(3) Grinding: in the gap rolling area at the upper part, the corn cobs and corn kernels on the corn trays roll and process the garbage coarse materials gradually from large to small; adding a gapless rolling area in a small gap at the lower part, and pulping the garbage processed in the gap rolling area;
(4) Discharging: the automatic pulp discharging system is composed of electromagnetic valve and pulp discharging interface, and KG36T timer is used to realize automatic pulp discharging.
The size of the garbage particles of the primary crushing mechanism is controlled by the size of the ballast outlet, and the garbage particles can not flow to the advanced crushing mechanism for treatment until the garbage particles completely meet the requirements; after the garbage disposal machine is operated for a period of time, the maintenance opening sealing cover is opened, and foreign matters which cannot be crushed, such as iron keys, hard large bones and the like, are taken out for manual treatment or are used as wet garbage classification garbage treatment.
The garbage disposal machine can also be combined with a water tank sewer to dispose garbage, at the moment, the sealing plug is firstly removed, the upper cover feeding hole of the garbage disposal machine is connected with the water tank, the slurry discharging interface is connected with the sewer connecting pipe, and the water inlet pipe joint is connected with the tap water pipeline; the water tank and the upper space of the cylinder body form a feeding storage area of the garbage disposal machine, kitchen garbage is directly stored in the water tank, the water inlet electromagnetic valve and the slurry discharging electromagnetic valve can be simultaneously opened after the slurry discharging interface is connected to the sewer channel, and the crushed kitchen garbage is directly discharged to the sewer, so that the timing self-control garbage disposal can be realized.
Working principle: the invention adopts the steps of crushing kitchen waste into two stages: the first stage is a stirring collision crushing technology, and kitchen waste is stirred and collided into pasty liquid; the second stage is corn rolling and crushing technology, and the particle size is limited and crushed; the water level in the processor is effectively controlled in the garbage treatment process, the treated garbage is guaranteed to be a mortar-shaped juice, the discharge of the treated garbage is facilitated, the garbage treated by the kitchen garbage processor can be directly discharged into a municipal sewage system, and the blocking phenomenon after being discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network is avoided; a maintenance hole is formed in the wall of the stirring collision crushing stage treatment cavity, and after a large hard object with the diameter of less than 35mm enters the garbage disposer, a maintenance cover can be opened except for machine alarm, and the large hard object can be taken out. Larger hard objects cannot enter the garbage disposer at all due to inlet restrictions. The first-stage stirring collision crushing technology adopts 4 rotary cutters to crush the wet kitchen garbage into pasty liquid through single-sided collision type contact from 2 directions, the crushing particle size is related to the hardness and contact strength of the kitchen garbage, the hard garbage which is not crushed is practically crushed, and the hard garbage is manually removed from a maintenance port once every day. The present processor is not suitable for the treatment of raw hard bones and for the comminution.
The second stage crushes the pasty liquid into very fine pasty fluid. The second stage of gap rolling area is to grind the lake-shaped garbage into particle fluid with gradual refinement through multi-layer rolling under the interaction of corn grains; finally, the kitchen waste enters a secondary gapless rolling area, is crushed into extremely small slurry fluid in a gapless rolling way, can be directly discharged into the current municipal sewage pipe network, and can never generate the danger of blocking a sewage discharge channel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) Reasonable in design, efficient, effectual: the high-grade crushing mechanism of the corn cob rolling crushing type garbage processor adopts corn grains to twist from larger gaps to small gaps to zero gaps to roll kitchen garbage, so that the garbage treatment is more reasonable and reliable, the crushing garbage is finer and finer, and the safety of the garbage treatment in no blockage and no deterioration of the municipal sewer is ensured; the primary crushing mechanism of the garbage disposer adopts a movable and fixed disc rotary extrusion, cutting and collision crushing mode, effectively classifies long and thick garbage, and has the characteristics of high crushing efficiency and good effect;
(2) Energy saving, safety and convenient maintenance: the two-stage functions of the corn cob rolling and crushing type garbage processor share one motor, an intermediate speed change mechanism is not provided, the energy is saved, the danger that garbage cannot be discharged out of the processor in dry treatment is effectively prevented by adopting an automatic control system of a water inlet valve and a slurry discharge valve, the safety of the garbage processor is improved, the corn cob rolling and crushing type garbage processor has a maintenance port structure, and the problem that foreign matters such as iron keys enter the processor to be taken out is solved;
(3) Solves the problem of self-treatment of kitchen waste of common residents: the corn cob rolling and crushing type garbage disposer basically solves the problems of household main garbage disposal and classification, and the kitchen garbage classification disposer basically solves the problems, automatically disposes kitchen garbage and does not need to distribute collecting places.

