Sanskrit (Surfacetin), CAS No. 24730-31-2, is a cyclic lipopeptide anionic surfactant obtained by a biological fermentation method, and the Sanskrit is high in surface activity and excellent in foaming performance, has the characteristics of no toxicity, no harm, good skin compatibility and high safety as being produced by the biological fermentation method, and is listed in the Chinese standard name catalog of International cosmetic raw materials (No. 13776, 2010 edition) by the national ministry of health. Sanskantin has broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial activity, has obvious antibacterial action on gram-positive bacteria, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, salmonella and the like, and has been used as an antibacterial agent in medicines, animal feeds, crops and the like. In addition, the excellent surface performance of the oil stain remover is also applied to emulsification in food processing and treatment of oil stains in crude oil acquisition.
Sodium cocoyl glutamate is an anionic surfactant produced from L-glutamic acid and plant-derived coconut fatty acid. The foam is fine and mild, has good skin-feel affinity, is easy to biodegrade, is environment-friendly, and is often used in daily chemical products.
Disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate (disodium EDTA) is a complexing slow-release agent, is commonly used as a pH regulator in cosmetics, and has the effects of regulating the pH value of the cosmetics and reducing the irritation of the cosmetics to the skin.
In the invention, the inventor adds the sandarantine which is a substance with antibacterial effect when researching and developing the wet tissue with antibacterial activity, and in the using process, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the wet tissue added with the sandarantine not only achieves the antibacterial effect, but also has good effect of removing stains such as milk stain, oil stain, saliva stain and the like on clothes fiber, and is not easy to lose water and deteriorate the wettability of the wet tissue after being placed for a long time in the using process. Through the verification test, the inventor finds that the decontamination and water retention capacity can be enhanced only by simultaneously adding three substances of sanskritting, sodium cocoyl glutamate and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate. The synergistic effect of Sanskrit, sodium cocoyl glutamate and disodium edetate is likely to enhance the surface activity of the system and enhance the decontamination and water retention capacity. When the dirt is removed, the adhesive force between the dirt and clothes can be quickly reduced, and the dirt can be removed by wiping the wet tissue.
In addition, sorbitan caprylate is a natural renewable resource, has excellent antiseptic efficacy, is mild and non-irritant, and is P-anisic acid, also known as P-anisic acid, a natural source and a multifunctional antiseptic. The P-anisic acid and the sorbitan caprylate are compounded for use to replace the traditional preservative (such as the paraben), so that the carcinogenic sensitization risk of the wet tissue is reduced, and the safety of the product is greatly improved. The added natural oat extract is extremely soft to the skin, further reduces the irritation of the skin, reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions such as allergy and the like, and can also prevent the red buttocks of the infants. The invention does not add ethanol and fluorescent whitening agent, thus reducing the irritation and sensitization of the product.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, sandfangting is added into the wet tissue, so that the paper towel has bacteriostatic and cleaning effects.
(2) The invention can quickly remove the stains such as milk stain, oil stain, saliva stain and the like on clothes through the synergistic effect of the Sanskantin, the sodium cocoyl glutamate and the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate in the wet tissue.
