Example 3 Material tube transfer mechanism of automatic tube feeding machine of bottle making machine
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, on the basis of embodiment 1, a pipe storage mechanism for storing pipes is further included, and the pipe input port of the transfer assembly corresponds to the pipe output port of the pipe storage mechanism for storing pipes, that is, the pipe taking position of the suction cup assembly corresponds to the pipe storage output port of the pipe storage mechanism.
The pipe storage mechanism comprises a pipe storage rack 1, a pipe storage component which is assembled on the pipe storage rack 1 and used for storing pipes, a pipe conveying component which is assembled on the pipe storage rack 1 and corresponds to the pipe storage component and used for conveying the pipes, and a lifting component which is correspondingly assembled below the pipe storage component and used for supporting the pipes. The material pipe output port of the pipe storage component corresponds to the material pipe input port of the automatic pipe feeding machine of the bottle making machine, and the material pipe transfer position of the pipe conveying component corresponds to the material pipe storage position of the pipe storage component.
1. Storage tube assembly
The storage pipe assembly comprises a fixed storage pipe limiting part 3 and a movable storage pipe limiting part 4 which are assembled on the storage pipe rack 1 and used for clamping a storage pipe, and the fixed storage pipe limiting part 3, the movable storage pipe limiting part 4 and the lifting assembly are combined to form a storage space of the storage pipe. In this embodiment, the fixed pipe storage limiting member 3 is fixedly connected to the front side of the pipe storage rack 1, the movable pipe storage limiting member is disposed at the rear side of the fixed pipe storage limiting member, and the lifting assembly is disposed between the fixed pipe storage limiting member 3 and the movable pipe storage limiting member 4.
(1) Fixed storage pipe limiting part 3
The fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 is used for limiting the rolling of the material pipe, the fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 is arranged at the material pipe input port close to the transfer mechanism of the automatic pipe feeding machine of the bottle making machine, the fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 is square and columnar, and extends above the material pipe bundle to be in contact with the material pipe for clamping and placing the material pipe bundle. The fixed reservoir stop 3 extends in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane. According to the length of the actual material pipe, corresponding fixed material pipe limiting parts 3 are arranged on the material pipe rack 1 at positions corresponding to the length of the material pipe, in this embodiment, two fixed material pipe limiting parts 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the length direction of the material pipe, two fixed material pipe limiting parts 3 are arranged together, and the central connecting line of the two fixed material pipe limiting parts 3 is parallel to the axis of the material pipe.
(2) Movable storage tube limiting piece 4
The movable storage pipe limiting piece 4 is provided with a clamping position for clamping the material pipe and a releasing position for releasing the clamping of the material pipe. When the movable pipe storage limiting part 4 is positioned at the pipe clamping position, the movable pipe storage limiting part 4 extends to the upper side of the material pipe so as to clamp the material pipe in contact with the material pipe, and in the embodiment, the movable pipe storage limiting part 4 extends along the vertical direction when positioned at the pipe clamping position. When the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 is in the releasing position, the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 is arranged below the pipe conveying plate 5, so that the pipe conveying plate 5 can move to the pipe conveying position. In this embodiment, the movable storage tube limiting member 4 extends in the horizontal direction when in the releasing position, and is disposed below the tube conveying plate 5. The movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 is square columnar hinged on the pipe storage rack 1 through a pin shaft, the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 rotates to the lower portion of the pipe conveying plate 5, which is used for supporting the plane of the pipe, when the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 is in the pipe clamping position, the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 rotates to a vertical upward extending state. The movable pipe storage limiting part 4 can be directly driven by the movable pipe storage driving part to rotate by the pin shaft to drive the movable pipe storage limiting part 4 to change from the pipe clamping position to the releasing position, and the movable pipe storage driving part can be a rotary cylinder or a motor. In this embodiment, the movable pipe storage driving member includes a rotation shaft connected to the movable pipe storage limiting member 4, a first transmission member connected between the rotation shafts 9 in a transmission manner, and a first driver for driving the rotation shafts 9 to rotate. Of course, the movable pipe storage limiting part 4 can also be an electric telescopic rod fixedly connected to the pipe storage rack 1 and capable of stretching along the vertical direction, the electric telescopic rod is contracted to the lower part of the pipe conveying plate 5 when in the releasing position, and the electric telescopic rod is extended to the upper part of the pipe when in the pipe clamping position.
2. Lifting assembly
The lifting assembly plays two roles, and firstly, when the pipe conveying assembly moves to the pipe conveying position, the lifting assembly is arranged below the pipe conveying plate 5, so that the pipe conveying plate 5 can move to the pipe conveying position. Secondly, after the material pipe is moved to the material pipe transfer position, the lifting assembly can support the material pipe. The lifting assembly comprises a hosting plate 2, a first movable piece 12, a second movable piece 13 and a fixed piece 11 which are connected in a hinged manner to form a parallelogram. The lifting assembly further comprises a connector 14.
The tube supporting plate 2 is rectangular plate-shaped, a clamping block 8 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the tube supporting plate 2, and the clamping block 8 is trapezoidal and is used for being clamped in a gap between adjacent tubes so as to limit the rolling of the tubes. A managed plate driving assembly is fixedly connected below the managed plate 2.