as shown in fig. 1 to 11-2, the corn cob rolling grinding type garbage disposer, namely a garbage disposer for short, comprises a barrel 1 part and a power mechanism, wherein the barrel 1 part comprises a barrel 1, a feeding mechanism 2, a feeding storage area 3 at the upper part of the barrel 1, a discharging storage area 4 at the lower part of the barrel 1 and a discharging mechanism 5; the discharging mechanism 5 is arranged below and at one side of the discharging storage area 4, and the power mechanism is arranged below the cylinder body 1; as shown in fig. 3-1 to 4, the power mechanism comprises a base 6, a base 7, a motor 8, a motor shaft sleeve 9 and a 6003 type sealing bearing 10, wherein the 6003 type sealing bearing 10 is a 6003-2rs type sealing bearing; the machine seat 6 is arranged on the base 7, the motor 8 is arranged at the upper part in the machine seat 6, the motor shaft sleeve 9 extends upwards into the cylinder body 1, the upper end of the motor shaft sleeve 9 is provided with a head thread 901, and the 6003 type sealing bearing 10 is sleeved at the lower part of the motor shaft sleeve 9; the motor 8 is an asynchronous motor 8, and the rotating speed of the motor 8 is controlled to be 3000-5000 rpm;

In the gap rolling area at the upper part, the gap between the active corn cob 12 and the passive corn tray 13 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the corn cobs and corn kernels on the corn tray gradually roll and process the coarse garbage from large to small;
a small gap and gapless rolling area is added at the lower part, the height H2 of the small gap and gapless rolling area is 30mm, and the small gap and gapless rolling area carries out slurrying processing on the garbage processed in the gap rolling area; the outer surface of the corn cob 12 is provided with a plurality of hemispherical corn grain bulges with the diameter d of 6mm, the center distance S2 between the upper corn grain and the lower corn grain is 8.0mm, and the left corn grain distance L3 and the right corn grain distance L3 are 12.1mm;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the overall height of the garbage disposer is 410mm, and the maximum width is 250mm.
As shown in fig. 1, the feeding mechanism 2 includes a sealing plug 203, an upper cover 201, and a feeding hole 202 disposed in the middle of the upper cover 201, where the upper cover 201 is disposed at the upper end of the cylinder 1 and is in sealing connection; the size of the sealing plug 203 is matched with that of the feeding hole 202, the sealing plug 203 is arranged in the feeding hole 202, and the sealing plug 203 is tightly matched with the feeding hole 202;
the discharging mechanism 5 comprises a discharging swash plate 501, a discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and a discharging interface 503, wherein the discharging swash plate 501 is arranged below the discharging storage area 4 and at the bottom of the cylinder body 1, the discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and the discharging interface 503 are arranged at one side of the discharging storage area 4, and the discharging swash plate 501 is inclined towards one side of the discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and one side of the discharging interface 503;
as shown in fig. 2, a maintenance port 101 is provided on one side of the feed storage area 3 of the cylinder 1, and a maintenance port 101 cover is provided above the maintenance port 101.
As shown in fig. 5-1 to 7-2, the primary pulverizing mechanism 11 further includes 4 toothed rotary knives 1103, 2 collision blocks 1104, 3 screws 1105 and a rectangular knife hole 1106; the 4 toothed rotary cutters 1103 are fixed at the upper end of the head thread 901 of the motor 8 through screws 1105, 2 collision blocks 1104 are fixedly arranged above the edge of the turntable 1102 through screws 1105, and rectangular cutter holes 1106 are formed in the wall part of the fixed disk 1101; the fixed disk 1101 is formed by processing stainless steel, a plurality of rectangular cutter holes 1106 are formed in the wall of the fixed disk, the cutter holes are 6mm in width and 47mm in length, slag leakage holes with the diameters of 6mm are formed in the bottom of the fixed disk, and a gap between the collision block 1104 and the rectangular cutter holes 1106 is 3.6mm.
8-1 to 11-2, the corn kernels on the corn cob 12 push the corn kernels on the corn cob 13 to rotate, the pushing side of the corn kernels is in gapless rolling, the corn kernels are in vertical arrangement, and the arrangement interval is slightly larger than the arrangement interval of the corn kernels;
the small gap at the lower part is added with a gapless rolling area, and the model of the plane needle roller thrust bearing is AXK140180; corn position key 902 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape of 8×8×66 mm.
When the corn cob 12 is designed to be a rotary body structure, the corn cob 13 can also be designed to be a fixed structure; at this time, corn grains are contacted in a layered manner, a small gap is formed between corn grains at the lower part of the corn cob 12 and the corn tray 13, half corn grains are just put in between the outer surface of the cob body and the inner surface of the tray body, and the top is nearly in gapless contact.
