The working principle is as follows: the kitchen waste is firstly stirred in a first treatment stage without limitation, a pasty high-speed particle crushing treatment section is carried out, the kitchen waste is stirred into pasty liquid, and then the pasty liquid is limited and extruded into superfine pasty fluid through a second treatment stage, namely a gapped extrusion section and a third treatment stage, namely a gapless extrusion section, and the superfine pasty fluid is directly discharged into a municipal sewage system, so that the blockage phenomenon after the kitchen waste is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network is avoided;
the first treatment stage is to carry out pasty high-speed smashing treatment on the primary kitchen waste, the kitchen waste treated in the first treatment stage is convenient to collect and is provided to a fertilizer factory as a raw material of a regenerated fertilizer, and rural families can directly discharge the kitchen waste into a septic tank to be used as a basic fertilizer;
the second and third treatment stages further extrude the crushed pasty kitchen waste into pulpy juice excrement, so that the pulpy juice cannot be blocked when being discharged to a sewage pipe network, and the aim of harmlessly treating the kitchen waste is fulfilled;
according to the kitchen waste treatment requirement, the kitchen waste to be recycled can be collected and utilized only by stirring and crushing the kitchen waste into pasty liquid in the first treatment stage without limit; the kitchen waste used as waste treatment is crushed and extruded into slurry fluid by adopting a second treatment stage and a third treatment stage, so that the method is suitable for the current situation of municipal sewage pipe networks in China and does not produce secondary pollution;
the first treatment level, namely the unlimited stirring and crushing technology, adopts 3 rotary cutters to respectively contact and crush the wet kitchen waste into pasty liquid from 3 directions in a single-side collision manner, the size of crushed particles is related to the hardness and the contact strength of the kitchen waste, if the bone is greatly different from the particle size of the garbage stirred by the garbage, the garbage becomes pasty, the bone becomes granular pasty with uneven size, and the pasty matter is only convenient to collect and reuse semi-finished products and can not be directly discharged into a sewage discharge system as the garbage;
the second treatment stage, namely, gapped extrusion, is to extrude the lake-shaped garbage into limited particles through multiple layers, and the particles entering and flowing out are subjected to bidirectional extrusion force, so that the particles with certain limitation are extruded into smaller and limited particles in the gaps of the tapered narrow passage one by one; and finally, the kitchen waste enters a third treatment stage, namely, the kitchen waste is flapped and extruded into tiny slurry fluid without gaps, can be directly discharged into the current municipal sewage pipe network, and can never generate the danger of blocking a sewage discharge channel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
kitchen waste which is subjected to unlimited stirring and crushing, gapped extrusion and gapless beating type extrusion into tiny pulpy fluid can be directly discharged into a current municipal sewage pipe network, the danger of blocking a sewage discharge channel cannot be generated, the problem of treating the kitchen waste is completely solved, the actual condition of China is met, and the policy of classifying and treating domestic waste in all cities in China is completely met;
the kitchen waste grading processor has a compact structure, reasonable design, good processing and crushing effects, is convenient for batch production and large-scale popularization and use, and can be developed into a series of machine groups, so that the kitchen waste grading processor is not only suitable for families, but also more suitable for restaurants and collective canteens;