The first movable piece 12, the second movable piece 13 and the fixed piece 11 are rectangular plates, the fixed piece 11 which is arranged in parallel with the tube supporting plate 2 is arranged below the tube supporting plate 2 and is fixedly connected to the tube storage rack 1, and the first movable piece 12 and the second movable piece 13 are arranged in parallel. One end of the connecting piece 14 in the length direction is hinged with the second movable piece 13, and the other end is hinged with the output end of the telescopic device 15. The telescopic device 15 may be a linear cylinder or an electric telescopic rod which can move linearly along the axial direction of the pipe.
3. Pipe transporting assembly
The pipe conveying assembly comprises a pipe conveying plate connected with the moving assembly, a fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 and a movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7, wherein the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 and the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 are assembled on the pipe conveying plate 5 and used for clamping a pipe. The tube plate 5 and the fixed tube-transporting limiting piece 6 and the movable tube-transporting limiting piece 7 are combined to form a tube-placing space.
(1) Tube plate 5
The tube plate 5 is in a horizontal plate shape, and the tube plate 5 can be used for placing a material tube and supporting the material tube. In order to enable the tube transporting plate 5 to move from an initial position to a tube transporting position, namely, the tube transporting plate 5 can move to the upper side of the tube supporting plate 2 and can move away from the tube transporting position after the tube supporting plate 2 supports the material tube, an opening which can enable the lifting assembly and the movable tube storage limiting piece to pass through when the tube transporting position moves and resets is formed in the tube transporting plate 5, the tube transporting plate 5 is provided with two separated plates arranged at intervals or provided with an opening (namely, a U-shaped structure) on the front side, and the plane of the tube supporting plate 2 for supporting the material tube can be lifted to be coplanar with the plane of the tube supporting plate 5 for supporting the material tube. In this embodiment, the tube transporting plate 5 is two sub-plates which are all arranged on the outer side of the tube storage assembly. Each partition plate is provided with a fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 and a movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7.
The tube sheet 5 is moved linearly in a horizontal plane perpendicular to the tube axis by a moving assembly. The moving assembly comprises a second transmission piece 16 connected with the tube conveying plate 5, a third driver for driving the second transmission piece 16 and a sliding rail in sliding connection with the tube conveying plate 5. The second transmission 16 may be a belt drive, a chain drive, a gear drive. The second transmission member 16 is driven by the third driver. In this embodiment, the tube sheet 5 is driven to move linearly by a motor-driven belt. In order to ensure that the movement of the tube plate 5 is linear, a sliding block is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the tube plate 5 and is slidably connected to the linear sliding rail 17, so that the tube plate 5 linearly slides along the sliding rail 17.
(2) Fixed pipe-transporting limiting piece 6
The fixed pipe-conveying limiting piece 6 is used for limiting the rolling of the material pipe. The fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 is fixed on the rear side of the pipe conveying plate 5, and when the pipe conveying assembly is placed in the initial position, the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 is placed on one side far away from the movable pipe storage limiting piece 7 relative to the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7. The fixed pipe-conveying limiting piece 6 is square and columnar, extends above the pipe bundle and is contacted with the pipe to clamp the pipe bundle. The fixed pipe stopper 6 extends in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane. According to the length of the actual material pipe, corresponding fixed pipe conveying limiting parts 6 are arranged on the material pipe storage rack 1 at positions corresponding to the length of the material pipe, in the embodiment, two fixed pipe conveying limiting parts 6 are respectively arranged at two ends of the length direction of the material pipe, two fixed pipe conveying limiting parts 6 are arranged in total, and the central connecting line of the two fixed pipe conveying limiting parts 6 is parallel to the axis of the material pipe.
(3) Movable pipe-transporting limiting piece 7
The movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is provided with a clamping position for clamping the material pipe and a releasing position for releasing the clamping of the material pipe. The movable pipe transporting limiting piece 7 is fixed on the front side of the pipe transporting plate 5. When the movable pipe conveying limiting part 7 is positioned at the pipe clamping position, the movable pipe conveying limiting part 7 extends to the upper side of the material pipe so as to clamp the material pipe in contact with the material pipe, and in the embodiment, the movable pipe conveying limiting part 7 extends along the vertical direction when positioned at the pipe clamping position. When the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is in the releasing position, the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is arranged on the pipe conveying plate 5 and used for supporting the lower part of the plane of the material pipe, so that the pipe conveying plate 5 can move to the initial position. In this embodiment, the movable pipe transporting limiting member 7 extends in the horizontal direction when in the releasing position, and is disposed below the top plane of the pipe transporting plate 5. When the movable pipe conveying limiting piece is used, corresponding movable pipe conveying limiting pieces 7 can be arranged on the pipe storage rack 1 according to the length of an actual pipe at the position corresponding to the length of the pipe, in the embodiment, two movable pipe conveying limiting pieces 7 are respectively arranged at two ends of the length direction of the pipe, two movable pipe conveying limiting pieces 7 are arranged in total, and the central connecting line of the two movable pipe conveying limiting pieces 7 is parallel to the axis of the pipe.
The movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is square columnar hinged on the pipe storage rack 1 through a pin shaft, the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 rotates to the lower portion of the pipe conveying plate 5, which is used for supporting the plane of the pipe, when the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is in the pipe clamping position, the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 rotates to a vertical upward extending state. The movable pipe conveying limiting part 7 can be directly driven by the movable pipe conveying driving part to rotate by the pin shaft to drive the movable pipe conveying limiting part 7 to change from the clamping position to the releasing position, and the movable pipe conveying driving part 7 can be a rotary cylinder or a motor. In this embodiment, the movable pipe conveying driving member 7 includes a second driver 10 and a connecting rod, the second driver 10 is a linear cylinder, the output end of the linear cylinder is hinged with one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the bottom end of the movable pipe conveying limiting member 7, and the linear cylinder moves up and down to drive the movable pipe conveying limiting member to rotate by 90 ° through the connecting rod.
Of course, the movable pipe transporting limiting piece 7 can also be an electric telescopic rod fixedly connected to the pipe storing frame 1 and capable of stretching along the vertical direction, the electric telescopic rod is contracted to the lower portion of the pipe transporting plate 5 for supporting the plane of the pipe when in the releasing position, and the electric telescopic rod is extended to the upper portion of the pipe when in the clamping position.
In order to enable the pipe conveying assembly to move to the pipe conveying position to correspond to the pipe storage position of the pipe storage assembly, the projection distance between the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece and the movable pipe conveying limiting piece on the moving axis of the pipe conveying assembly is equal to the projection distance between the fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 and the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 on the moving axis of the pipe conveying assembly, namely, when the pipe conveying assembly is guaranteed to be placed at the pipe conveying position, the central connecting line of the fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 and the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is placed on one side of the pipe and parallel to the axis of the pipe, and the central connecting line of the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 and the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 is placed on the other side of the pipe and parallel to the axis of the pipe. In order to avoid the mutual interference between the positions of the pipe conveying component and the pipe storage component in the moving process, the distance from the fixed pipe storage limiting piece 3 to the moving axis of the pipe conveying component is larger than or smaller than the distance from the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 to the moving axis of the pipe conveying component, and the distance from the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 to the moving axis of the pipe conveying component is larger than or smaller than the distance from the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 to the moving axis of the pipe conveying component. In this embodiment, the tube transport assembly is disposed outside the tube storage assembly in the direction of the tube axis.

After the material pipe on the pipe supporting plate 2 is used up, the output end of the telescopic device 15 stretches along the axis direction of the material pipe, the second movable piece 13 is driven to rotate around the hinging point of the second movable piece 13 and the fixed piece 11 through the connecting piece 14, so that the included angle between the second movable piece 13 and the pipe supporting plate 2 is changed from a right angle to an acute angle, the included angle between the first movable piece 12 and the pipe supporting plate 2 is changed from the right angle to an obtuse angle, the pipe supporting plate 2 descends to be lower than the position on the pipe conveying plate 5, which is used for supporting the plane of the material pipe, and at the moment, the pipe supporting plate 2, the first movable piece 12, the second movable piece 13 and the fixed piece 11 are parallelograms.
The movable storage tube limiting piece 4 is placed in a releasing position so that the tube conveying plate 5 can move to the position above the tube supporting plate 2: the first driver drives the rotation shafts 9 to rotate and drives each rotation shaft 9 to rotate by the first transmission piece 18, so that the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 rotates to the position below the plane of the pipe for supporting the pipe on the pipe transporting plate 5, namely the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 rotates to a horizontally extending state in the embodiment.

Then the pipe which is clamped and fixed by the pipe conveying component drives the second transmission part 16 to drive the pipe conveying plate 5 to linearly move to a pipe conveying position corresponding to the pipe storage position of the pipe storage component through the third driver, at the moment, the pipe conveying plate 5 is arranged above the pipe supporting plate 2, and the fixed pipe storage limiting parts 3 and the movable pipe conveying limiting parts 7 are clamped on the same side of the pipe, namely, the central connecting lines of all the fixed pipe storage limiting parts 3 and all the movable pipe conveying limiting parts 7 are parallel to the axis of the pipe; the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 and the fixed pipe conveying limiting piece 6 are clamped on the other side of the material pipe, namely, the central connecting lines of all the movable pipe storage limiting pieces 4 and all the fixed pipe conveying limiting pieces 6 are parallel to the axis of the material pipe.
S3, the movable pipe storage limiting piece 4 is arranged at the pipe clamping position, and the pipe supporting plate 2 is lifted to lift the pipe positioned at the pipe transferring position of the pipe conveying assembly

When the tube supporting plate 2 rises to be in contact with the material tube, the clamping blocks 8 on the tube supporting plate 2 are clamped in gaps between adjacent material tubes at the bottommost layer of the material tube.
S4, the movable pipe conveying limiting piece 7 is placed at a release position, and the pipe conveying assembly is moved and reset through the moving assembly
