本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种速冻儿童有机鱼肉肠,由以下重量份的原料组成:有机鳙鱼肉75-90份、食用盐1-5份、有机白砂糖1-4份、白胡椒粉0.1-0.4份,有机鸡蛋4-8份,有机葛根粉2-6份,有机猪肉5-11份,姜汁0.1-0.5份,冰水3-8份。
本发明相比于现有技术具有以下优点:本发明配比中无化学添加剂,有机成分占比达到95%以上,食用更健康安全,同时,有机葛根粉和冰水的使用,使得口感更为细腻,有机猪肉和有机鳙鱼肉的使用,则使得成品色泽白净光亮,提高食欲。
