Abstract

本发明公开了一种钻石光感面料及其制备方法,由经丝涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝20~30D及纬纱高支全棉竹节纱线40~60S采用提花组织工艺织造而成。所述的面料的加工方法步骤为单丝假捻、整经、浆纱、穿综穿筘、织造、翻布缝头、冷堆、丝光、涤染大红、烧毛、棉染大红、烘干柔软拉幅整理、轧光预缩。本发明经向采用三角形涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝使得面料柔软蓬松并使得光泽向各方向反射,纬向采用高支全棉竹纱线及提花组织工艺解决了单丝面料易滑移的问题。另外本发明将烧毛工序置于涤纶染色后可防止织物在经过前处理和高温染色后,面料表面会出现毛羽,毛羽会削弱布面光泽并影响了纯正红色。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种钻石光感面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们物质水平的提高,现在的年轻人通过追求个性化来表达自我。传统的婚庆床品面料多为全棉大提花、棉与粘胶长丝交织大提花、棉与涤纶交织大提花、全棉贡缎,再通过上染大红色成为婚庆面料,这些面料光泽比较平淡往往结合传统纹样的绣花塑造喜庆氛围,并不能满足年轻群体的时尚个性化需求。专利2011201210070提供了一种双层提花印花面料,其上层经纱、上层纬纱以及下层经纱均选用20-30D的白色涤纶或者锦纶单丝,下层纬纱则选用纱支为16-40S的再生纤维素纤维纱线、棉纱或者由再生纤维素与棉混纺而成的混纺纱,该面料在正面透过薄纱呈现印花若隐若现的透叠效果,采用有光三角形截面的涤纶单丝或锦纶单丝,可散发出闪烁的光芒。该双层提花的上层面料,经纬向均为单丝纱线,单丝细度细表面光滑,很容易出现滑移问题,且呈现的碎钻闪烁外观比较直白。专利2008101366147提供一种方块提花面料及其织造方法,经线采用20-30D超细旦锦纶单丝和涤纶单丝,两者以一定方式交替排列,纬线采用20D-30D超细旦锦纶单孔丝和人造棉,两者以一定方式交替排列,通过染色后纤维材质由于上色率不同,呈现出方块提花外观。婚庆床品面料首先要求纯正的大红色、色牢度满足GBT 22844-2009配套床上用品的色牢度要求、其次要确保各项物理指标,满足后道缝制等加工要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种具有自然散落的钻石光感的面料,且面料底部光泽柔和、防滑移、抗皱、颜色纯正鲜艳的钻石光感面料及其加工方法。
技术方案:一种钻石光感面料经丝采用涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝20-30D、纬纱采用高支全棉竹节纱线40-60S采用平纹提花组织织造而成。
进一步的,所述的涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝通过加捻机加捻、退捻、高温定型而成,加捻捻度为400-500捻/米,退捻和加捻捻度相同。
进一步的,所述的平纹提花组织为经浮长线为1个组织点、3个组织点、5个组织点数量不等且分布不匀。
一种钻石光感面料制备方法,包括依次进行的以下工序:单丝假捻、整经、浆纱、穿综穿筘、织造、翻布缝头、冷堆、丝光、涤染大红、烧毛、棉染大红、烘干柔软拉幅整理、轧光预缩。
进一步的,所述的整经车速为350-380m/min。
进一步的,所述的浆纱工序中,浆料配方以PVA浆料和聚丙烯酯浆料为主,PVA浆料2-4%、聚丙烯酯3-4%,抗静电剂0.5-1%,平滑剂2-3%。
进一步的,所述的穿综穿筘、织造工序中面料经向密度为130-170根/英寸,纬向密度为120-160根/英寸,穿筘方式为2入/筘。
进一步的,所述的面料采用喷气织机织造,织机车速450-500r/min。
进一步的,所述的冷堆的工艺参数为烧碱8-10g/L、双氧水11-13g/L,双氧水稳定剂6-8g/L,螯合分散剂2-3g/L,高效精炼渗透剂8-10g/L。
进一步的,所述的丝光具体工艺参数为碱浓度200-220g/L,丝光渗透剂2-5g/L,车速50-60m/min。
进一步的,所述的面料在高温高压卷染机中使用分散染料上染涤纶。
进一步的,所述的烧毛具体工艺参数为100-120m/min,一正一反。
进一步的,所述的面料烧毛后需进行还原清洗,洗去高温产生的染料热迁移浮色,使布面色光纯正。
进一步的,所述的面料使用活性染料上染棉纤维。
进一步的,所述的面料经过烘干柔软定型和压光预缩形成成品。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明有以下显著效果:(1)经向采用涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝20~30D,纬向采用无规律的高支全棉竹节纱线40~60S,组织采用不同长度经浮长线的平纹的提花组织,使大有光单丝从多角度散发亮度不同、方向不同的自然光泽,利用竹节纱节距和粗细不匀,形成经组织点大小和分布不匀,能使钻石光感分布的更自然、光泽向不同角度发射;(2)高支全棉竹节纱和平纹地组织解决了单丝面料易滑移的问题;(3)面料通过控制整经、浆纱的工艺参数减少单丝纱线因强力低、弹性大易出现断头问题,另外,面料采用涤纶单丝和棉交织,通过调整涤染与烧毛的顺序,得到颜色鲜艳、纯正,棉纤维作为面料底部,通过丝光后呈现柔和的光泽。该面料符合不仅满足婚庆床品的基本需求,也符合当下年轻人对时尚个性的追求。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,面料组织规格为20D*C60S/170*160,其中经纱涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝的捻度为500捻/米,纬纱为无规律高支全棉竹节纱,穿筘方式2入/筘,组织采用平纹地变化浮长提花组织。
涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲丝20D强力较低且断裂伸长较大,因此在整经和浆纱时必须确保纱线强力和弹性,避免出现断头现象,经纱纱线整经车速为350m/min,要求车速及张力均匀。浆料配方以PVA浆料和聚丙烯酯浆料为主,PVA浆料2%、聚丙烯酯3%,抗静电剂0.5%,平滑剂2%。
面料在喷气织机织造而成,织机车速450r/min。
面料在印染中的流程为:冷堆、丝光、涤染大红、烧毛、棉染大红、烘干柔软拉幅整理、轧光预缩。
为了去除织物表面的浆料和棉纤维中的杂质,另外为了避免涤纶单丝预热收缩,本发明的进行冷堆工艺具体参数为:烧碱8g/L、双氧水11g/L,双氧水稳定剂6g/L,螯合分散剂2g/L,高效精炼渗透剂8g/L。
涤纶纤维耐碱性能好,可以经受碱丝光浓度。棉纤维经丝光后,纤维变的饱满且富有光泽,上色性能好、颜色鲜艳、色牢度好。丝光的具体工艺参数为:碱浓度200g/L,丝光渗透剂5g/L,车速50m/min。
面料在高温高压卷染机中使用分散染料上染涤纶。
烧毛的工艺参数为:100m/min,一正一反。
最后面料经过活性染棉、烘干柔软定型和压光预缩形成成品。
实施例2
如图1所示,面料组织规格为30D*C16S/130*120,其中经纱涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝的捻度为400捻/米,纬纱为无规律高支全棉竹节纱,穿筘方式2入/筘,组织采用平纹地变化浮长提花组织。
经纱纱线整经车速为380m/min,要求车速及张力均匀。浆料配方以PVA浆料和聚丙烯酯浆料为主,PVA浆料4%、聚丙烯酯4%,抗静电剂1%,平滑剂3%。
面料在喷气织机织造而成,织机车速500r/min。
面料在印染中的流程为:冷堆、丝光、涤染大红、烧毛、棉染大红、烘干柔软拉幅整理、轧光预缩。
冷堆工艺参数为:烧碱10g/L、双氧水13g/L,双氧水稳定剂8g/L,螯合分散剂3g/L,高效精炼渗透剂10g/L。
丝光工艺参数为:碱浓度220g/L,丝光渗透剂2g/L,车速60m/min。
面料在高温高压卷染机中使用分散染料上染涤纶。
烧毛的工艺参数为:120m/min,一正一反。
最后面料经过活性染棉、烘干柔软定型和压光预缩形成成品。
实施例3
与实施例1相同,区别在于采用全棉60支平纱。
实施例4
与实施例1相同,区别在于织物组织采用五枚缎纹组织,其中浮长线为4个组织点。
实施例5
与实施例2相同,区别在于经纱纱线整经车速为500m/min。
将实施例中制备的产品进行滑移、断头率实验,结果如表1:

从表1数据可以看出,本发明经、纬纱采用涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝、无规律高支全棉竹节纱,利用竹节纱表面粗细不同,有效降低面料的滑移性能,同时涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝也可防止面料滑移,且本发明滑移指标可达到我司滑移≤6mm的要求。另外整经车速影响织轴的好坏与效率,当车速低时,生产效率低,当车速高时,往往整经张力较大影响断头率,当整经车速超过380m/min,断头率明显增多,车速350-380m/min,断头率明显减少。最后本发明利用涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝使得面料可从不同方向的散发柔和自然光泽,利用竹节纱节距和粗细不匀,形成经组织点大小和分布不匀,能使钻石光感分布的更自然、光泽向不同角度发射。
实施例中的滑移指标参考以下标准的测试方法进行检测和评价。
按照GB/T13772.2-2008机织物接缝处纱线抗滑移的测定第2部分:定负荷法,采用60N定负荷值在规定的温湿度条件下测试,测定未受到破坏作用的织物边纱的垂直距离。

1.一种钻石光感面料,其特征在于:由经丝和纬纱织造而成,采用平纹提花组织织造,包括依次进行的以下工序:包括依次进行的以下工序:单丝假捻、整经、浆纱、穿综穿筘、织造、翻布缝头、冷堆、丝光、涤染大红、烧毛、棉染大红、烘干柔软拉幅整理、轧光预缩;其中,所述的经丝为涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝20-30D,所述纬纱为高支全棉竹节纱线40-60S;所述的涤纶大有光三角形截面弯曲单丝通过加捻机加捻、退捻、高温定型而成,加捻捻度为400-500捻/米,退捻和加捻捻度相同;所述的整经车速为350-380m/min,所述织造车速450-500r/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钻石光感面料,其特征在于:所述的浆纱工序中,浆料的配方为PVA浆料2-4%、聚丙烯酯3-4%,抗静电剂0.5-1%,平滑剂2-3%。