The garbage disposer only processes kitchen garbage without recycling, and the treatment program of the corn cob rolling grinding garbage disposer is as follows: (1) charging: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the garbage disposer is used alone, the upper cover 201 is opened, kitchen garbage is directly put into the upper space of the cylinder 1, the upper cover 201 is covered, the water inlet pipe connector 1902 is connected, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 1901 is opened, the slurry discharge electromagnetic valve 502 is closed, and after water is discharged in place, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 1901 is closed; the product model of the water inlet solenoid valve 1901 is a water inlet solenoid valve 1901DN15, and the product model of the slurry discharging solenoid valve 502 is a slurry discharging solenoid valve 502DN25;
(2) Crushing: as shown in fig. 5-1 to 7-2, the primary crushing mechanism 11 is started, the motor 8 is started, the head thread 901 of the motor 8 drives the rotary table 1102 and 4 toothed rotary cutters 1103 in the central part to rotate, and the rotary table 1102 drives 2 collision blocks 1104 to rotate; 4, the toothed rotary knife 1103 performs cutting stirring type collision crushing treatment on the all-around kitchen waste in the cylinder 1, the size of the particle waste is not limited in the treatment, and the crushing can be performed; the 2 collision blocks 1104 are used for carrying out collision crushing processing on large and hard garbage, and the fixed collision blocks 1104 have collision cutting crushing function on garbage particles entering the fixed disk 1101 from the edge;
the primary crushing mechanism 11 requires that the garbage treatment reaches the maximum garbage granularity diameter of not more than 6mm, when the turntable 1102 rotates, the rectangular knife holes 1106 on the wall of the turntable and the back parts of the two collision blocks 1104 form a cutter for cutting the granular garbage longer than 6mm, so that the granular garbage longer than 6mm can be limited to flow from the side wall and the leakage holes to the advanced crushing mechanism;
under the condition that the particle sizes of the garbage to be treated are the same in rotation speed, the synchronous rotation speed of the motor 8 is controlled between 3000-3500 rpm in relation to the collision times, namely time, and the crushing function is finished according to the normal operation for 5-9 minutes;
(3) Grinding: as shown in fig. 8-1 to 11-2, the pulping treatment is carried out on the pre-processed garbage by adopting the grinding and pressing type of the corn cob 12 in the advanced grinding mechanism, the rotating moment of the motor 8 is transmitted to the corn cob 12 by the motor shaft sleeve 9, and the corn cob 12 pushes the corn tray 13 to rotationally grind and crush the kitchen garbage; kitchen garbage with the diameter smaller than 6mm entering from a stirring, collision and crushing stage fixing disc 1101 is gradually ground, crushed and crushed in a gap crushing area and a small gap-free crushing area of a high-stage crushing mechanism from a large gap to no gap; in the gap rolling area at the upper part, the corn cobs and corn kernels on the corn trays roll and process the garbage coarse materials gradually from large to small; adding a gapless rolling area in a small gap at the lower part, and pulping the garbage processed in the gap rolling area;
(4) Discharging: as shown in fig. 8-1, the pulp discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and the pulp discharging interface 503 are self-control pulp discharging systems, a pulp discharging pipe is used for connecting a pulp discharging port with a sewer connecting pipe before pulp discharging, and kitchen garbage is processed into pulp garbage juice by an advanced crushing mechanism and safely discharged into a municipal sewer, so that the flow and the discharging time of the pulp discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and the water inlet electromagnetic valve 1901 are controlled. The slurry discharging electromagnetic valve 502 and the slurry discharging interface 503 are automatic slurry discharging systems, and the timing automatic slurry discharging can be realized by adopting a KG36T timer.
As shown in fig. 2, the particle size of the garbage of the primary crushing mechanism 11 is controlled by the size of a slag outlet, and the garbage cannot flow to the advanced crushing mechanism for treatment until the garbage completely meets the requirement; after the garbage disposal machine is operated for a period of time, the cover of the maintenance port 101 is opened, and foreign matters which cannot be crushed, such as iron keys, hard large bones and the like, are taken out for manual treatment or are used as wet garbage classification garbage.
Example 2:
the garbage disposer can also be combined with a sewer of a water tank (not shown), at the moment, the sealing plug 203 is firstly removed, the feeding hole 202 of the upper cover 201 of the garbage disposer is connected with the water tank, the slurry discharging interface 503 is connected with a connecting pipe of the sewer (not shown), and the water inlet pipe joint 1902 is connected with a tap water pipeline; the water tank and the upper space of the cylinder body 1 become a feeding storage area 3 of the garbage disposer, kitchen garbage is directly stored in the water tank, after a pulp discharging interface 503 is connected to a sewer channel, a water inlet electromagnetic valve 1901 and a pulp discharging electromagnetic valve 502 can be simultaneously opened, and crushed kitchen garbage is directly discharged to the sewer, so that timing self-control garbage disposal can be realized.

