5.根据权利要求4所述的一种手拉葫芦用润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂或酚类抗氧剂,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷型消泡剂,所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,所述清净分散剂为水杨酸盐、石油磺酸盐、烷基酚盐中的一种或多种混合,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种手拉葫芦用润滑油的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、按重量组份取用各原料;
S2、将纳米粉末加入合成酯类基础油中;
S3、将合成酯类基础油、合成油PAO加入反应釜中,加热并搅拌;
S4、将清净分散剂、有机酸加入反应釜中,密封反应釜,高温高压下进行反应,获得反应物;
S5、将抗氧剂、消泡剂、粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂加入反应物中,充分搅拌,获得成品润滑油。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种手拉葫芦用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,反应釜加热温度为120℃~150℃,搅拌转速为60r/min~100r/min,搅拌时长为60min~80min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种手拉葫芦用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中,所述反应釜内部温度设置为180℃~220℃,压强为15MPa~25MPa。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种手拉葫芦用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中,反应釜保持温度为75℃~85℃,进行搅拌,搅拌转速为20r/min~40r/min,搅拌时长为120min~180min。