the treatment method of the kitchen waste grading processor (3) can realize automatic operation, is simple and convenient, can treat the kitchen waste by oneself, does not need to distribute a collecting part, and a user can carry out a first treatment stage according to conditions, can carry out slag removal as fertilizer, can also carry out all first, second and third treatment stages, and directly discharges the slag to a municipal sewage pipe network.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8-2, a classification processor for kitchen waste, which is wet waste, includes vegetable and fruit waste, meat waste, rotten food, and leftover 4 generated in a kitchen, wherein the rotten food is unusable waste, and the others are available and unusable;
the funnel type washing machine comprises a barrel body 1, an upper cover 2, a funnel 3, a base 4, a case 5, a host 6 and a power system, wherein the upper cover 2 is arranged above the barrel body 1, the funnel 3 is arranged above the upper cover 2, a circular hole is formed in the center of the upper cover 2, and the funnel 3 is communicated with the barrel body 1 through the circular hole; the barrel 1 is arranged above the case 5, the base 4 is arranged between the barrel 1 and the case 5, and the bottom of the barrel 1 is connected with the case 5 through the base 4;

the motor 16 is arranged at the upper part of the case 5, the upper end of the motor 16 is provided with a connecting shaft 1601, the upper end of the connecting shaft 1601 is provided with 4 evenly distributed and upwards convex cuboid-like clips A17 which just correspond to the 4 clips B12 at the lower end of the rotating shaft 6015; when the machine is installed, 4 clips A17 and 4 clips B12 are correspondingly inserted, when the motor 16 runs, 4 pairs of clips are respectively close to each other, and the clips A17 on the shaft of the motor 16 transmit a rotating torque to the rotating shaft 6015 clips B12 to drive the main shaft to rotate;
the whole barrel 1 and the power chassis 5 can be separately placed, when in assembly, the clips B12 at the lower end of the rotating shaft 6015 are butted with the 4 clips A17 on the connecting shaft 1601 of the motor 16, the 4 clips A17 and the clips B12 are correspondingly clamped with the clip grooves, and the rotating torque of the motor 16 is transmitted to drive the main shaft structure 601 to rotate; an electric control board (not shown in the figure) and a display device (not shown in the figure) are also arranged in the case 5, and both the electric control board and the display device are in the prior art and are not described again;
the height of the kitchen waste grading processor is controlled to be 1270mm, and the maximum width is 853 mm.
The positive rotating sides of the upper rotary cutter 1001, the middle rotary cutter 1002 and the lower rotary cutter 1003 are provided with tooth-shaped openings, the upper rotary cutter 1001 has a stirring function and a crushing function, and garbage on the upper part of the barrel 1 is stirred downwards to be crushed and stirred by the middle rotary cutter 1002 and the lower rotary cutter 1003; the gaps between the long sides of the middle rotary cutter 1002 and the lower rotary cutter 1003 and the inner wall of the cylinder 1 are both 5 mm.
A key groove is formed in the inner side of the inner rolling ring 6019, a shaft connecting key 606 is arranged on the outer side of the central rotating shaft 6017 and corresponds to the key groove, and the inner rolling ring 6019 and the central rotating shaft 6017 are fixedly connected through matching of the shaft connecting key 606 and the key groove.
The driven gear set 607 comprises 4 driven gears, namely a driven gear A60701, a driven gear B60702, a driven gear C60703 and a driven gear D60704;
the treatment method of the kitchen waste grading treatment machine comprises the following steps:
(1) a feeding stage: before garbage is put into the garbage bin, three water valves are in a closed state, and feeding must be carried out simultaneously according to the following steps of 2: 1 to 10: the water of 1 and the kitchen garbage are added into the cylinder body 1 gradually according to the weight ratio;
