Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1:
(1) preparing 10g of pearl powder, 1.5g of white muscardine silkworm, 6g of gentian, 5-10g of mulberry leaf, 10g of common perilla, 10g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 10g of angelica root and 10g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 25L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 100min, and cooling to 60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 150g of deionized water to 85 ℃, adding 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate and 6g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 10min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 50 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2), adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g and deoxyarbutin 5g, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, and standing until the solution is completely swelled into a transparent solution, thereby obtaining the additive of the whitening medical bioprosthetic membrane containing traditional Chinese medicines;
example 2:
(1) preparing 6g of pearl powder, 1.2g of white muscardine silkworm, 5g of gentian, 8g of mulberry leaf, 6g of common perilla, 6g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 6g of angelica root and 6g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 18L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 60min, and cooling to 45 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 120g of deionized water to 82 ℃, adding 0.3g of sodium hyaluronate and 5g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 8min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 45 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2), adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g, hydrolyzed collagen 3g, nicotinamide 2g and deoxyarbutin 4g, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, standing until the solution is completely swelled into a transparent solution, and thus obtaining the additive of the whitening medical bioprosthetic membrane containing traditional Chinese medicines;
example 3:
(1) preparing 3g of pearl powder, 1g of white muscardine silkworm, 3g of gentian, 5g of mulberry leaf, 3g of common perilla, 3g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 3g of angelica root and 2g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 10L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 45min, and cooling to 40 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 100g of deionized water to 80 ℃, adding 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate and 3g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 5min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2), adding vitamin E1g, amino acid 1g, hydrolyzed collagen 1g, nicotinamide 1g and deoxyarbutin 1g, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, and standing until the solution is completely swelled into a transparent solution, thereby obtaining the additive of the whitening medical biological repair membrane containing traditional Chinese medicines;
after the additives of the whitening medical biological repair membrane containing the traditional Chinese medicines in the embodiments 1 to 3 are prepared, four kinds of filter membranes, namely a micro-filter membrane, an ultrafiltration membrane, a nano-filter membrane and a reverse osmosis membrane, are respectively adopted to filter the mixture into five kinds of repair membrane additives with molecular weight grades, namely large, medium, small, micro and ultramicro; adopting an artificial intelligence manufacturing full-automatic whole-process cold distribution production line, cooling the repair film additives of the five molecular weight grades to 0-15 ℃, and accurately coating the repair film additives on a carrier or mixing the repair film additives into the carrier from small to large according to five molecular weights of large, medium, small, micro and ultramicro; and packaging the medical bioprosthetic film according to different carriers.
Experimental example 1:
(1) comparative experiment for repairing scald skin of white rat: taking 25 big white rats with weight of about 110g, carrying out back depilation treatment with 6.5% sodium sulfide solution, wherein the depilation area is 2.5cm × 2.0cm, and feeding for 12h normally after being washed clean with distilled water. The wounds were cut along the depilated site with a laser beam after anaesthesia with ether at a cutting rate of 0.5m/min, resulting in post-operative wounds which were then randomly divided into five groups of 5 per group. Then, the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine prepared in example 1 was used for performing a comparative experiment on the scalded skin of five groups of rats, the skin was replaced every 2 hours for at most 10 times, scabbing was used as a healing judgment condition, scabbing time was used as a comparative index, and the experimental results are shown in table 1.
(2) Comparative experiment of face whitening and moisturizing treatment: 25 female volunteers aged 30-40 years and weighed 45-55kg, had no other facial skin diseases, similar skin color brightness values and skin moisture contents, and were randomly divided into five groups of 10 persons each. Then, the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine prepared in example 1 is used for carrying out comparison experiments of skin elasticity increasing and water replenishing treatment on five groups of volunteers, the film is replaced 2 times a day for 5 days in total, a skin detector is used for detecting and recording the moisture index contained in the facial skin and the index reflecting the skin age before and after the experiment every day, and the average value of each group on the day is calculated as the comparison index. The tested volunteers apply the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine for 1 hour every day, then face cleaning is carried out, and the facial muscle groups are relaxed for 30min in the environment with the room temperature of 22-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55 +/-5%. An Ina high-precision skin detector is used for detecting the moisture index of the facial skin, the probe repeatedly measures the moisture index in the same measured area for 3 times during measurement, the average value is taken, and the experimental result is shown in tables 2-3. Skin brightness index was measured using a multifunctional skin tester MPA9, Courage Khazaka electronics, germany.

