Abstract
The invention discloses a liver-protecting pill and a preparation method thereof, wherein the liver-protecting pill is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: kudzu root: 30-40 parts; green tea: 15-20 parts of a solvent; litchi pulp: 8-10 parts; and (3) mulberry fruit: 5-10 parts; dandelion: 3-5 parts; chinese yam: 1-3 parts; medlar: 1-3 parts; artichoke extract: 5-10 parts. The liver protection pill has multiple health care effects of protecting liver, coordinating intestines and stomach and the like, has no side effect, and has good taste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health products, and particularly relates to a liver-protecting pill and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The liver is an important organ of the human digestive system, and performs important physiological functions such as metabolism/detoxification and blood homeostasis/bile excretion. The liver is the largest digestive system of the human body and is also the largest chemical plant of the human body, and all substances entering the human body are absorbed or detoxified by active enzyme of the liver. Only if the chemical plant is good, a plurality of active enzymes in the liver can normally work, and various toxins entering the body can be removed, so that various qualified nutrient substances can be provided for the organism to maintain the normal operation of physiological functions; the five zang-organs and six fu-organs and other organs of the body can be healthy without damage.
Alcoholism is an alarming public health problem in modern society. Health risks caused by alcohol impose a significant financial burden on health care systems. Long-term alcohol consumption has been associated with the development of various medical conditions, such as alcoholic liver disease, pancreatitis and brain injury. Liver damage is the most common consequence of alcohol abuse and can progress to fatty liver, steatohepatitis, fibrosis, cirrhosis and even liver cancer.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, we propose a liver-protecting pill and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The liver-protecting pill and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have various health-care effects of protecting the liver, coordinating intestines and stomach and the like, have no side effect and have good mouthfeel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme that the liver-protecting pill is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: kudzu root: 30-40 parts; green tea: 15-20 parts of a solvent; litchi pulp: 8-10 parts; and (3) mulberry fruit: 5-10 parts; dandelion: 3-5 parts; chinese yam: 1-3 parts; medlar: 1-3 parts; artichoke extract: 5-10 parts.
The artichoke extract is prepared by the following method: (1) adding globe artichoke into a stainless steel reaction kettle, adding water, performing hot reflux at 85-95 deg.C, extracting for 3 times, filtering the obtained extractive solution with 0.45 μm filter membrane to remove impurities, and collecting extractive solution; (2) concentrating the extractive solution, adding ethanol solution to obtain 50% ethanol solution, cooling, precipitating with ethanol for 12-24 hr, filtering the supernatant with 0.45 μm filter membrane to remove impurities, and collecting filtrate; (3) adsorbing the collected filtrate by a resin column, eluting by ethanol aqueous solutions with different concentrations through the adsorbed resin column respectively, filtering impurities from the eluted ethanol washing solution by a 0.22 mu m microporous filter, concentrating under vacuum at 55 ℃ to obtain a concentrated solution, spray drying the concentrated solution, grinding, and sieving by a 500-mesh sieve to obtain the artichoke extract.
A preparation method of a liver-protecting pill comprises the following specific steps: (1) cleaning and airing raw materials of kudzuvine root, green tea, litchi pulp, mulberry, dandelion, Chinese yam and medlar, and respectively placing the raw materials in a grinding machine to grind the raw materials to 400 meshes and 500 meshes; (2) putting the material obtained in the step (1) and the artichoke extract into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring and mixing; (3) boiling honey, boiling the honey with strong fire, filtering to remove foam, and slowly boiling with slow fire; (4) adding the honey boiled in the step (3) into the uniform mixed material obtained in the step (2) while the honey is hot, and continuously and fully stirring until the honey is uniformly mixed; (5) putting the mixture obtained in the step (4) into a mould, pressing into a cake shape, and rubbing into liver-protecting pills; (6) and (5) packaging the liver-protecting pills obtained in the step (5) by using glass paper and wax shells.
The weight of the honey is 1-1.5 times of the total weight of the raw materials.
In the step (2), the stirring time is 30-40min, and the rotating speed is 300-; the stirring time in the step (4) is 50-60min, and the rotating speed is 400-600 r/min.
The diameter of the finished liver-protecting pill in the step (5) is 0.5-1 cm.
