Abstract
本发明提出了一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,涉及益生菌技术领域。该组合物包括补液益生菌组合物和辅料,所述辅料为食品、保健品、特医食品或药品加工上可接受的辅料,所述补液益生菌组合物包括如下原料:益生菌和补液盐,所述益生菌为104‑1014CFU/g。本发明的优点在于,此组合物服用方便,可以调节使用者的肠道功能,提高机体免疫力,抑制肠道有害菌的增殖,减少毒素生成,缓解乳糖不耐受,快速补充水和电解质,缓解和治疗腹泻。该组合物有利于服用并提升腹泻的治疗效果,解决实际操作过程中益生菌、补液盐和锌制剂等联合使用时服用繁琐、需分多次服用和口感欠佳的缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及益生菌技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物。
背景技术
腹泻病是多种病原及因素引起的一种疾病,患病特性表现为大便次数增多,大便性状改变等,是儿童时期发病率最高的疾病之一,是世界性公共卫生问题。全球大约每年至少10亿人次发生腹泻,根据世界卫生组织调查,每天大约1万人死于腹泻。近年来,随着口服补液盐(ORS)的广泛应用、母乳喂养率提高、营养和卫生保健措施改善,该病致死率明显降低,但仍是我国常见疾病,严重时可能导致5岁以下儿童死亡。因此,对小儿腹泻病的防治十分重要。
急性感染性腹泻病是指病程在两周以内,由病原微生物感染引起的腹泻病。急性感染性腹泻病发病率高,流行广泛,严重危害人体健康。
对于儿童腹泻的治疗,国内外各大共识及指南也明确给出了相应的指导。《儿童腹泻病诊断治疗原则的专家共识》(2009)、《美国感染病协会感染性腹泻诊疗的临床实践指南》(2017)和《儿童急性感染性腹泻病诊疗规范》(2020),都一致强调了尽早口服补液盐预防和治疗脱水,使用的是2006年WHO推荐的低渗ORS配方;同时都提到了补锌治疗和益生菌制剂调节,改善短腹泻病情、缩短病程。国内学者对于上述提到的三种治疗方案,多见于对于其中两种的联合治疗的疗效报道,如福州市妇幼保健院的黄明玉“低渗口服补液盐联合益生菌治疗小儿急性非感染性腹泻病的临床疗效观察”,临颍县妇幼保健院的贾俊芳“低渗口服补液盐加锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的效果及对其精神状态和生理活力影响观察”以及绍兴市中心医院的宋继红和俞红粉“甘草锌颗粒联合双歧杆菌活菌治疗小儿慢性腹泻的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白水平的影响”等,均显示出优于对照组。但目前尚未发现将低渗口服补液盐、益生菌直接组合的复方制剂,或低渗补液盐、益生菌及锌制剂组合的复方制剂。另外,补液盐中不同的成份和用量会影响口服时溶液的渗透压,进而影响益生菌的生长繁殖,降低益生菌的活性,导致益生菌不能充分发挥作用,从而使产品的效用降低,得不偿失。
由此可见,传统的口服补液盐联合益生菌时,可能造成益生菌制剂疗效降低;而对于小儿患者而言,由于使用时涉及至少两种以上制剂,操作复杂,饮液量多,而且补液盐本身的口感偏咸,很可能导致其临床依从性差,治疗时间延长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,弥补了现有益生菌制剂、补液盐、锌制剂联合服用时服用程序繁琐、饮液量多,口感欠佳的缺陷,简化服用方式且对于腹泻具有良好的疗效。本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提供一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,包括补液益生菌组合物和辅料,所述辅料为食品、保健品、特医食品或药品生产上可接受的辅料,所述补液益生菌组合物包括如下原料:益生菌和补液盐,所述益生菌为104-1014CFU/g。
本发明提供的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物采用了特定比例的补液盐和益生菌作为主原料,同时又采用了多种菌种与补液盐共同作用,且这些菌种对缓解或治疗腹泻有良好作用。其中对缓解或治疗腹泻有良好作用的菌种为双歧杆菌属和乳酸杆菌属。双歧杆菌粘附在肠道上皮细胞表面并分泌菌肽,同时增加肠道中润滑液的厚度,抑制病原菌侵入肠道,从而改善因免疫系统紊乱导致的肠道疾病。乳酸杆菌可以抑制肠道内腐败菌和致病菌的繁殖,降低血氨和血中胆固醇的含量,具有维持肠道内菌群平衡的整肠作用。
其中起协同作用的菌种主要为嗜热链球菌、布拉迪酵母菌、肠球菌、芽孢杆菌和梭菌。嗜热链球菌对于人体中的胃酸和胆盐具有耐受性,能够直达小肠的远端,并且嗜热链球菌对肠道致病菌具有抑制作用,对于乳酸杆菌起到了良好的协同作用。布拉迪酵母菌可以分泌一种54kDa的蛋白酶,这种酶能够降解部分肠道致病菌分泌的毒素,并抑制毒素和细胞受体的结合,降低了致病菌的危害性。枯草芽孢杆菌能迅速消耗游离在肠道中的游离氧,为肠道提供低氧的环境,促进肠道中有益厌氧菌的生长,从而间接抑制了其他致病菌的生长。酪酸梭菌能耐受胃酸,从而进入肠道,分泌有助于肠粘膜再生和修复的重要营养物质酪酸,并能促进双歧杆菌等肠道有益菌生长,抑制痢疾志贺氏菌等肠道有害菌生长,恢复肠道菌群平衡,减少胺、氨、吲哚等肠道毒素的产生及对肠粘膜的毒害,恢复肠免疫功能。