one side of the feeding storage area of the cylinder body is provided with a maintenance port, and a maintenance port sealing cover is arranged above the maintenance port.

(1) Feeding: when the garbage disposer is used alone, the upper cover is firstly opened, kitchen garbage is directly put into the upper space of the cylinder, then the upper cover is covered, meanwhile, the water inlet pipe joint is connected, the water inlet electromagnetic valve is opened, the slurry discharging electromagnetic valve is closed, and the water inlet electromagnetic valve is closed after water is discharged in place;
(2) Crushing: the primary crushing mechanism is operated, a motor is started, 4 toothed rotary cutters at the center part and the rotary table are driven by the head threads of the motor to rotate, and the rotary table drives 2 collision blocks to rotate; 4, cutting, stirring, colliding and crushing the all-round kitchen wet garbage in the cylinder body by using a toothed rotary cutter; the 2 collision blocks are used for carrying out collision crushing processing on large and hard garbage, and the fixed collision blocks have collision cutting crushing function on garbage particles entering the fixed disc from the edge;
the primary crushing mechanism requires that the garbage treatment reaches the maximum garbage granularity diameter of not more than 6mm, and when the turntable rotates, a rectangular knife hole on the wall of the turntable and the back parts of the two collision blocks form a cutter for cutting and processing the granular garbage longer than 6mm, so that the granular garbage with the granularity of more than 6mm is limited to flow to the advanced crushing mechanism from the side wall and the leakage hole;
under the condition that the particle sizes of the garbage to be treated are the same in rotation speed, the synchronous rotation speed of the motor is controlled to be 3000-5000 rpm in relation to the collision times, namely time, and the crushing function is finished according to normal operation for 3-10 minutes;
(3) Grinding: the method comprises the steps of performing pulping treatment on the primarily processed garbage by adopting a corn cob rolling type in an advanced crushing mechanism, transmitting a motor rotation moment to the corn cob by a motor shaft sleeve, and pushing the corn cob to rotationally roll and crush the kitchen garbage by the corn cob; kitchen garbage with the diameter smaller than 6mm entering from a stirring, collision and crushing stage fixing disc is gradually ground, crushed and crushed from a large gap to a gap-free grinding region in a gap grinding region and a small gap and gap-free grinding region of a high-stage crushing mechanism;
(4) Discharging: the automatic pulp discharging system comprises a pulp discharging electromagnetic valve, a pulp discharging interface, a pulp discharging pipe, a pulp discharging port, a sewer connecting pipe, a kitchen waste, a municipal sewer, a control flow and discharging time of the pulp discharging electromagnetic valve and the water inlet electromagnetic valve, and the automatic pulp discharging can be realized at fixed time.
8. The method for processing the cob roller mill garbage disposer of claim 7, wherein:
(1) The product model of the water inlet electromagnetic valve is a water inlet electromagnetic valve DN15, and the product model of the pulp discharging electromagnetic valve is a pulp discharging electromagnetic valve DN25;
(2) Crushing: the synchronous rotating speed of the motor is controlled between 3000-3500 rpm, and the crushing function is finished according to normal operation for 5-9 minutes;
(3) Grinding: in the gap rolling area at the upper part, the corn cobs and corn kernels on the corn trays roll and process the garbage coarse materials gradually from large to small; adding a gapless rolling area in a small gap at the lower part, and pulping the garbage processed in the gap rolling area;
(4) Discharging: the automatic pulp discharging system is composed of electromagnetic valve and pulp discharging interface, and KG36T timer is used to realize automatic pulp discharging.
9. The cob roller mill garbage disposer of claim 2, wherein: the garbage disposal machine and the pool sewer are combined to dispose garbage, at the moment, the sealing plug is firstly removed, the upper cover feeding hole of the garbage disposal machine is connected with the pool, the slurry discharging interface is connected with the sewer connecting pipe, and the water inlet pipe joint is connected with the tap water pipeline; the water tank and the upper space of the cylinder body form a feeding storage area of the garbage disposal machine, kitchen garbage is directly stored in the water tank, and after a pulp discharging port is connected to a sewer channel, a water inlet electromagnetic valve and a pulp discharging electromagnetic valve can be simultaneously opened, so that the crushed kitchen garbage is directly discharged to the sewer.
