温处理,30min后排水后入水两次加入软油和固色油,水温降到60℃的时候,经过60min,不放水出纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间为30-60min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间为10min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中溶液包括渗透剂、碱、H2O2、冰醋酸、高级直接料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中当溶液升温到一定温度为60-80℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中恒温一段时间为15-30min。
本发明的有益效果是:去除亚麻纤维上的脂蜡,使亚麻纤维手感柔软,工艺简单,且亲肤稳定,便于产业化生产。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,所述亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)煮练工序:在常温下,将纤维放入缸内加入烧碱、精炼剂、络合剂进行煮练处理,当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间后排水入水,然后温度下降到80℃后,运行10min后排水入水,最后温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间,排水入水一次进行漂白;
(2)活性亲肤工序:在常温下,按照配方在缸内加入各个溶液以及煮练好的纤维,当溶液升温到一定温度后,恒温一段时间排水入水,加入分散剂之后对溶液做升温处理,30min后排水后入水两次加入软油和固色油,水温降到60℃的时候,经过60min,不放水出纤维。。
所述步骤(1)中当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间为30-60min,所述步骤(1)中温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间为10min,所述步骤(2)中溶液包括渗透剂、碱、H2O2、冰醋酸、高级直接料,所述步骤(2)中当溶液升温到一定温度为60-80℃,所述步骤(2)中恒温一段时间为15-30min。
在一实施例中,亚麻是由纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、果胶、脂蜡质、灰分组成,为了达到理想的亲肤效果,在达到亲肤效果前必须对亚麻纤维进行去除杂质和提高毛效为目的的前处理,以提高纤维吸湿性和亲肤效果的均匀性。烧碱的作用(1)油脂经烧碱皂化和乳化后生成肥皂盒甘油,(2)脂蜡质经烧碱皂化和乳化后生成肥皂盒十六醇,(3)果胶物质被烧碱分解,转化为可溶性果胶酸盐,可用水洗除去,(4)矿物质、灰分在烧碱煮纱中都能被水洗去除,(5)污秽物质在烧碱的皂化液中,形成易被水洗掉的悬浮物,通过机械或水的冲加以去除,精炼剂的作用为湿润、乳化、净化,亚麻纤维的果胶、脂蜡质具有抗水性,加入精炼剂促进杂质分离开亚麻纤维,并溶解或悬浮于煮练液中,从而对亚麻纤维进行洗涤,以增加碱剂在亚麻的润湿速度和均匀度,络合剂的作用,水、亚麻纤维以及碱中含有一定量的铁离子、铜离子、锰离子,这些重金属离子会促使纤维脆损,另一方面在前处理液中加入络合剂能与碱中金属离子及重金属离子起络合作用,防止它们与其他物质产生沉淀物或其丧失效果,达到亲肤效果时,涂料的应用是一个主要问题,涂料将导致纤维内外层纤维亲肤率及效果的变化,内外效果的大小,依涂料而定,碱剂添加后的二次吸尽率速度快的涂料,其内外效果差更明显,因此中性盐和碱剂要分次加入,当然,改变涂液流速也可以改善内外亲肤效果,在流量大约为40-50L/CH.min时,几乎大部分涂料均适应。
本发明揭示了一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,去除亚麻纤维上的脂蜡,使亚麻纤维手感柔软,工艺简单,且亲肤稳定,便于产业化生产。

1.一种亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)煮练工序:在常温下,将纤维放入缸内加入烧碱、精炼剂、络合剂进行煮练处理,当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间后排水入水,然后温度下降到80℃后,运行10min后排水入水,最后温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间,排水入水一次进行漂白;
(2)活性亲肤工序:在常温下,按照配方在缸内加入各个溶液以及煮练好的纤维,当溶液升温到一定温度后,恒温一段时间排水入水,加入分散剂之后对溶液做升温处理,30min后排水后入水两次加入软油和固色油,水温降到60℃的时候,经过60min,不放水出纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中当温度到达110℃保持运行一定时间为30-60min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中温度下降到60℃后,运行一定时间为10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中溶液包括渗透剂、碱、H2O2、冰醋酸、高级直接料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中当溶液升温到一定温度为60-80℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤性亚麻纤维的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中恒温一段时间为15-30min。
