The moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is matched with various products, can effectively treat the side effects of long-term use of skin care products and the skin care products containing sodium hyaluronate, and fills the blank of professional medical grade moisturizing medical biological repair dressing products.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1:
(1) preparing 15g of angelica, 10g of angelica dahurica, 15g of polygonatum odoratum and 15g of poria cocos into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicine powder mixed material in the step (1) with 18L deionized water by adopting a static boiling method, decocting for 100min, and cooling to 60 ℃ to obtain a Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 150g of deionized water to 85 ℃, adding 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate and 6g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 10min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 50 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 40% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;
adding 10% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the skin care spray;
adding 60% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repair and maintenance ice water;
adding 80% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
adding 100% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice cream and the repairing and maintaining ice cream respectively;
adding 100% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing paste;
then adding different auxiliary materials according to the dosage form, wherein:
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, sodium laureth sulfate 10g, lecithin 8g and xanthan gum 5g into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel;
vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g and sodium laureth sulfate 3g are added into the skin care spray;
vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g and hydrolyzed collagen 1g are added into the repairing and maintaining ice water;
adding vitamin E3g, 3g of amino acid and 5g of hydrolyzed collagen into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g and hydrolyzed collagen 5g into the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
vitamin E3g, 3g of amino acid, 5g of hydrolyzed collagen, 9g of lecithin and 6g of xanthan gum are added into the repairing and maintaining ice milk;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, lecithin 12g and xanthan gum 10g into the repairing and nourishing gel;
vitamin E3g, 3g of amino acid, 5g of hydrolyzed collagen, 15g of lecithin and 12g of xanthan gum are added into the repairing and nourishing cream;
homogenizing, cooling to 38 deg.C, standing until the solution is completely swelled to obtain the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines.
Example 2:
(1) preparing 8g of angelica, 6g of angelica dahurica, 12g of polygonatum odoratum and 12g of poria cocos into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer traditional Chinese medicine powder mixed material in the step (1) with 12L deionized water by adopting a static boiling method, decocting for 60min, and cooling to 45 ℃ to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 120g of deionized water to 82 ℃, adding 0.3g of sodium hyaluronate and 5g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 8min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 45 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 30% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;
adding 8% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the skin care spray;
adding 50% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repair and maintenance ice water;
adding 70% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
respectively adding 90% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice cream and the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
adding 100% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing paste;
then adding different auxiliary materials according to the dosage form, wherein:
adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g, hydrolyzed collagen 3g, sodium laureth sulfate 8g, lecithin 6g and xanthan gum 4g into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel;
vitamin E0.8g, amino acid 0.8g, hydrolyzed collagen 0.8g and sodium laureth sulfate 2g are added into the skin-care spray;
vitamin E2g, 2g of amino acid and 3g of hydrolyzed collagen are added into the repairing and maintaining ice water;
adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g and hydrolyzed collagen 3g into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g and hydrolyzed collagen 3g into the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
vitamin E2g, 2g of amino acid, 3g of hydrolyzed collagen, 7g of lecithin and 4g of xanthan gum are added into the repairing and maintaining ice milk;
adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g, hydrolyzed collagen 3g, lecithin 10g and xanthan gum 8g into the repairing and nourishing gel;
vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g, hydrolyzed collagen 3g, lecithin 12g and xanthan gum 10g are added into the repairing and nourishing cream;
homogenizing, cooling to 38 deg.C, standing until the solution is completely swelled to obtain the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines.
Example 3:
(1) preparing 5g of angelica, 3g of angelica dahurica, 10g of polygonatum odoratum and 10g of poria cocos into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing and decocting the nanometer traditional Chinese medicine powder mixed material in the step (1) with 7L of deionized water for 45min by adopting a static boiling method, and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 100g of deionized water to 80 ℃, adding 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate and 3g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 5min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 20% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;
adding 5% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into skin care spray;
adding 40% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repair and maintenance ice water;
adding 60% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
respectively adding 80% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice cream and the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
adding 100% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing paste;
then adding different auxiliary materials according to the dosage form, wherein:
adding vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g, sodium laureth sulfate 6g, lecithin 3g and xanthan gum 3g into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel;
adding 0.5g of vitamin E0.5g, 0.5g of amino acid, 0.5g of hydrolyzed collagen and 1g of sodium laureth sulfate into the skin-care spray;
vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g and hydrolyzed collagen 1g are added into the repairing and maintaining ice water;
adding vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g and hydrolyzed collagen 1g into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
adding vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g and hydrolyzed collagen 1g into the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
and vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g, lecithin 6g and xanthan gum 3g are added into the repairing and maintaining ice milk;
and adding vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g, lecithin 9g and xanthan gum 6g into the repairing and nourishing gel;
vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g, lecithin 10g and xanthan gum 9g are added into the repairing and nourishing cream;
homogenizing, cooling to 38 deg.C, standing until the solution is completely swelled to obtain the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines.
Experimental example 1:
(1) comparative experiment for scald repair of white rat: taking 25 white rats with the weight of about 110g, carrying out back unhairing treatment by using 6.5% sodium sulfide solution, wherein the unhairing area is 2.5cm multiplied by 2.0cm, and normally feeding the white rats for 12h after being washed clean by deionized water. The wounds were cut along the depilated site with a laser beam after anaesthesia with ether at a cutting rate of 0.5m/min, resulting in post-operative wounds which were then randomly divided into five groups of 5 per group. Then, the repair quick-cleaning gel (cleansing lotion), the repair refreshing spray (toner), the repair and maintenance ice liquid (essence), the repair and maintenance gel (repair lotion) and the repair and maintenance cream (cream) prepared by the formulation and the preparation method of example 1 were applied in the order of application, and were replaced every 2 hours, up to 10 times, with scab as a healing judgment condition and scab time as a comparative index, and the experimental results are shown in table 1.
(2) Skin elasticity increasing and water replenishing treatment contrast experiment: 25 female volunteers with history of hyaluronic acid injection and facial rigidity symptoms are collected, the female volunteers are aged 30-40 years, have the weight of 45-55kg, have no other facial skin diseases, have similar skin elasticity values and skin water content, and are randomly divided into five groups of 5 persons in each group. Then, the repair quick-cleaning gel (face cleaning lotion), the repair refreshing spray (toner), the repair and maintenance ice liquid (essence), the repair and maintenance gel (repair lotion) and the repair and maintenance cream (cream) prepared by the formula and the preparation method of the embodiment 1 are coated in the coating sequence, the operation is carried out 2 times in the morning and at the evening every day for 5 days in total, the skin detector is used for detecting and recording the elasticity and moisture indexes of the facial skin before and after the experiment every day, and the average value of each group in the calculated day is used as a comparison index. The tested volunteers apply the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicine for 1 hour every day, then face cleaning is carried out, and the facial muscles are relaxed for 30 minutes in the environment with the room temperature of 22-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55 +/-5%. An Ina high-precision skin detector is used for detecting the elasticity index and the moisture index of the facial skin, the probe repeatedly measures the facial skin in the same detected area for 3 times during measurement, the average value is obtained, and the experimental result is shown in tables 2-3.

