本发明涉及精细化工和环境安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种润滑油组合物。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
植物油具有较好的黏温特性以及优良的润滑性能, 可再生, 不污染环境, 以植物油为润滑油基础油, 具有减少矿物润滑油对环境造成的污染和有效应对石油资源枯竭的双重意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种润滑油组合物,采用植物油做基底,具有润滑性能好,可再生, 不污染环境的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种润滑油组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:植物油80-100份,分散剂 3份-5份,增粘剂2份-3份,抗凝剂2份-3份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份-0.8份。
进一步的,植物油是椰子油,大豆油,棕榈油的一种或混合物。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚双异丁烯基亚胺。
进一步的,所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
进一步的,所述抗凝剂是羟基硬脂精。
进一步的,所述抗氧抗腐剂是硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油80份, 分散剂3份, 增粘剂2份, 抗凝剂2份, 抗氧抗腐剂0.2份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油90份, 分散剂4.5份, 增粘剂2.5份,抗凝剂2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油100份,分散剂5份,增粘剂3份,抗凝剂3份,抗氧抗腐剂0.8份。
本发明的有益效果是:以无环境污染,安全绿色的植物油为主要成分,混入添加剂,明显提高了润滑油的环境安全性能。

一种润滑油组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油80份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺3份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯2份,羟基硬脂精2份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份。
实施例2
一种润滑油组合物由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油90份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺4.5份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯2.5份,羟基硬脂精2.5份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.5份。
实施例3
一种润滑油组合物由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油100份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺5份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯3份,羟基硬脂精3份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.8份。

2.如权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:植物油90 份,分散剂4.5份,增粘剂2.5份,抗凝剂2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份。
3.如权利要求2 所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述植物油是椰子油、大豆油、棕榈油的一种或混合物。
4.如权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂是聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚双异丁烯基亚胺。
5.如权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
6.如权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗凝剂是羟基硬脂精。
7.如权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗腐剂是硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯。
