According to the experimental results of the embodiment, the treatment effects of the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicines are as follows: 1. compared with the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing has the function of whitening treatment; 2. compared with the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has the advantage that the treatment effect of skin repair is increased; 3. compared with the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the moisturizing and moisturizing treatment effects of the skin; 4. compared with two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressings which are prepared by adjusting the dosage of the mixed concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, repairing skin and moisturizing; 5. compared with the common whitening skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicines prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, repairing skin and moisturizing.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing, and the microcapsule technology adopted by the method has the following effects: 1. medical dressing components which are difficult to process and store are solidified, so that the solubility and the storage stability of the medical dressing components are improved; 2. the volatility is reduced, the volatilization of the odor components of the traditional Chinese medicine is prevented, and the loss of the drug effect is reduced; 3, possible stimulation to the skin can be reduced by controlling the release speed, so that the directional release effect is achieved; 4. the stability of the medical dressing is improved, the medical dressing is prevented from being oxidized, the influence of ultraviolet rays, temperature, humidity and the like is avoided or reduced, the medical components and the nutritional components are not lost, and the treatment effect is not lost; 5. can uniformly mix incompatible components and release the incompatible components in order; 6. isolating the active ingredient and maintaining the activity of the medicinal ingredient in the medical dressing; 7. controlling the time and quantity of the release and action of the medical dressing medicinal components; 8. greatly improves the absorption efficiency of the skin to the medical components of the medical dressing, and further quickly and obviously enhances the treatment effect of the medical dressing.
The traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing provided by the invention has three effects of professional biological whitening, skin repair and moisturizing, is simple and effective in formula, clear in component effect and action mechanism, strong in pertinence and specificity and high in safety, and fills the blank of a professional medical microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing product.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1:
(1) preparing 10g of pearl powder, 1.5g of white muscardine silkworm, 6g of gentian, 5-10g of mulberry leaf, 10g of common perilla, 10g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 10g of angelica root and 10g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 25L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 100min, and cooling to 60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 150g of deionized water to 85 ℃, adding 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate and 6g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 10min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 50 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 40% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel micro-capsule powder and the repairing moistening gel micro-capsule powder;
adding 80% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid microcapsule powder;
respectively adding the repairing and maintaining ice dew microcapsule powder and the repairing and maintaining ice milk microcapsule powder into 100% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution;
adding 100% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder;
then adding different auxiliary materials according to the dosage form, wherein:
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, sodium laureth sulfate 10g, nicotinamide 3g, deoxyarbutin 5g, lecithin 8g and xanthan gum 5g into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel microcapsule powder;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g and deoxyarbutin 5g into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid microcapsule powder;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g and deoxyarbutin 5g into the repairing and maintaining ice dew microcapsule powder;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g, deoxyarbutin 5g, lecithin 9g and xanthan gum 6g into the repairing and maintaining ice cream microcapsule powder;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g, deoxyarbutin 5g, lecithin 12g and xanthan gum 10g into the repairing and nourishing gel microcapsule powder;
adding vitamin E3g, amino acid 3g, hydrolyzed collagen 5g, nicotinamide 3g, deoxyarbutin 5g, lecithin 15g and xanthan gum 12g into the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder;
homogenizing, cooling to 38 deg.C, standing until the solution is completely swelled;
(5) and (3) uniformly mixing the transparent solution obtained in the step (4) as a core material with 30g of chitosan and 20g of sodium alginate serving as capsule wall materials, and preparing the mixture into microcapsule powder by using spray drying equipment to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing.
Example 2:
(1) preparing 6g of pearl powder, 1.2g of white muscardine silkworm, 5g of gentian, 8g of mulberry leaf, 6g of common perilla, 6g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 6g of angelica root and 6g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 18L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 60min, and cooling to 45 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 120g of deionized water to 82 ℃, adding 0.3g of sodium hyaluronate and 5g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 8min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 45 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 30% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel micro-capsule powder and the repairing moistening gel micro-capsule powder;
adding 70% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid microcapsule powder;
respectively adding 90% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice dew micro-capsule powder and the repairing and maintaining ice milk micro-capsule powder;
adding 100% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder;
then adding different auxiliary materials according to the dosage form, wherein:

adding vitamin E2g, amino acid 2g, hydrolyzed collagen 3g, nicotinamide 2g, deoxyarbutin 3g, lecithin 10g and xanthan gum 8g into the repairing and nourishing gel microcapsule powder;
vitamin E2g, 2g of amino acid, 3g of hydrolyzed collagen, 2g of nicotinamide, 3g of deoxyarbutin, 12g of lecithin and 10g of xanthan gum are added into the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder;
homogenizing, cooling to 38 deg.C, standing until the solution is completely swelled;
(5) and (4) uniformly mixing the transparent solution obtained in the step (4) as a core material with 25g of chitosan serving as a capsule wall material and 15g of sodium alginate, and preparing the mixture into microcapsule powder by using spray drying equipment to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing.
Example 3:
(1) preparing 3g of pearl powder, 1g of white muscardine silkworm, 3g of gentian, 5g of mulberry leaf, 3g of common perilla, 3g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 3g of angelica root and 2g of raw liquorice into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 10L distilled water by static boiling method, decocting for 45min, and cooling to 40 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating 100g of deionized water to 80 ℃, adding 0.1g of sodium hyaluronate and 3g of glycerol, homogenizing uniformly, and keeping the temperature for 5min to obtain a sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 20% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel micro-capsule powder and the repairing moistening gel micro-capsule powder;

(5) and (4) uniformly mixing the transparent solution obtained in the step (4) as a core material with 20g of chitosan and 10g of sodium alginate serving as capsule wall materials, and preparing the mixture into microcapsule powder by using spray drying equipment to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing.
Experimental example 1:
(1) comparative experiment for scald repair of white rat: taking 25 white rats with the weight of about 110g, carrying out back unhairing treatment by using 6.5% sodium sulfide solution, wherein the unhairing area is 2.5cm multiplied by 2.0cm, and normally feeding the white rats for 12h after being washed clean by deionized water. The wounds were cut along the depilated site with a laser beam after anaesthesia with ether at a cutting rate of 0.5m/min, resulting in post-operative wounds which were then randomly divided into five groups of 5 per group. Then, the maintenance ice liquid micro-capsule powder (essence), the maintenance gel micro-capsule powder (maintenance milk) and the maintenance nourishing cream micro-capsule powder (face cream) prepared by the formula and the preparation method of the embodiment 1 are coated in the coating sequence, and are replaced once every 2 hours for 10 times at most, scabbing is taken as a healing judgment condition, scabbing time is taken as a comparison index, and the experimental result is shown in table 1.

Then, the skin-care ice cream microcapsule powder (essence), the repair and nourishing gel microcapsule powder (repair cream) and the repair and nourishing cream microcapsule powder (face cream) prepared by the formulation and the preparation method of example 1 were coated in the order of coating, changed 2 times per day for a total of 5 days, and the moisture index contained in the facial skin and the index (L value in L a b) reflecting the skin brightness before and after the experiment were detected and recorded by a skin detector, and the average value on the day calculated for each group was used as a comparative index. The tested volunteers were cleaned after applying for 1h every day, and the facial muscles were relaxed for 30min at room temperature of 22-25 deg.C and relative humidity of 55 + -5%. An Ina high-precision skin detector is used for detecting the moisture index of the facial skin, the probe repeatedly measures for 3 times in the same measured area during measurement, and an average value is obtained. The results are shown in tables 2-3. Skin brightness index was measured using a multifunctional skin tester MPA9, Courage Khazaka electronics, germany.