补液盐的主要成分为氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、枸橼酸钠和无水葡萄糖中的一种或多种。口服补液盐的作用机制为:小肠上皮细胞刷状缘上存在着Na+-葡萄糖同向转运体,此载体上有Na+-葡萄糖2个结合位点,当Na+-葡萄糖同时与结合位点相结合时才能运转,并显著增加钠和水的吸收。尽管在腹泻患者中,经小肠上皮细胞刷状缘单独吸收Na+的机制受损,但是Na+-葡萄糖同向转运体吸收机制却仍然保存,这使腹泻患者能够从含适当比例钠-葡萄糖的口服补液中吸收无机盐和水。在多种改良口服补液盐的尝试中,研究发现,影响肠道吸收水、无机盐的因素中,渗透压是最重要的因素。在低渗状态下,肠道对水和无机盐的吸收比等渗状态好。其中口服补液盐Ⅲ中氯化钠和葡萄糖的含量相比现有传统口服液中的补液盐I和II有一部分减少,保证了血浆渗透压为245mOsm/L的最佳渗透压,避免了传统口服补液盐的不足,葡萄糖和Na+能直接作用于患者细胞,其中葡萄糖还能直接作用于患者细胞间隙,与小肠上皮细胞绒毛受体相结合,促进人体肠道中水分子及Na+得到最大限度的吸收。Na+则能与患者小肠上皮细胞绒毛上的相关受体相结合,将细胞中的Cl-带出,达到提高患者细胞间隙渗透压,促进细胞水分吸收,纠正患者脱水症状的目的,快速补液的同时还能减少腹泻粪便量和呕吐次数,缩短腹泻病程。
本发明中还添加了维生素、矿物质、果蔬、糖类物质、填充剂和矫味剂这类食品、保健品、特医食品或药品生产上可接受的辅料,维生素、矿物质、果蔬和糖类物质不仅提升了含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物的营养价值,提高了肠道吸收有益元素的效率、补充了人体的微量元素,还改进了产品的口感,增加了产品的甜味。其中填充剂和矫味剂提高了产品的口感,在不影响产品营养和功能价值的同时掩盖了产品的咸味。药品上可接受的辅料除可添加上述原料之外,还可以添加一些对治疗腹泻有帮助的原料。
综上,相对于现有技术,本发明的实施例至少具有如下优点或有益效果:
本发明提供的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,将补液盐和益生菌结合使用时,补液盐能调节肠道内的水及电解质使其在达到平衡的同时,还能保证在短时间内对腹泻者机体盐分和水分的供给,同时还摄入一定量的益生菌,达到预防和纠正脱水的目的。益生元促进益生菌在体内的定植和增值,进而依靠益生菌调节肠道微生物平衡,改善肠道功能,提高免疫力,释放有益成分或者抵抗致病菌活性来快速缓解或治疗腹泻。此外,由于添加了辅料,不仅为人体提供了所需的营养物质,而且提升了效果,同时组合物的口感得到了改善,更利于提高服用效率和患儿依从性。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考具体实施例来详细说明本发明。
本申请实施例提供一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,包括补液益生菌组合物和辅料,所述辅料为食品、保健品、特医食品或药品加工上可接受的辅料,所述补液益生菌组合物包括如下原料:益生菌和补液盐,所述益生菌为104-1014CFU/g。益生菌主要用于抑制肠道内的致病菌,降解肠道内的有毒物质,改善肠道环境,调节肠道菌群,平衡和改善胃肠道功能,提高机体免疫力,缓解乳糖不耐受。果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素、矿物质、填充剂和矮味剂都是市面上食品、保健品、特医食品或药品中常见的一些添加剂,其中果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素和矿物质主要用于改善营养或功能价值,为人体补充所需的微量元素,并提升口感,增加甜味。填充剂和矮味剂主要用于改善口感,掩盖咸味。补液盐主要可以通过小肠细胞Na+-葡萄糖同向转运体,快速补充水和电解质,预防和纠正脱水。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物还包括益生元,所述益生元为0.1-90wt%,所述补液盐为10-99.9%。益生元可以采用菊粉、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚木糖、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、母乳低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、异麦芽酮糖、海藻糖和阿拉伯糖中的一种或多种。益生元可以促进益生菌在肠道内的定植和增殖。其中益生菌和补液盐结合使用,可以使患者服用方便,提高效率,保证益生菌活性,最终提升治疗效果。