本发明公开了一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,涉及到带钢加工领域,包括处理箱,所述处理箱的一侧中部固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的上表面固定安装有电机,所述电机的一侧中部通过传动轴固定安装有飞轮组,所述飞轮组的一侧中部固定连接有涂抹辊,所述处理箱的上下两端中部均固定安装有输送泵,所述输送泵的底端中部固定连接有匀料板。本发明通过电机和飞轮组能够带动两个涂抹辊转动,从而能够将防锈油均匀的涂抹在带钢的表面,且能够降低防锈油的成本,通过输送泵和匀料板的设置,能够防锈油均匀的喷在涂抹辊的表面,从而能够减少对带钢的晾晒时间,且能够提高带钢的加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及带钢加工领域,特别涉及一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置。
背景技术
带钢是各类轧钢企业为了适应不同工业部门工业化生产各类金属或机械产品的需要而生产的一种窄而长的钢板。带钢又称钢带,是宽度在1300mm以内,长度根据每卷的大小略有不同。
然而,经过分析发现,现有的带钢生产用上防锈油装置存在以下不足:带钢在涂抹的过程中将大量的防锈油涂抹在带钢的表面,需要对带钢进行晾晒,从而降低带钢的加工效率且提高带钢的加工成本,因此,发明一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的成本高且工作效率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,包括处理箱,所述处理箱的一侧中部固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的上表面固定安装有电机,所述电机的一侧中部通过传动轴固定安装有飞轮组,所述飞轮组的一侧中部固定连接有涂抹辊,所述处理箱的上下两端中部均固定安装有输送泵,所述输送泵的底端中部固定连接有匀料板。
可选的,所述处理箱的底端固定连接有支撑脚;
所述支撑脚设置有四个,四个所述支撑脚分别位于处理箱的四角处。
可选的,所述处理箱的内部一侧开设有固定槽;
所述固定槽的内部固定连接有轴承座,所述轴承座的中部与涂抹辊的一端固定连接。
可选的,所述涂抹辊的另一端贯穿处理箱的内部另一侧并与处理箱活动连接;
所述飞轮组是由两个飞轮与皮带组成。
可选的,所述输送泵设置有两个,两个所述输送泵关于处理箱的对称轴对称;
所述输送泵和匀料板相适配。
可选的,所述匀料板的一侧开设有出料孔;
所述出料孔的设置有多个,多个所述出料孔呈矩形阵列排列。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明通过电机和飞轮组能够带动两个涂抹辊转动,从而能够将防锈油均匀的涂抹在带钢的表面,且能够降低防锈油的成本,通过输送泵和匀料板的设置,能够防锈油均匀的喷在涂抹辊的表面,从而能够减少对带钢的晾晒时间,且能够提高带钢的加工效率。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,包括处理箱1,处理箱1的底端固定连接有支撑脚,支撑脚设置有四个,四个支撑脚分别位于处理箱1的四角处,处理箱1的内部一侧开设有固定槽,固定槽的内部固定连接有轴承座,轴承座的中部与涂抹辊5的一端固定连接,处理箱1的一侧中部固定连接有支撑板2,支撑板2的上表面固定安装有电机3,电机3的一侧中部通过传动轴固定安装有飞轮组4,飞轮组4是由两个飞轮与皮带组成,通过电机3和飞轮组4能够带动两个涂抹辊5转动,从而能够将防锈油均匀的涂抹在带钢的表面,且能够降低防锈油的成本,飞轮组4的一侧中部固定连接有涂抹辊5,涂抹辊5的另一端贯穿处理箱1的内部另一侧并与处理箱1活动连接,处理箱1的上下两端中部均固定安装有输送泵6,输送泵6设置有两个,两个输送泵6关于处理箱1的对称轴对称,输送泵6的底端中部固定连接有匀料板7,输送泵6和匀料板7相适配,匀料板7的一侧开设有出料孔8,出料孔8的设置有多个,多个出料孔8呈矩形阵列排列,通过输送泵6和匀料板7的设置,能够防锈油均匀的喷在涂抹辊5的表面,从而能够减少对带钢的晾晒时间,且能够提高带钢的加工效率。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
本发明工作原理:首先使用启动电机3和输送泵6,通过输送泵6能够将防锈油输送至匀料板7,并通过匀料板7将防锈油喷在涂抹辊5的表面,电机3通过飞轮组4带动涂抹辊5转动,从而能够使防锈油均匀的喷在涂抹辊5的表面,且能够使涂抹辊5将防锈油均匀的涂抹在带钢的表面,通过这样的设置,能够减少带钢的晾晒时间,且能够减少防锈油的成本。

1.一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,包括处理箱(1),其特征在于:所述处理箱(1)的一侧中部固定连接有支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)的上表面固定安装有电机(3),所述电机(3)的一侧中部通过传动轴固定安装有飞轮组(4),所述飞轮组(4)的一侧中部固定连接有涂抹辊(5),所述处理箱(1)的上下两端中部均固定安装有输送泵(6),所述输送泵(6)的底端中部固定连接有匀料板(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带钢生产用上防锈油装置,其特征在于:
所述处理箱(1)的底端固定连接有支撑脚;
所述支撑脚设置有四个,四个所述支撑脚分别位于处理箱(1)的四角处。

所述处理箱(1)的内部一侧开设有固定槽;
所述固定槽的内部固定连接有轴承座,所述轴承座的中部与涂抹辊(5)的一端固定连接。

所述涂抹辊(5)的另一端贯穿处理箱(1)的内部另一侧并与处理箱(1)活动连接;
所述飞轮组(4)是由两个飞轮与皮带组成。

所述输送泵(6)设置有两个,两个所述输送泵(6)关于处理箱(1)的对称轴对称;
所述输送泵(6)和匀料板(7)相适配。
