背景技术
随着人们居住环境的改变,越来越多的家庭普及了空调和席梦思床垫,软凉席因面料柔软且贴合席梦思的弹性,方便收纳和洗涤,是夏凉席的首选。现有凉席面料纤维短纤维的强力太大,很容易产生刺扎感,且在湿热的夏季使用,出汗的皮肤与凉席的相对摩擦力大,面料容易起毛起球,纤维强力太大给织造、裁剪和缝制带来了困难,阻碍其生产;吸湿性能较差,且长时间水洗会导致再生纤维素纸破损;超高分子聚乙烯在温度超过100℃时,面料容易发硬板结。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的第一目的旨在提供一种持久散热、吸汗、手感柔韧、抗起毛的持久散热凉席面料,本发明的第二目的旨在提供该持久散热凉席面料的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明的持久散热凉席面料,是由经向和纬向均采用聚乙烯和锦纶的复合丝、粘胶长丝通过并线加弹形成聚乙烯、锦纶和粘胶长丝的复合丝,再将所述聚乙烯、锦纶和粘胶长丝的复合丝并线合股制得的。
采用聚乙烯和锦纶的复合丝、粘胶长丝两种纤维,材质均具有明显的凉感,且聚乙烯纤维具有持久凉爽的性能,采用中间为锦纶外包聚乙烯的复合丝,不仅触感凉爽,且手感柔韧,更适合与皮肤直接接触,粘胶长丝提高面料的吸湿性能,且粘胶长丝可上染活性染料形成色纺风格,先复合再进行并线合股,一方面长丝纱线不容易起毛起球,合股后进一步提升了面料的抗起毛起球性能,长丝合股后经纱无需上浆织造,减少了浆纱和退浆过程高温对聚乙烯纤维的破坏,另一方面,长丝面料光洁,无需在染整阶段对面料进行烧毛处理,避免了高温对聚乙烯纤维产生不利影响。
进一步地,聚乙烯和锦纶的复合丝为中间为锦纶外包聚乙烯的复合丝,所述聚乙烯分子量为50~80万,采用中分子量聚乙烯,强力低于高分量聚乙烯,使用普通的裁剪和缝制设备即可生产。

本发明的凉席面料采用中分子量聚乙烯/锦纶复合丝和粘胶长丝两种纤维,两种长丝纤维材质均具有明显的凉感,聚乙烯纤维具有持久凉爽的性能,粘胶纤维长丝赋予面料优良的吸湿性能且经过上染活性染料,面料呈现色纺含蓄、时尚的外观风格;中分子量聚乙烯/锦纶复合丝强度适中便于后道裁剪缝纫,手感柔韧更适合做与皮肤直接接触的凉席面料;有优异的抗起毛起球性能。
本发明凉席面料的制备方法经向和纬向均采用长丝合股线,面料无需上浆织造、无需退浆、无需坯布烧毛工序,流程短、效率高,避免了生产过程中高温造成聚乙烯纤维变硬、板结的问题;生产流程短、方便裁剪和缝制。

6.根据权利要求5所述持久散热凉席面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述织造采用三上一下斜纹或两上两下斜纹组织,织机选用重磅喷气织机或剑杆织机。
7.根据权利要求5所述持久散热凉席面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预定型温度为85~100℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述持久散热凉席面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述前处理的工艺配方包括除油剂1~2g/L、精炼酶1~2g/L、双氧水1~2g/L;所述前处理工艺参数为浴比1:20~30,温度40~80℃,时间55~65min。
9.根据权利要求5所述持久散热凉席面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色的工艺配方包括氯化钠10~30g/L、碳酸钠1~3g/L、活性染料1~3%;染色工艺参数为浴比1:40~50,温度40~95℃,时间50~120min。