As can be seen from tables 16-18, the comparative results of the experimental examples of examples 1-5 show:
the experimental data comparison results of examples 1 to 5 show that the therapeutic effects of the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicines are as follows:
(1) the data in table 16 show that the whitening medical bioprosthetic film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best scabbing effect on the scalded part, and is 8.8 h; when the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention is used (example 1), the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the second, and is 9.0 h; when the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 3), the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the third, and is 10.6 h; when the common facial mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the fourth, and is 12.2 hours; when the common facial mask without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the scabbing time of the scalded part is the longest and is 12.8 hours. Experimental data show that the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention has the treatment effect of skin repair compared with the existing common facial mask without the traditional Chinese medicine.
(2) The data in table 17 show that the whitening medical bioprosthetic film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best whitening effect, and the skin brightness index is 74.90; when the whitening medical biological repairing film containing the traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention is used (example 1), the whitening effect is the second, and the skin brightness index is 73.40; when the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 3), the whitening effect is the third, and the skin brightness index is 69.97; the common facial mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the whitening effect is fourth, and the skin brightness index is 67.37; the common facial mask containing no traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the whitening effect is the worst, and the skin brightness index is 66.47. Experimental data show that the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicine has the whitening treatment effect compared with the existing common facial mask without the traditional Chinese medicine.
(3) The data in table 18 show that the whitening medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best moisturizing effect, and the moisture index of the skin is 39.84; when the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 1), the moisturizing effect is second, and the moisture index of the skin is 39.15; when the whitening medical biological repair film containing the traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention is used (example 3), the moisturizing effect is the third, and the moisture index of the skin is 38.23; the existing product contains other traditional Chinese medicines, the moisturizing effect is fourth, and the skin moisture index is 36.83; the common facial mask containing no traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the moisturizing effect is the worst, and the moisture index of skin is 36.50. Experimental data show that compared with the existing common facial mask without traditional Chinese medicines, the whitening medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention enhances the skin moisturizing and treating effects.
(4) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that the whitening medical bioremediation film containing traditional Chinese medicines prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, skin repair and moisturizing compared with the two whitening medical bioremediation films containing traditional Chinese medicines for adjusting the dosage of the mixed concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention.
(5) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that, compared with the common facial mask containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product at present, the medical whitening biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, skin repair and moisturizing.

Claims (7)

1. A whitening medical biological repair film containing traditional Chinese medicines is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of pearl powder, 1-1.5 parts of white muscardine silkworm, 3-6 parts of gentian, 5-10 parts of mulberry leaf, 3-10 parts of common perilla, 3-10 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 3-10 parts of angelica dahurica and 2-10 parts of raw liquorice; and (3) other ingredients: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 1-3 parts of nicotinamide, 1-5 parts of deoxyarbutin and 3-6 parts of glycerol.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine-containing whitening medical bioprosthetic film of claim 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of pearl powder, 1.2 parts of white muscardine silkworm, 5 parts of gentian, 8 parts of mulberry leaf, 6 parts of common perilla, 6 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 6 parts of angelica dahurica, 6 parts of raw liquorice, 120 parts of deionized water, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts of vitamin E, 2 parts of amino acid, 3 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 2 parts of nicotinamide, 4 parts of deoxyarbutin and 5 parts of glycerol.
3. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine-containing whitening medical bioprosthetic film as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing pearl powder, white muscardine silkworm, gentian, mulberry leaf, common perilla, szechuan lovage rhizome, dahurian angelica root and raw liquoric root into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 10-25L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 45-100min, cooling to 40-60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating deionized water to 80-85 deg.C, adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol, homogenizing, and keeping the temperature for 5-10min to obtain sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40-50 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2), adding vitamin E, amino acid, hydrolyzed collagen, nicotinamide and deoxyarbutin, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, and standing until the solution is completely swelled into a transparent solution, thereby obtaining the repairing membrane additive;