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中,所述益生菌包括双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、链球菌属、酵母菌属、肠球菌属、梭菌属和芽孢杆菌属中的一种或多种。其中双歧杆菌粘附在肠道上皮细胞表面并分泌菌肽,同时增加肠道中润滑液的厚度,抑制病原菌侵入肠道,从而改善因免疫系统紊乱导致的肠道疾病。乳酸杆菌可以抑制肠道内腐败菌和致病菌的繁殖,降低血氨和血中胆固醇的含量,具有维持肠道内菌群平衡的整肠作用。酵母菌含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素和酶,具有较强的生理活性,能够治疗因饮食不合理而导致的消化不良。肠球菌能够抑制病原菌黏附肠道,形成肠道屏障,保护肠道健康,维持微生态平衡,并且在代谢过程中可以产生乳酸、细菌素和过氧化氢等物质,可以降低肠道PH值,抑制动物病原菌繁殖,维持和调整肠道微生态平衡,减少肠道内毒素与尿素酶的含量。梭菌能够分解肠道内的糖类物质,为肠道提供营养物质,促进消化和肠道蠕动。芽孢杆菌可以耐受肠道内的酸性环境,并在肠道内生长形成营养体,为肠道提供营养物质,促进肠道蠕动。选择其中一种或多种菌群加入前述组合物,可以调解肠道微环境,从根本上改善胃肠道减少腹泻。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中,所述双歧杆菌属包括长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌和青春双歧杆菌中的一种或多种。所述乳酸杆菌属包括瑞士乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌乳酸亚种和约氏乳杆菌中的一种或多种;所述链球菌属为嗜热链球菌。所述肠球菌属包括粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌中一种或两种;所述酵母菌属为布拉迪酵母菌;所述梭菌属为酪酸梭菌;所述芽孢杆菌属包括枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌中的一种或多种。本发明采用一种或多种双歧杆菌共同作用,双歧杆菌粘附在肠道上皮细胞表面并分泌菌肽,同时增加肠道中润滑液的厚度,抑制病原菌侵入肠道,从而改善因免疫系统紊乱导致的肠道疾病。本发明中还含有一种或多种乳酸杆菌,这些乳酸杆菌共同作用,抑制了肠道内腐败菌和致病菌的繁殖,降低了血氨和血中胆固醇的含量,具有维持肠道内菌群平衡的整肠作用。本发明中的嗜热链球菌对于人体中的胃酸和胆盐具有耐受性,能够直达小肠的远端,并且嗜热链球菌对肠道致病菌具有抑制作用,对于乳酸杆菌起到了良好的协同作用。布拉迪酵母菌可以分泌一种54kDa的蛋白酶,这种酶能够降解部分肠道致病菌分泌的毒素并抑制毒素和细胞受体的结合,降低了致病菌的危害性。其中肠球菌能够抑制病原菌黏附肠道,形成肠道屏障,保护肠道健康,维持微生态平衡,并且在代谢过程中可以产生乳酸、细菌素和过氧化氢等物质,可以降低肠道PH值,抑制动物病原菌繁殖,维持和调整肠道微生态平衡,减少肠道内毒素与尿素酶的含量。酪酸梭菌能耐受胃酸,从而进入肠道,分泌有助于肠粘膜再生和修复的重要营养物质酪酸并能促进双歧杆菌等肠道有益菌生长,抑制痢疾志贺氏菌等肠道有害菌生长,恢复肠道菌群平衡,减少胺、氨和吲哚等肠道毒素的产生及对肠粘膜的毒害,恢复肠免疫功能。本发明采用一种或多种芽孢杆菌共同作用,能迅速消耗游离在肠道中的游离氧,为肠道提供低氧的环境,促进肠道中有益厌氧菌的生长,从而间接抑制了其他致病菌的生长。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中,所述补液盐包括氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、枸橼酸钠和无水葡萄糖中的一种或多种;所述益生元包括菊粉、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚木糖、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、母乳低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、异麦芽酮糖、海藻糖和阿拉伯糖中的一种或多种。补液盐中各原料的配比参考了WHO公布的低渗透压ORS配方(ORSⅢ),低渗透压ORS配方与传统口服补液盐I、II相比减少了钠和葡萄糖的含量,其最佳渗透压为245mOsm/L,避免了传统口服补液盐的不足。低渗透型ORS配方通过增加葡萄糖、Na+含量而有效缓解大便性状异常、腹泻、呕吐等症状;增加的葡萄糖、Na+能直接作用于患者细胞,葡萄糖还能直接作用于患者细胞间隙,与小肠上皮细胞绒毛受体相结合,Na+则能与患者小肠上皮细胞绒毛上的相关受体相结合,将细胞中的Cl-带出,达到提高患者细胞间隙渗透压、促进细胞水分吸收、纠正患者脱水症状的目的;葡萄糖能促进人体肠道中水分子及Na+的吸收,且不会抑制患者腹泻时的肠道分泌,充分恢复循环系统所必须的循环容量、碱元素含量,有效缓解腹泻症状。