所述甜味剂由下列质量份数的原料组成:甜菊糖苷0.2份和结晶果糖7.8份。

一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,所述固体饮料包括如下重量份数的原料:益生菌冻干粉10份、益生元50份、甜味剂7份、食用香精0.8份、麦芽糊精6.5份、小麦低聚肽6份、酵母提取物0.5份;所述益生菌冻干粉中益生菌活菌数≧2.5*109CFU/g。
所述益生菌冻干粉由下列质量份数的冻干粉组成:两歧双歧杆菌冻干粉2.5份、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉2.5份、乳酸乳球菌冻干粉2.5份、嗜热链球菌冻干粉2.5份;
所述益生元由下列质量份数的原料组成:菊粉22.5份、低聚半乳糖20份和低聚木糖7.5份;
所述甜味剂由下列质量份数的原料组成:阿斯巴甜0.2份和木糖醇6.8份。
所述的固体饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,所述固体饮料包括如下重量份数的原料:益生菌冻干粉14份、益生元62份、甜味剂9.1份、食用香精1.2份、麦芽糊精9份、小麦低聚肽9份、酵母提取物0.8份;所述益生菌冻干粉中益生菌活菌数≧2.5*109CFU/g。
所述益生菌冻干粉由下列质量份数的冻干粉组成:乳双歧杆菌冻干粉2份、长双气杆菌冻干粉2份、短双歧杆菌冻干粉2份、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉2份、植物乳杆菌冻干粉2份、乳酸乳球菌冻干粉2份、嗜热链球菌冻干粉2份;
所述益生元由下列质量份数的原料组成:菊粉32份、低聚半乳糖30份;
所述甜味剂由下列质量份数的原料组成:安赛蜜0.1份和木糖醇9份。
所述的固体饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
本发明一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料口感佳,具有保健功能,对便秘有明显的调理作用,能提高机体免疫力。本发明的固体饮料的保健效果是辅助性的,务必不能作为单独的防治便秘的药物使用。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述固体饮料包括如下重量份数的原料:益生菌冻干粉8-16份、益生元45-70份、甜味剂5.1-10.2份、食用香精0.5-1.5份、麦芽糊精5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉选自乳双歧杆菌冻干粉、长双气杆菌冻干粉、短双歧杆菌冻干粉、两歧双歧杆菌冻干粉、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉、植物乳杆菌冻干粉、乳酸乳球菌冻干粉、嗜热链球菌冻干粉中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生元选自低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖、菊粉中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述甜味剂选自三氯蔗糖、罗汉果甜苷、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、木糖醇、甜菊糖苷、结晶果糖中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述固体饮料还包括如下重量份数的原料:小麦低聚肽5-10份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述固体饮料还包括如下重量份数的原料:酵母提取物0.5-1份。
7.如权利要求2所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉由下列质量份数的冻干粉组成:乳双歧杆菌冻干粉1-2份、长双气杆菌冻干粉1-2份、短双歧杆菌冻干粉1-2份、两歧双歧杆菌冻干粉1-2份、副干酪乳杆菌冻干粉1-2份、植物乳杆菌冻干粉1-2份、乳酸乳球菌冻干粉1-2份、嗜热链球菌冻干粉1-2份;所述益生元由下列质量份数的原料组成:低聚木糖5-10份、低聚半乳糖20-30份和低聚果糖20-30份;所述甜味剂由下列质量份数的原料组成:甜菊糖苷0.1-0.2份和结晶果糖5-10份。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种防治便秘的合生元固体饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉中益生菌活菌数≧2.5*109CFU/g。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:称取各重量份数的原料,将除益生菌冻干粉外的各原料分别用紫外灯照射,备用;
S2:称取经紫外灯照射后的益生元、甜味剂、食用香精、麦芽糊精,用搅拌机搅拌10-15min,混合均匀,制得混合物;
S3:称取益生菌冻干粉加入到S2制备的混合物中,再一起投入三维混合机中进行混合得到混合粉体;在搅拌过程中,保持搅拌方向相同;
S4:将混合粉体进行充填包装,检验合格后出厂。
10.如权利要求9所述的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,所述紫外灯的波长为254nm,照射时间为15-30min。
