本发明涉及用于密封隔绝或其他防护的建筑物构件领域,具体为一种自修复式防水卷材及其制造方法。一种自修复式防水卷材,包括基层防水层(1),其特征是:还包括发泡堵漏层(2)和次层防水层(3),基层防水卷材(11)逐张铺设构成基层防水层(1),在基层防水层(1)上均匀发泡材料(21)构成发泡堵漏层(2),次层防水卷材(31)逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层(2)的顶部构成次层防水层(3)。一种自修复式防水卷材的制造方法,其特征是:按如下步骤依次实施:①铺设基层防水层;②铺设发泡堵漏层;③铺设次层防水层。本发明结构简单,便于施工,防渗效果好,降低堵漏成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于密封隔绝或其他防护的建筑物构件领域,具体为一种自修复式防水卷材及其制造方法。
背景技术
建筑史上,渗漏是建筑物质量的一个重要问题,不仅严重影响居民的正常生活,经常引起各种矛盾和纠纷,工业建筑的渗漏还会影响正常的生产经营,造成经济损失,因此建筑物的渗漏是一个社会广泛关注的问题。防水材料经历了由原始的以瓦片为主的刚性防水材料,到纸胎石油沥青油毡,再到复合高分子柔性防水材料的发展过程。虽然防水材料越来越新进,但始终无法实现零渗漏的施工效果,出现渗漏后仍需要用聚氨酯等堵漏材料进行二次修复。堵漏材料的出现虽然弥补了防水材料的不足,但仅限于局部渗水的修复,针对大面积且无明显渗漏点的部位仍旧于事无补。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、便于施工、防渗效果好、降低堵漏成本的建筑物防渗构件,本发明公开了一种自修复式防水卷材及其制造方法。
本发明通过如下技术方案达到发明目的:
一种自修复式防水卷材,包括基层防水层,其特征是:还包括发泡堵漏层和次层防水层,
基层防水卷材逐张铺设构成基层防水层,相邻的基层防水卷材拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区,在基层防水层上均匀发泡材料构成发泡堵漏层,次层防水卷材逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层的顶部构成次层防水层,相邻的次层防水卷材拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区,
基层防水卷材和次层防水卷材都选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,是用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(简称SBS)橡胶改性沥青做涂层,用玻纤毡、聚酯毡、玻纤增强聚酯毡为胎基,两面覆以隔离材料所做成的一种性能优异的防水材料,又叫弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,具有耐热、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗老化、热塑性好、抗拉力大、延伸率高、抗撕裂性强等优点;
发泡材料选用聚氨酯。
所述的自修复式防水卷材,其特征是:基层接茬区和次层接茬区在垂直方向上互相错开。
所述的自修复式防水卷材的制造方法,其特征是:按如下步骤依次实施:
① 铺设基层防水层:逐张铺设基层防水卷材构成基层防水层,基层防水卷材选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的基层防水卷材拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区;
② 铺设发泡堵漏层:在基层防水层上均匀发泡材料构成发泡堵漏层,发泡材料选用聚氨酯;
③ 铺设次层防水层:次层防水卷材逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层的顶部构成次层防水层,次层防水卷材选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的次层防水卷材拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区。
所述的自修复式防水卷材的制造方法,其特征是:步骤③时,次层接茬区在垂直方向上和基层接茬区互相错开。
本发明使用时,将本发明的自修复式防水卷材逐张铺设在建筑物的混凝土墙体顶部,铺设时,相邻的自修复式防水卷材的接茬区上涂抹聚氨酯发泡材料。
本发明采用防水与堵漏相结合的方式进行施工,采用三层防水,将堵漏材料置于双层防水卷材之间,当某层卷材发生渗水情况时,渗入的水与中间层堵漏材料发生反应,形成新的防水层,从而堵住渗漏点,避免渗漏现象的扩大。本发明采用的自修复式防水施工方法,针对渗漏点不明确的大面积轻微渗水进行自动修复,无需人工排查,最大程度克服无法找出渗漏点的困难。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1. 双层卷材防水,在任意层发生渗水情况后仍有第二道防水层进行防护;
2. 自动修复渗水部位,无需大面积排查渗漏点(见附图中C点)
3. 大大减少后期防水堵漏费用。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种自修复式防水卷材,包括基层防水层1、发泡堵漏层2和次层防水层3,如图1所示,具体结构是:
