Description

Traditional Chinese medicine-containing moisturizing medical biological repair film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical materials, and particularly relates to a moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The moisturizing means that skin is covered by skin care products such as repair dressings, facial masks, essence and the like, so that outside air and pollution are temporarily isolated, pores of the skin are expanded, water in the covering is permeated into horny layers of the skin, and thus, the moisture is replenished to the skin, and the skin becomes soft and elastic. Moisturizing is an important concept of beauty because moisture in skin is easily lost, and lack of sufficient moisture content in skin directly causes skin aging due to abnormal metabolism, wrinkles and spots, and other skin problems.
In the field of skin hydration, injection of hyaluronic acid (precisely called hyaluronic acid) is currently the most effective. Hyaluronic acid, the best moisturizing substance found in nature at present, is called the ideal natural moisturizing factor. It is distributed in human skin, synovial fluid of joints, umbilical cord, aqueous humor and vitreous humor, and is an important component for moisturizing skin. However, hyaluronic acid injection is required in professional beauty institutions, is expensive, has postoperative risks, and causes facial expression stiffness due to excessive use.
In order to solve the problem, enterprises add various traditional Chinese medicine extracts as additives into a moisturizing mask containing sodium hyaluronate to produce products such as a medical mask (or a medical repairing mask, a medical repairing paste) and the like as upgrading products of the traditional mask, so that good effects are achieved. But the problem of stiff facial expression still exists after long-term use because the side effect of the sodium hyaluronate is not specifically controlled. The medical moisturizing biological repair film simultaneously contains sodium hyaluronate and a traditional Chinese medicine formula, has three effects of professional biological moisturizing, repairing skin and enhancing skin elasticity, and can solve the side effect of hyaluronic acid contained in a skin care product after long-term use.

Then, the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing the traditional Chinese medicine prepared in example 1 is used for carrying out comparison experiments of skin elasticity increasing and moisturizing treatment on five groups of volunteers, the film is replaced 2 times a day for 5 days in total, the elasticity and moisture indexes of the facial skin before and after the experiment are detected and recorded by a skin detector, and the average value of each group in the day is calculated as a comparison index. The tested volunteers apply the moisturizing medical bioprosthetic film containing the traditional Chinese medicine for 1 hour every day, then face cleaning is carried out, and the facial muscles are relaxed for 30min in the environment with the room temperature of 22-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55 +/-5%. An Ina high-precision skin detector is used for detecting the elasticity index and the moisture index of the facial skin, the probe repeatedly measures the facial skin in the same detected area for 3 times during measurement, the average value is obtained, and the experimental result is shown in tables 2-3.

(1) the data in Table 16 show that the moisturizing medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best scabbing effect on the scald part, and is 8.6 h; when the moisturizing medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 1), the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the second, and is 9.0 h; when the moisturizing medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 3), the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the third, namely 11.4 hours; when the moisturizing mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines and the same sodium hyaluronate content is used in the existing product, the scabbing effect of the scalded part is fourth and is 12.4 hours; the common moisturizing mask which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate is used, the scabbing time of the scalded part is the longest, and is 14 hours. Experimental data show that compared with the existing product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and is a common moisturizing facial mask with the same content of sodium hyaluronate, the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines increases the treatment effect of skin repairing.
(2) The data in table 17 show that the moisturizing medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best effect of increasing the skin elasticity, and the skin elasticity index is 0.9105; the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 1) provided by the invention has the second effect of increasing the skin elasticity, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8808; the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 3) provided by the invention has the third effect of increasing the skin elasticity, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8531; the moisturizing mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines and the same sodium hyaluronate content is used in the existing product, the skin elasticity is improved, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8290; the common moisturizing mask which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate is used in the existing product, so that the skin elasticity increasing effect is the worst, and the skin elasticity index is 0.8256. Experimental data show that compared with the existing common moisturizing facial mask which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate, the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the treatment effect of improving the skin elasticity.
(3) The data in table 18 show that the moisturizing medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best moisturizing effect, and the skin moisture index is 40.81; when the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 1), the moisturizing effect is second, and the moisture index of skin is 39.88; by using the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing the traditional Chinese medicines (example 3), the moisturizing effect is the third, and the skin moisture index is 38.69; the moisturizing mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines and the same sodium hyaluronate content is used in the existing product, the moisturizing effect is fourth, and the skin hydration index is 36.72; the common moisturizing mask which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same content of sodium hyaluronate is used in the existing products, the moisturizing effect is the worst, and the moisture index of skin is 36.55. Experimental data show that compared with the existing common moisturizing facial mask which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and has the same sodium hyaluronate content, the moisturizing medical biological repairing film containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the moisturizing and moisturizing treatment effects of skin.
(4) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that the moisturizing medical bioprosthetic film containing traditional Chinese medicines prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best therapeutic effects of moisturizing, skin repairing and skin elasticity increasing compared with the moisturizing medical bioprosthetic film containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention, which adjusts the dosage of the mixed concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine formula.
