A preparation method of an anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing Ganoderma, Poria, folium Mori, rhizoma Stachydis Japonicae, semen Ginkgo, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, rhizoma Bletillae and flos Chrysanthemi into nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture by nanometer Chinese medicinal powder preparation process;

(4) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 50 ℃, and adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, wherein:
respectively adding 40% of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;

The wounds were cut along the depilated site with a laser beam after anaesthesia with ether at a cutting rate of 0.5m/min, resulting in post-operative wounds which were then randomly divided into five groups of 5 per group. (2) Anti-aging and moisturizing treatment contrast experiment: 25 female volunteers with history of hyaluronic acid injection and facial rigidity symptoms are collected, the female volunteers are aged 35-40 years, have the weight of 45-55kg, have no other facial skin diseases, have similar skin elasticity values and skin water content, and are randomly divided into five groups of 5 persons in each group. The tested volunteers apply the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing the traditional Chinese medicine for 1 hour every day, then face cleaning is carried out, and the facial muscles are relaxed for 30min at the room temperature of 22-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55 +/-5%. An Ina high-precision skin detector is used for detecting the moisture index of the facial skin, the probe repeatedly measures for 3 times in the same measured area during measurement, and an average value is obtained. Skin age was measured using a skin test instrument from day lily of the family, and the results are shown in tables 2-3.

(1) the data in table 16 show that the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 2) provided by the invention has the best scabbing effect on the scald part, and is 9.4 h; when the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 1) provided by the invention is used, the scabbing effect of the scald part is the second, and is 9.8 h; when the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 3) provided by the invention is used, the scabbing effect of the scald part is the third, and is 12.2 hours; when the common anti-aging skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the scabbing effect of the scalded part is fourth, and is 13.0 h; when the common anti-aging skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the scabbing time of the scalded part is the longest and is 13.8 hours. Experimental data show that the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has the treatment effect of skin repair compared with the common anti-aging skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product.
(2) The data in table 17 show that the anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 2) provided by the invention has the best anti-aging effect, and the index of skin age is 30.10; by using the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 1), the anti-aging effect is the second, and the skin age index is 32.57; by using the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 3), the anti-aging effect is the third, and the skin age index is 34.32; the common anti-aging skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the anti-aging effect is fourth, and the index of skin age is 35.04; the common anti-aging skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the anti-aging effect is the worst, and the index of skin age is 36.04. Experimental data show that the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines has an anti-aging treatment effect compared with the common anti-aging skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product.
(3) The data in table 18 show that the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 2) provided by the invention has the best moisturizing effect, and the skin moisture index is 41.16; by using the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 1), the second moisturizing effect is achieved, and the moisture index of the skin is 39.27; by using the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines (formula in example 3), the moisturizing effect is the third, and the moisture index of skin is 39.10; the common anti-aging skin care product containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product is used, the moisturizing effect is the fourth, and the moisture index of the skin is 38.18; the common anti-aging skin care product which does not contain traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products is used, the moisturizing effect is the worst, and the moisture index of the skin is 37.23. Experimental data show that compared with the common anti-aging skin care product without traditional Chinese medicines in the existing product, the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the invention enhances the effects of moisturizing and moisturizing the skin.
(4) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that the anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing made according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the present invention has the best treatment effects of anti-aging, skin repair, and moisturizing compared to the two anti-aging medical bioremediation dressings containing traditional Chinese medicines provided by the present invention that adjust the amount of the mixed concentrated solution of the traditional Chinese medicine formula.
(5) The effect rankings in tables 16-18 show that the anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing made according to the traditional Chinese medicine formula provided by the invention has the best treatment effects of anti-aging, skin repair and moisturizing compared with the common anti-aging skin care products containing other traditional Chinese medicines in the existing products.
Claims (9)
1. The anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of lucid ganoderma, 10-15 parts of poria cocos, 5-10 parts of mulberry leaves, 3-10 parts of common perilla, 6-10 parts of ginkgo kernels, 6-10 parts of tribulus terrestris, 3-10 parts of bletilla striata, 5-10 parts of white chrysanthemum, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 3-6 parts of glycerol and auxiliary materials.
2. The anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein: the dressing is a repair quick-cleaning water gel, and auxiliary materials of the dressing comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 6-10 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-2 parts of acetylated hexapeptide, 1-3 parts of ursolic acid, 2-5 parts of human-like collagen, 3-8 parts of lecithin and 3-5 parts of xanthan gum.

The anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein: the dressing is skin care spray, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 portions of deionized water, 150 portions of vitamin E, 0.5 to 1 portion of amino acid, 0.5 to 1 portion of hydrolyzed collagen, 1 to 3 portions of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.5 to 1 portion of acetylated hexapeptide, 0.5 to 2 portions of ursolic acid and 1 to 2 portions of human-like collagen.

The anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein: the dressing is repair and maintenance ice water, repair and maintenance ice liquid or repair and maintenance ice dew, and the auxiliary material of the dressing is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 1-2 parts of acetylated hexapeptide, 1-3 parts of ursolic acid and 2-5 parts of human-like collagen.

The anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 1, wherein: the dressing is a repairing nourishing paste, and the auxiliary materials of the dressing are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of deionized water, 1-3 parts of vitamin E, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 1-2 parts of acetylated hexapeptide, 1-3 parts of ursolic acid, 2-5 parts of human-like collagen, 10-15 parts of lecithin and 9-12 parts of xanthan gum.
8. The method for preparing the anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing Ganoderma, Poria, folium Mori, rhizoma Stachydis Japonicae, semen Ginkgo, fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae, rhizoma Bletillae and flos Chrysanthemi into nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture by nanometer Chinese medicinal powder preparation process;
(2) mixing the nanometer Chinese medicinal powder mixture obtained in step (1) with 10-25L deionized water by static boiling method, decocting for 45-100min, and cooling to 40-60 deg.C to obtain Chinese medicinal mixed concentrated solution;
(3) heating deionized water to 80-85 deg.C, adding sodium hyaluronate and glycerol, homogenizing, and keeping the temperature for 5-10min to obtain sodium hyaluronate mixture;
(4) and (3) cooling the sodium hyaluronate mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40-50 ℃, adding different amounts of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step (2) according to dosage forms, adding different auxiliary materials according to dosage forms, homogenizing, cooling to 38 ℃, standing until the solution is completely swelled, and thus obtaining the anti-aging medical biological repair dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines.
9. The method for preparing the anti-aging medical bioremediation dressing containing traditional Chinese medicines according to claim 8, wherein: adding the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution with different dosage according to the dosage form in the step (4):
respectively adding 20-40% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repairing quick-cleaning water gel and the repairing nourishing gel;
adding 5-10% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the skin care spray;
adding 40-60% of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution into the repair and maintenance ice water;
adding 60-80% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice liquid;
respectively adding 80-100% of the Chinese medicinal concentrated solution into the repairing and maintaining ice cream and the repairing and maintaining ice cream;
the repairing and nourishing cream is added with 100 percent of traditional Chinese medicine mixed concentrated solution.
