Abstract
一种屋顶自修复卷材,包括一个沥青胶质层(5),该沥青胶质层(5)的下侧面附着下覆面层(6),所述沥青胶质层(5)的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层(2)以及一个下玻璃纤维层(4),所述上下玻璃纤维层(2、4)之间包夹有一层相变层(3),该相变层(3)由顶端开口并填满了石蜡的球体均布形成,所述防水层(1)、上玻璃纤维层(2)、相变层(3)、下玻璃纤维层(4)以及沥青胶质层(5)和下覆面层(6)利用一体热模压工艺结合。该卷材能够具有自修复功能,使用寿命长,效果优。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有自修复功能的屋顶用自修复卷材。
背景技术
现阶段,屋顶做防水处理的量非常大,对于防水卷材的需求量也逐渐增多。但由于防水卷材使用的高分子材料,在室外环境下,尤其是高温环境下容易发生裂解,或是由于高温膨胀,夜晚温度降低,导致的膨胀和收缩造成防水卷材硬化、开裂,最终导致失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在卷材表面开裂后具有自修复功能屋顶用自修复卷材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括,一个沥青胶质层,该沥青胶质层的下侧面附着下覆面层,所述沥青胶质层的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层以及一个下玻璃纤维层,所述上下玻璃纤维层、之间包夹有一层相变层,该相变层由顶端开口并填满了石蜡的球体均布形成,所述防水层、上玻璃纤维层、相变层、下玻璃纤维层以及沥青胶质层和下覆面层利用一体热模压工艺结合。
石蜡由固态转为液态的起始温度在六十度左右,夏季高温下相变层能够吸收大量的热,降低卷材内部温度,降低卷材中高分子裂解变性的风险。即使卷材表面失效开裂,石蜡在高温下转为液态流出能够填充裂缝,起到修补的作用,改善使用效果。
所述上纤维层与沥青胶质层的上顶面重合。提高纤维网对沥青胶质层膨胀量和收缩量的限制。
所述顶端开口的球体由PVC材料制成。PVC材料在紫外光下易分解,从而在出现裂缝后能够尽可能多的将石蜡释放出来。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细描述。
如图所示,本发明包括一个沥青胶质层5,该沥青胶质层5的下侧面附着下覆面层6,所述沥青胶质层5的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层2以及一个下玻璃纤维层4,所述上下玻璃纤维层2、4之间包夹有一层相变层3,该相变层3由顶端开口并填满了石蜡的球体均布形成,所述防水层1、上玻璃纤维层2、相变层3、下玻璃纤维层4以及沥青胶质层5和下覆面层6利用一体热模压工艺结合。
所述上纤维层2与沥青胶质层5的上顶面重合。
所述顶端开口的球体由PVC材料制成。
Claims (3)
1.一种屋顶自修复卷材,包括一个沥青胶质层(5),该沥青胶质层(5)的下侧面附着下覆面层(6),其特征在于,所述沥青胶质层(5)的上端包括一个上玻璃纤维层(2)以及一个下玻璃纤维层(4),所述上下玻璃纤维层(2、4)之间包夹有一层相变层(3),该相变层(3)由顶端开口并填满了石蜡的球体均布形成,所述防水层(1)、上玻璃纤维层(2)、相变层(3)、下玻璃纤维层(4)以及沥青胶质层(5)和下覆面层(6)利用一体热模压工艺结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶自修复卷材,其特征在于,所述上纤维层(2)与沥青胶质层(5)的上顶面重合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶自修复卷材,其特征在于,所述顶端开口的球体由PVC材料制成。