其中益生元主要采用低聚糖类物质,可以创造有利于双歧杆菌等其它对肠道有益的菌株的增殖,并且还能经过代谢产生有机酸,使肠内PH值降低,减少有毒代谢物、排毒解毒的功能;除此之外,低聚糖类益生元还具有良好的耐消化性,不易被唾液、胰液、肠液中的酶类所分解,可以一直到达大肠,被肠道细菌代谢。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中,所述食品、保健品、特医食品或药品生产上可接受的辅料包括果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素、矿物质、填充剂和矫味剂中的一种或多种。其中矿物质包括钙、镁、锌、铁、硒、碘和磷中的一种或多种。本发明含有多种矿物质,能为人体补充由于腹泻所损失的微量元素,促进吸收。腹泻患者补充锌剂可增强机体免疫力,加速肠黏膜再生,增加肠上皮细胞刷状缘消化酶的水平。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物包括下述重量份原料:补液益生菌组合物30-95份和辅料5-70份。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中包括下述重量份原料:补液益生菌组合物50-75份和食品添加剂25-50份。
前述的实施例,是对该含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物的进一步限定,进一步限定了原料的范围,确保配制出来的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物具有更好的效果。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素、矿物质、填充剂和矫味剂的比例为(1-30):(1-40):(1-5):(1-25):(1-5)。将果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素与矿物质、填充剂和矫味剂按照一定比例组合,在提高了产品营养价值的同时,还能改善产品的味道和口感,减少补液盐本身的咸味,确保产品的营养价值和味道都达到最好。
在发明的一些实施例中,上述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物中双歧杆菌属和乳酸杆菌属的重量比为(1-5):(5-15)。通过加入特定比例的双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌,使肠道上皮细胞分泌一定量的菌肽用于抵御病原菌的入侵,在此基础上,乳酸杆菌抑制肠道内腐败菌和致病菌的繁殖,二者协同调节从多维度改善肠道环境。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的目的在于提供一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,包括:氯化钠0.8g,氯化钾0.375g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,无水葡萄糖4.2g,长双歧杆菌BL,短双歧杆菌M-16,瑞士乳杆菌R0052,发酵乳杆菌CECT5716,嗜热链球菌,布拉迪酵母菌(六个菌株1:1:1:1:0.5:0.5共100亿)和果蔬汁粉0.5g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例2
本实施例的目的在于提供一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,包括:氯化纳0.65g,氯化钾0.4g,枸橼酸钠0.9g,无水葡萄糖2.8g,低聚果糖和低聚乳糖5g,动物双歧杆菌bb-12,婴儿双歧杆菌R0033,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM,嗜热链球菌,布拉迪酵母菌(六个菌株1:1:15:15:0.5:0.5共100亿),果蔬汁粉0.5g,糖类1.32g,维生素和矿物质(矿物质只含钙元素)0.3g,填充剂1.5g和矫味剂1.17g。
将上述原料根据市面上现有技术生产成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例3
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:氯化纳0.8g,氯化钾0.3g,枸橼酸钠0.5g,无水葡萄糖3.7g,低聚果糖和低聚乳糖2.0g,两歧双歧杆菌R0071,乳双歧杆菌NH019,植物乳杆菌,干酪乳杆菌,嗜热链球菌,布拉迪酵母菌,粪肠球菌(七个菌株1:1:5:5:0.5:0.5:0.5共100亿),果蔬汁粉1.5g,糖类2.0g,维生素和矿物质(矿物质含钙元素和甘氨酸锌)0.5g,填充剂1.0g和矫味剂0.6g。
将上述原料根据市面上现有技术生产成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例4