基层防水卷材11逐张铺设构成基层防水层1,相邻的基层防水卷材11拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区12,在基层防水层1上均匀发泡材料21构成发泡堵漏层2,次层防水卷材31逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层2的顶部构成次层防水层3,相邻的次层防水卷材31拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区32;
基层防水卷材11和次层防水卷材31都选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,是用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(简称SBS)橡胶改性沥青做涂层,用玻纤毡、聚酯毡、玻纤增强聚酯毡为胎基,两面覆以隔离材料所做成的一种性能优异的防水材料,又叫弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,具有耐热、耐寒、耐腐蚀、抗老化、热塑性好、抗拉力大、延伸率高、抗撕裂性强等优点;
发泡材料21选用聚氨酯;
基层接茬区12和次层接茬区32在垂直方向上互相错开。
本实施例制造时,按如下步骤依次实施:
① 铺设基层防水层:逐张铺设基层防水卷材11构成基层防水层1,基层防水卷材11选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的基层防水卷材11拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区12;单张基层防水卷材11的厚度应为相应传统卷材厚度的一半;
② 铺设发泡堵漏层:在基层防水层1上均匀发泡材料21构成发泡堵漏层2,发泡材料21选用聚氨酯;
③ 铺设次层防水层:次层防水卷材31逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层2的顶部构成次层防水层3,次层防水卷材31选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的次层防水卷材31拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区32,次层接茬区32在垂直方向上和基层接茬区12互相错开;单张次层防水卷材31的厚度应为相应传统卷材厚度的一半。
本实施例使用时,将本实施例的自修复式防水卷材逐张铺设在建筑物的混凝土墙体4顶部,铺设时,相邻的自修复式防水卷材的接茬区上涂抹聚氨酯发泡材料。当某层卷材发生渗水情况时,如图1所示为例:基层防水层1出现渗漏点13,渗入的水和发泡堵漏层2的发泡材料21聚氨酯发生反应,又形成新的防水层,从而堵住渗漏点13,避免渗漏现象的扩大。

1.一种自修复式防水卷材,包括基层防水层(1),其特征是:还包括发泡堵漏层(2)和次层防水层(3),
基层防水卷材(11)逐张铺设构成基层防水层(1),相邻的基层防水卷材(11)拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区(12),在基层防水层(1)上均匀发泡材料(21)构成发泡堵漏层(2),次层防水卷材(31)逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层(2)的顶部构成次层防水层(3),相邻的次层防水卷材(31)拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区(32),
基层防水卷材(11)和次层防水卷材(31)都选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,发泡材料(21)选用聚氨酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的自修复式防水卷材,其特征是:基层接茬区(12)和次层接茬区(32)在垂直方向上互相错开。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的自修复式防水卷材的制造方法,其特征是:按如下步骤依次实施:
① 铺设基层防水层:逐张铺设基层防水卷材(11)构成基层防水层(1),基层防水卷材(11)选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的基层防水卷材(11)拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成基层接茬区(12);
② 铺设发泡堵漏层:在基层防水层(1)上均匀发泡材料(21)构成发泡堵漏层(2),发泡材料(21)选用聚氨酯;
③ 铺设次层防水层:次层防水卷材(31)逐张铺设在发泡堵漏层(2)的顶部构成次层防水层(3),次层防水卷材(31)选用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯改性沥青防水卷材,相邻的次层防水卷材(31)拼接时在拼接处互相叠合形成次层接茬区(32)。
4.如权利要求3所述的自修复式防水卷材的制造方法,其特征是:步骤③时,次层接茬区(32)在垂直方向上和基层接茬区(12)互相错开。