(1) the data in table 16 show that the medical biological repair dressing for whitening skin by using the microcapsule powder containing traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention (example 2) has the best scabbing effect on the scalded part, and the scabbing effect is 8.2 h; when the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing (example 1) provided by the invention is used, the scabbing effect of a scald part is the second, and is 9.6 h; when the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing (example 3) provided by the invention is used, the scabbing effect of a scald part is the third, and is 10.4 hours; when the existing product is used for a common whitening skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines, the scabbing effect of the scalded part is the fourth, namely 11.0 h; when the common whitening skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the scabbing time of the scalded part is the longest and is 12.0 h. Experimental data show that compared with the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has the effect of improving the treatment effect of skin repair.
(2) The data in table 17 show that the whitening effect is the best when the microcapsule powder containing traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention is used for whitening the medical biological repair dressing (example 2), and the skin brightness index is 77.88; the microcapsule powder containing traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention is used for whitening medical biological repair dressing (example 1), the whitening effect is the second, and the skin brightness index is 73.64; the microcapsule powder containing traditional Chinese medicine provided by the invention is used for whitening medical biological repair dressing (example 3), the whitening effect is the third, and the skin brightness index is 71.62; the common whitening skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the whitening effect is fourth, and the skin brightness index is 68.17; the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the whitening effect is the worst, and the skin brightness index is 66.70. Experimental data show that compared with the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has the effect of whitening treatment.
(3) The data in table 18 show that the medical biological repair dressing for whitening skin by using the microcapsule powder containing traditional Chinese medicines (example 2) provided by the invention has the best moisturizing effect, and the moisture index of the skin is 41.11; when the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing (example 1) provided by the invention is used, the moisturizing effect is second, and the moisture index of the skin is 39.40; when the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing provided by the invention is used (example 3), the moisturizing effect is the third, and the moisture index of the skin is 38.89; the existing product contains other traditional Chinese medicines, and the common whitening skin care product has the fourth moisturizing effect, and the moisture index of the skin is 37.08; when the common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the moisturizing effect is the worst, and the moisture index of the skin is 36.54. Experimental data show that compared with the existing common whitening skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines enhances the skin moisturizing and moisturizing treatment effects.
(4) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that the microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, skin repair and moisturizing compared with the two microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressings containing traditional Chinese medicines for adjusting the dosage of the mixed concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention.
(5) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that compared with the existing products containing other traditional Chinese medicines in common whitening skin care products, the microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing prepared according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of whitening, skin repair and moisturizing.

Claims (9)

1. The traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of pearl powder, 1-1.5 parts of white muscardine silkworm, 3-6 parts of gentian, 5-10 parts of mulberry leaf, 3-10 parts of common perilla, 3-10 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 3-10 parts of angelica dahurica, 2-10 parts of raw liquoric root, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3-6 parts of glycerol, auxiliary materials and capsule wall materials.

The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation formulation of the dressing comprises repair and maintenance ice liquid microcapsule powder, repair and maintenance ice dew microcapsule powder, repair and maintenance ice milk microcapsule powder, repair and maintenance gel microcapsule powder and repair and maintenance cream microcapsule powder.
3. The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the capsule wall material consists of 20-30 parts of chitosan and 10-20 parts of sodium alginate.

The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the auxiliary materials comprise 150 parts of deionized water 100, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 1-3 parts of nicotinamide and 1-5 parts of deoxyarbutin.

The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the auxiliary materials for repairing and maintaining the ice cream microcapsule powder also comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-9 parts of lecithin and 3-6 parts of xanthan gum.

The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the auxiliary materials of the repairing and nourishing gel microcapsule powder also comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of lecithin and 6-10 parts of xanthan gum.

The Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the auxiliary materials of the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder also comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of lecithin and 9-12 parts of xanthan gum.
8. The preparation method of the Chinese medicinal microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing pearl powder, white muscardine silkworm, gentian, mulberry leaf, common perilla, szechuan lovage rhizome, dahurian angelica root and raw liquoric root into a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder mixing material by adopting a nano traditional Chinese medicine powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 10-25L deionized water by static boiling method, decocting for 45-100min, and cooling to 40-60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating deionized water to 80-85 deg.C, adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol, homogenizing, and keeping the temperature for 5-10min to obtain sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40-50 ℃, adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, adding different auxiliary materials according to dosage forms, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, and standing until the solution is completely swelled;
(5) and (4) uniformly mixing the transparent solution obtained in the step (4) as a core material with a capsule wall material, and preparing the mixture into microcapsule powder by spray drying equipment to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine-containing microcapsule powder whitening medical biological repair dressing.
9. The preparation method of the microcapsule powder whitening medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 8, wherein: adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution with different dosage according to the dosage form in the step (4):
adding 20-40% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and nourishing gel microcapsule powder;
adding 60-80% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid microcapsule powder;
respectively adding 80-100% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice dew microcapsule powder and the repairing and maintaining ice milk microcapsule powder;
the repairing and nourishing cream microcapsule powder is added with 100 percent of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution.