(2) a first processing stage: the garbage is crushed and stirred in a first treatment cavity 7 by a rotary cutter group 10 in a first treatment stage, namely an unlimited stirring and crushing section, the unlimited stirring and crushing section is a primary treatment stage of kitchen garbage, the garbage treatment is required to reach the maximum garbage granularity diameter not more than 10mm, the kitchen garbage with the diameter not more than 10mm can enter a second treatment stage from an inner discharge channel, the size of the granular garbage is not limited in the treatment, the garbage can be crushed for many times, and the treated garbage is regularly discharged by a water valve C15 after being regularly operated for 3-10 minutes because the treated garbage granules are related to the collision times under the condition of the same rotation speed; the particle size of the garbage is controlled by the size of the slag hole, so that large-particle garbage which cannot meet the requirement cannot flow to the second-stage limited extrusion treatment, and cannot flow to the next-stage treatment until the requirement is completely met;
(3) when the kitchen garbage can be used: stirring and crushing the waste into pasty waste from the first treatment cavity 7, opening a water valve A13 and discharging the waste from an upper slag discharging pipe 608;
(4) when the kitchen garbage is unavailable:
a) a second processing stage: when the water valve C15 is opened, large-particle garbage is automatically discharged into the second treatment cavity 8 from the first treatment cavity 7 through the large-particle garbage discharge hole 6010, the water valve C15 and the large-particle garbage discharge hole 6011, and is combined by the inner pressure ring 6019 and the outer pressure ring 605 to extrude large-particle garbage to reach smaller-particle garbage;
kitchen waste with the maximum particle diameter of less than 10mm in the cylinder 1 is subjected to limited extrusion in the first section of the second stage, the crushed maximum particle diameter is less than 2mm, the kitchen waste enters the unlimited extrusion section of the second stage from the inner lower deslagging hole 6022 to be subjected to gear type beating and rolling, the maximum particle diameter of the kitchen waste is less than 1mm, the kitchen waste is filtered by the outer deslagging hole with the pore diameter of less than 1mm, the water valve 2 is opened, and slurry fluid waste with the particle diameter of less than 1mm is directly discharged into the municipal sewage network pipe from the lower deslagging pipe 609;
b) a third processing stage: smaller particle garbage automatically flows to a third treatment cavity 9 from a small particle garbage lower discharge hole 6012, after flapwise gapless extrusion crushing is carried out by combining a driving gear 6018 and a driven gear set 607, the largest particle garbage is limited to be in a slurry fluid level of 0.5mm-1.5mm by adopting a filter screen mode, the diameter of a slag inlet material is controlled by an upper section extrusion gap, and the diameter of slag discharge is controlled by the size of an outer slag discharge hole; the water valve B14 is automatically opened, so that the superfine slurry fluid meeting the requirements is automatically discharged into a sewer through the lower deslagging hole 6022 and the lower deslagging pipe and enters a municipal sewage pipe network.
In the third treatment chamber 9, after the driving gear 6018 and the driven gear 607 are combined to be flapped and extruded and crushed without gap, the largest particle garbage is limited to 1mm grade by a filter screen.
The volume difference of vegetable and fruit waste, meat waste and putrefactive food waste in the kitchen waste is large, wherein the large garbage can be only directly placed in the first treatment cavity 7 for unlimited stirring and crushing section treatment, and small particle garbage and leftovers are placed in the hopper 3 and gradually flow into the barrel body 1; the whole operation is fully automatically controlled.
Manually discharging few hard garbage with large particles which are not crushed for a long time in an unlimited stirring and crushing section out of a kitchen garbage classification processor for manual treatment or treatment as wet garbage classification garbage; the waste which can be utilized and the waste which can not be utilized can be automatically recycled in rural areas and used as pig feed or fertilizer; when the recovery mechanism is arranged, the bottle can be bottled and then sent to a recovery station.

