Abstract

Feuchttücher sind bekanntermaßen Vliesstoffe, die mit einer in der Regel flüssigen Zubereitung getränkt sind, die u.a. einen reinigenden und/oder pflegenden Inhaltsstoff enthält. Feuchttücher finden mittlerweile in vielen Bereichen der persönlichen Pflege und vor allem Babypflege Anwendung und erfreuen sich sehr hoher Beliebtheit, da sie die Möglichkeit einer schnellen und bequemen Reinigung bzw. Pflege bieten, ohne dass dafür zusätzliches Wasser erforderlich ist. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung wurde überraschend gefunden, dass ein Gehalt von Milchsäure in einem Tränkungsmittel für Babytücher mit einem Milchsäureanteil von 1,0-2,5 Gew.-% ein äußerst hautverträgliches Produkt liefert, das eine beträchtliche Keimzahlreduktion auf der Haut bewirkt, ohne dabei biozid zu wirken und die Keimzahl unerwünscht stark zu reduzieren. Damit schließt das erfindungsgemäße Feuchttuch eine bislang auf dem Markt bestehende Lücke. Denn es gibt zwar die eingangs erwähnten herkömmlichen Feuchttücher, die zur Entfernung oberflächlicher Verschmutzungen hervorragend geeignet sind, aber ggf. pathogene Keime auf der Haut nicht ausreichend entfernen können. Überdies gibt es natürlich auch herkömmliche Desinfektionsmittel, auch in Form von Feuchttüchern, die ein Tränkungsmittel mit desinfizierender Wirkung enthalten und zur Hautdesinfektion verwendet werden können. Diese Desinfektionsmittel entfernen natürlich auch alle oder nahezu alle auf der Haut befindlichen Keime vollständig und zuverlässig. Obwohl die Verwendung solcher Desinfektionsmittel für die Haut natürlich in bestimmten Bereichen wie z.B. der Medizin und im Pflegebereich, durchaus nötig und sinnvoll ist, steht eine Anwendung auf Babyhaut völlig außer Frage. Denn dies würde die empfindliche Hautflora von Babys nachhaltig beeinträchtigen und bei regelmäßiger Anwendung zerstören, was nicht gewünscht sein kann. Feuchttücher zur Babypflege, die eine gute Hautverträglichkeit und gleichzeitig einen starken antimikrobiellen Effekt zeigen, gibt es bislang nicht auf dem Markt. Diese Lücke wird nun durch die vorliegende Erfindung geschlossen, die ein Feuchttuch mit hervorragender Hautverträglichkeit und hoher antimikrobieller Wirksamkeit, wie durch das anerkannte Verfahren ASTM E1174 nachgewiesen, bereitstellt.In the context of the present invention, it was surprisingly found that a lactic acid content in a soaking agent for baby wipes with a lactic acid content of 1.0-2.5 wt to have a biocidal effect and to greatly reduce the number of germs. Aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Tränkungsmittel für Feuchttücher enthalten zwar ebenfalls vereinzelt Milchsäure, jedoch jeweils nur in geringen Konzentrationen und nicht zur Erzielung eines antimikrobiellen Effekts, sondern insbesondere zur pH-Regulierung oder als Feuchtigkeitsspender. In den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten geringen Konzentrationen konnte daher auch kein antimikrobieller Effekt von Milchsäure in einem Tränkungsmittel festgestellt werden.