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.6g,甘氨酸锌0.016g,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,乳双岐杆菌NH019,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM(三个菌株1:1:1共50亿)和矫味剂0.3g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例5
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.8g,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM,婴儿双歧杆菌R0033(三个菌株0.5:1:1共100亿)和果蔬汁粉0.6g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例6
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.8g,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM,婴儿双歧杆菌R0033(三个菌株0.5:1:1共100亿)和填充剂0.5g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例7
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.5g,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM,两歧双歧杆菌R0071(三个菌株1:1:0.5共50亿)和果蔬汁粉0.8g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例8
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.6g,鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001,嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM,乳双歧杆菌HN019,乳双歧杆菌Bi-07(四个菌株1:1:1:1共100亿)和糖类1.5g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例9
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.6g,鼠李糖乳杆菌HN001,枯草芽孢杆菌,乳双歧杆菌HN019,乳双歧杆菌Bi-07(四个菌株1:1:1:1共100亿),果蔬汁粉0.4g,糖类1.4g,甘氨酸锌0.02g,填充剂0.3g和矫味剂0.08g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
实施例10
本实施例的目的在于提供一种补液益生菌组合物,包括:无水葡萄糖3.375g,氯化钠0.65g,枸橼酸钠0.725g,氯化钾0.375g,低聚果糖0.8g,鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG,酪酸梭菌,婴儿双歧杆菌R0033(三个菌株0.5:1:1共100亿)和糖类0.25g。
将上述原料按市面上常规方法制作成颗粒剂、片剂、口服液、散剂和胶囊。
试验例1
选取腹泻的成人共50名并编号为A组;再选取腹泻的200名儿童;
这200名儿童中的其中50名儿童年龄小于六个月,编号为B组;
其中50名儿童年龄为6个月到2岁,编号为C组;
其中50名儿童年龄为2-10岁,编号为D组;
最后50名儿童年龄为10岁以上,编号为E组。
再取实施例1-10中所制作成的颗粒剂,各取6g,冲260ml不超过37℃温水,冲调后半小时内让上述五组人服用;
其中A组每人服用250ml,以5人为单位分别服用实施例1-10;
B组每人服用50ml,以5人为单位分别服用实施例1-10;
C组每人服用100ml,以5人为单位分别服用实施例1-10;
D组每人服用150ml,以5人为单位分别服用实施例1-10;
E组每人服用200ml,以5人为单位分别服用实施例1-10。各实施例中所制得的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物的服用效果如下表1所示:

通过表1可得,实施例2-10所制得的产品的治疗效果明显优于实施例1,其中实施例3、9和10的治疗效果又略优于实施例4-8和实施例2。实施例3、9和10中补液益生菌组合物的效果最佳。
试验例2
取实施例1-10中所制得的散剂各6g,冲260ml不超过37℃温水后进行渗透压的检验。同时,对制备得到的组合物的口感和患者服用依从性进行评分,均为五分制,5分表示口感很好,能按照规定剂量服用至腹泻停止,0分表示口感极差,不能按照规定剂量服用完一次。所得结果如表2所示:

通过表2可得,实施例1-10所制备的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物的渗透压基本维持在220mOsmol/kg(同口服补液盐Ⅲ渗透压实测值)左右,属于低渗型,同时,前述组合物的口感极佳,患者服用依从性好。
综上所述,本发明实施例的含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物将补液盐和益生菌结合使用,既保证了补液盐快速补充水和电解质,预防和纠正脱水,还保证了益生菌在补液盐中具有较高的活性,确保了补液益生菌组合物具有良好的效果,从而不需要将补液盐和益生菌分开服用,服用方便;其中益生菌选用了多种对肠道有益的菌种共同协同作用,如双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等,提高了肠道内有益菌种的活性,调整肠道功能,提高免疫力,针对儿童和成人腹泻疗效显著;而补液盐参考了WHO公布的低渗型ORS配方,在低渗状态下,肠道对水和无机盐的吸收比等渗状态好,快速补液的同时还能减少腹泻粪便量和呕吐次数,缩短腹泻病程;本发明实施例中还包括了益生元,如菊粉和各种低聚糖等,促进益生菌在肠道内定植和增殖,提升肠道内细胞吸收营养物质;本发明实施例中添加的辅料如果蔬汁粉、糖类和维生素矿物质等,不仅为人体提供了所需的营养物质,还改善了产品的口感,提高患者的依从性。特别是补充锌元素,可增强机体免疫力,加速肠黏膜再生,增加肠上皮细胞刷状缘消化酶的水平,增强疗效。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,包括补液益生菌组合物和辅料,所述辅料为食品、保健品、特医食品或药品加工上可接受的辅料,所述补液益生菌组合物包括如下原料:益生菌和补液盐,所述益生菌为104-1014CFU/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,还包括益生元,所述益生元为0.1-90wt%,所述补液盐为10-99.9%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌包括双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、链球菌属、肠球菌属、酵母菌属、梭菌属和芽孢杆菌属中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述双歧杆菌属包括长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌和青春双歧杆菌中的一种或多种;所述乳酸杆菌属包括瑞士乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、格氏乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌乳酸亚种和约氏乳杆菌中的一种或多种;所述链球菌属为嗜热链球菌;所述肠球菌属包括粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌中的一种或两种;所述酵母菌属为布拉迪酵母菌;所述梭菌属为酪酸梭菌;所述芽孢杆菌属包括枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述补液盐包括氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、枸橼酸钠和无水葡萄糖中的一种或多种;所述益生元包括菊粉、聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚木糖、水苏糖、大豆低聚糖、母乳低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、异麦芽酮糖、海藻糖和阿拉伯糖中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述食品、保健品、特医食品或药品加工上可接受的辅料包括果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素、矿物质、填充剂和矫味剂中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括下述重量份原料:补液益生菌组合物30-95份和辅料5-70份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述含有补液盐和益生菌的组合物包括下述重量份原料:补液益生菌组合物50-75份和辅料25-50份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述果蔬汁粉、糖类、维生素、矿物质、填充剂和矫味剂的比例为(1-30):(1-40):(1-5):(1-25):(1-5)。
10.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述双歧杆菌属和乳酸杆菌属的重量比为(1-5):(5-15)。