the funnel-type washing machine comprises a barrel, an upper cover, a funnel, a machine base, a case, a host and a power system, wherein the upper cover is arranged above the barrel; the barrel is arranged above the case, the base is arranged between the barrel and the case, and the bottom of the barrel is connected with the case through the base;
the main machine is arranged in the cylinder and comprises a main shaft structure, a partition plate A, a partition plate B, a partition plate C, an outer grinding ring, a connecting shaft key, a driven gear set, an upper slag discharge pipe, a lower slag discharge pipe, a large-particle garbage discharge hole, a small-particle garbage lower discharge hole and a slag inlet groove; the upper slag discharge pipe and the lower slag discharge pipe are respectively externally connected with an outer slag discharge pipe, and when slag discharge is needed, the water valve A or the water valve B is automatically opened; the partition plate A, the partition plate B and the partition plate C are respectively arranged in the middle part, the middle lower part and the bottom of the cylinder body, and the partition plate A is a totally-enclosed fixed plate; a rolling chute is arranged on the inner surface of the outer rolling ring; a first treatment cavity is formed in the cylinder and above the partition plate A, a second treatment cavity is formed in the cylinder and between the partition plate A and the partition plate B, and a third treatment cavity is formed in the cylinder and between the partition plate B and the partition plate C; a first treatment cavity, a second treatment cavity and a third treatment cavity are arranged in the cylinder from top to bottom;
the spindle structure comprises a rotating shaft at the lower part, a rotating shaft structure at the middle part, a rotary cutter group and a rotary cutter fixing screw at the upper part; the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft structure are of an integral structure, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is provided with 4 cuboid-like clips B which are uniformly distributed and protrude downwards; the rotating shaft structure comprises a central rotating shaft, a driving gear arranged on the periphery of the lower part of the central rotating shaft and an inner rolling ring arranged on the periphery of the upper part of the central rotating shaft, wherein a rolling reverse chute is arranged on the outer surface of the inner rolling ring; after the machine is started, the central rotating shaft is a driving shaft, the rotating shaft drives the connecting piece to rotate, and the kitchen waste is subjected to grading and sectional treatment according to a program;
the rotary cutter group on the upper part of the spindle structure is positioned in the first treatment cavity and comprises an upper rotary cutter, a middle rotary cutter and a lower rotary cutter, and the upper rotary cutter, the middle rotary cutter and the lower rotary cutter are stacked in a crossed manner from top to bottom and are connected with the center of the upper end part of the central rotating shaft through rotary cutter fixing screws; the rotary cutter group forms a first treatment stage, namely an unlimited stirring and crushing section, and the unlimited stirring and crushing section is positioned in the first treatment cavity; the upper rotary cutter, the middle rotary cutter and the lower rotary cutter are used for respectively carrying out stirring type collision crushing treatment on the all-dimensional kitchen garbage in the barrel, and the gaps between the long edges of the upper rotary cutter, the middle rotary cutter and the lower rotary cutter and the inner wall of the barrel are respectively controlled to be 2-10 mm;

the upper slag discharging pipe and the lower slag discharging pipe are arranged on the outer side of the barrel body and correspond to each other up and down, the upper slag discharging pipe is arranged above the lower slag discharging pipe, a water valve A is arranged above the upper slag discharging pipe, a water valve B is arranged above the lower slag discharging pipe, an upper slag discharging hole is arranged on the barrel body wall corresponding to the upper slag discharging pipe, and a lower slag discharging hole is arranged on the barrel body wall corresponding to the lower slag discharging pipe; a water valve C connected with the cylinder is arranged on the side wall of the cylinder; the inner slag discharge hole and the upper slag discharge hole are a plurality of small holes with the diameter smaller than 10mm, and the diameter of the holes is matched with the maximum clearance of the inner rolling ring and the outer rolling ring of the second processing cavity;
the large-particle garbage discharge hole is formed in the bottom of one side of the first treatment cavity, and the large-particle garbage discharge hole is formed below the large-particle garbage discharge hole and in the top of one side of the second treatment cavity; a water valve C is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder body corresponding to the large-particle garbage discharge hole and the large-particle garbage discharge hole; when the water valve C is opened, large-particle garbage can be discharged into the second treatment cavity from the first treatment cavity through the large-particle garbage discharge hole, the water valve C and the large-particle garbage discharge hole; a small-particle garbage lower discharge hole is formed in the partition plate B, kitchen garbage with the diameter smaller than 2mm is directly discharged to a gapless extrusion section in the third treatment cavity, and a gapless rolling type crushing process is carried out to achieve a slurry fluid level;
the motor is arranged at the upper part of the case, the upper end of the motor is provided with a connecting shaft, the upper end of the connecting shaft is provided with 4 evenly distributed cuboid-like clips A which protrude upwards and just correspond to the 4 clips B at the lower end of the rotating shaft; when the machine is installed, the 4 clips A and the 4 clips B are correspondingly inserted, when the motor runs, the 4 pairs of clips respectively approach each other two by two, and the clips on the motor shaft transmit rotating torque to the rotating shaft clips to drive the main shaft to rotate;
when the whole barrel and the power machine case are separately placed, the clips B at the lower end of the rotating shaft are butted with the 4 clips A on the motor connecting shaft during assembly, the 4 clips A and the clips B are correspondingly clamped with the clip grooves, and the rotating torque of the motor is transmitted to drive the main shaft structure to rotate; an electric control board and a display device are also arranged in the chassis, and the electric control board and the display device are both in the prior art and are not described again;
the height of the whole machine of the kitchen waste grading processor is controlled to be 500mm-1500mm, and the maximum width is controlled to be 250mm-1000 mm.