Experimental data show that compared with the conventional common skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate, the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has the effect of repairing skin.
(2) The data in table 17 show that the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 2) provided by the invention has the best effect of increasing the skin elasticity, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8969; by using the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicine (formula in example 1), the skin elasticity is improved secondly, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8712; by using the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicine (formula in embodiment 3), the skin elasticity is improved, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8531; the skin elasticity increasing effect is fourth by using common skin care products which contain other traditional Chinese medicines and have the same content of sodium hyaluronate in the existing products, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8368; the common skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate in the existing products is used, the skin elasticity increasing effect is the worst, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8271. Experimental data show that compared with the conventional common skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate, the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the treatment effect of increasing the skin elasticity.
(3) The data in table 18 show that the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 2) provided by the invention has the best moisturizing effect, and the skin moisture index is 40.61; when the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 1) provided by the invention is used, the moisturizing effect is second, and the moisture index of the skin is 39.42; by using the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicine (formula in example 3), the moisturizing effect is the third, and the skin moisture index is 38.22; the existing product contains other traditional Chinese medicines and is a common skin care product with the same sodium hyaluronate content, the moisturizing effect is fourth, and the skin moisture index is 37.20; the common skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate in the existing product is used, the moisturizing effect is the worst, and the moisture index of skin is 36.38. Experimental data show that compared with the existing common skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate, the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the moisturizing and moisturizing treatment effects of skin.

Claims (9)

1. The moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of angelica, 3-10 parts of angelica dahurica, 10-15 parts of polygonatum, 10-15 parts of tuckahoe, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3-6 parts of glycerol and auxiliary materials.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is a repair quick-cleaning water gel, and auxiliary materials of the dressing comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 6-10 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 3-8 parts of lecithin and 3-5 parts of xanthan gum.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is skin care spray, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 portions of deionized water, 150 portions of vitamin E, 0.5 to 1 portion of amino acid, 0.5 to 1 portion of hydrolyzed collagen and 1 to 3 portions of sodium laureth sulfate.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is repair and maintenance ice water, repair and maintenance ice liquid or repair and maintenance ice dew, and the auxiliary material of the dressing is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 portions of deionized water and 150 portions of vitamin E1-3 portions, 1-3 portions of amino acid and 1-5 portions of hydrolyzed collagen.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is repairing and maintaining ice cream, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 6-9 parts of lecithin and 3-6 parts of xanthan gum.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is a repairing and nourishing gel, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 9-12 parts of lecithin and 6-10 parts of xanthan gum.

The traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing of claim 1, wherein: the dressing is a repairing nourishing paste, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 10-15 parts of lecithin and 9-12 parts of xanthan gum.
8. The method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine-containing moisturizing medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing radix Angelicae sinensis, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Poria into nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture by nanometer Chinese medicinal powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 7-18L deionized water by static boiling method, decocting for 45-100min, and cooling to 40-60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating deionized water to 80-85 deg.C, adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol, homogenizing, and keeping the temperature for 5-10min to obtain sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) and (3) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40-50 ℃, adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, adding different auxiliary materials according to dosage forms, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, standing until the solution is completely swelled, and thus obtaining the moisturizing medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines.
9. The method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine-containing water-replenishing medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 8, wherein: adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution with different dosage according to the dosage form in the step (4):
respectively adding 20-40% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;
adding 5-10% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the skin care spray;
adding 40-60% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repair and maintenance ice water;
adding 60-80% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
respectively adding 80-100% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice cream and the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
the repairing and nourishing cream is added with 100 percent of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution.
