2. Impurity removal: and respectively putting the bud tips and the mulberry leaf tender leaves of the cyclocarya paliurus into different cleaning pools, cleaning for 15-20 min, adding plant ash clear liquid into the cleaning pools, and then vibrating by using a vibrator.
3. Withering: removing bud tips and tender leaves of folium mori of cyclocarya paliurus after impurity removal by using a non-iron screen, removing water on the surfaces of the bud tips and the tender leaves of the folium mori of the cyclocarya paliurus, mixing 5-8 parts of the bud tips and 2-3 parts of the tender leaves of the folium mori of the cyclocarya paliurus on a cedar sieve, controlling the hot air temperature to be 30-35 ℃ for continuously carrying out 4-8 min, and controlling the water content of the mixed tea to be 65-70% by using 23-26 ℃ hot air.
4. De-enzyming: and (5) deactivating the enzyme for 5-6 min by using an octagonal roller water-removing machine.
5. Rolling: and taking out the de-enzymed mixed tea, controlling the temperature of the tea at 20-25 ℃, rolling for 25-35 min, and repeatedly rolling for 3 times, wherein the time interval of rolling for each time is 4-6 min.
6. And (3) drying: and drying by using hot air at the drying temperature of 60-65 ℃ until the water content is 5.0-7.0%.