(2) a first processing stage: the garbage is treated in a first treatment cavity by a rotary cutter set to carry out a first treatment stage, namely, crushing and stirring are carried out in an unlimited stirring and crushing section, the unlimited stirring and crushing section is a primary treatment stage of kitchen garbage, the kitchen garbage with the diameter less than or equal to 10mm can enter a second stage treatment from an inner discharge channel when the garbage treatment reaches the maximum garbage granularity diameter, the diameter is not more than 10mm, the kitchen garbage with the diameter less than or equal to 10mm can enter the second stage treatment, the size of the granular garbage is not limited in the treatment, the garbage can be crushed for many times, and the garbage is treated according to the condition that the particle size of the treated garbage is related to the collision times, namely, the water valve C is opened for; the particle size of the garbage is controlled by the size of the slag hole, so that large-particle garbage which cannot meet the requirement cannot flow to the second-stage limited extrusion treatment, and cannot flow to the next-stage treatment until the requirement is completely met;
(3) when the kitchen garbage can be used: stirring and crushing the waste into pasty waste from the first treatment cavity, and opening a water valve A to discharge the waste from an upper slag discharge pipe;
(4) when the kitchen garbage is unavailable:
a) a second processing stage: when the water valve C is opened, large-particle garbage is automatically discharged from the first treatment cavity into the second treatment cavity through the large-particle garbage discharge hole, the water valve C and the large-particle garbage discharge hole, and the large-particle garbage is extruded by combining the inner grinding ring and the outer grinding ring to achieve smaller-particle garbage;
kitchen waste with the maximum particle diameter of less than 10mm of the cylinder is subjected to limited extrusion of the second-stage first section, the crushed maximum particle diameter is less than 2mm, the kitchen waste enters the unlimited extrusion section of the second-stage second section from the inner lower deslagging hole to be subjected to gear type beating and rolling, the maximum particle diameter of the kitchen waste is less than 1mm, the water valve 2 is opened after the kitchen waste is filtered by the outer deslagging hole with the aperture of less than 1mm, and slurry fluid waste with the diameter of less than 1mm is directly discharged into the municipal sewage network pipe from the lower deslagging pipe;
b) a third processing stage: smaller particle garbage automatically flows to a third treatment cavity from a small particle garbage lower discharge hole, after flapwise gapless extrusion crushing is carried out by combining a driving gear and a driven gear set, the largest particle garbage is limited to be 0.5mm-1.5mm slurry fluid grade by adopting a filter screen type, the diameter of a slag inlet material is controlled by an upper section extrusion gap, and the diameter of slag discharge is controlled by the size of an outer slag discharge hole; and (3) automatically opening the water valve B, so that the superfine slurry fluid meeting the requirements is automatically discharged into a sewer through the lower deslagging hole and the lower deslagging pipe and enters a municipal sewage pipe network.
8. The processing method of a kitchen waste classification processor according to claim 7, characterized in that: in the third treatment cavity, after the beating type gapless extrusion crushing is carried out by combining the driving gear set and the driven gear set, the largest particle garbage is limited to be 1mm grade by adopting a filter screen type.
