Abstract
本发明公开了一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,包括以下重量分数的组分:多元醇A 5%‑15%、多元醇B 10%‑30%、多元醇C 15%‑35%、异氰酸酯15%‑35%、抗氧剂0.1%‑1%、稳定剂0.005%‑0.01%、遮光剂5%‑10%、扩链剂1.0%‑2.0%和固化催化剂0.01%‑0.1%。本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用聚酯和聚醚多元醇作为侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的基材,在保持粘接力的同时兼顾了材料本省的韧性,同时,本发明的制备流程相对简单,制备所得的产品粘度适中,且具有较短的开放时间以及结晶时间,在快速固定的同时也能防止因生产过程中产品搬运导致的不良,方便应用时的施工操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶粘剂领域,尤其涉及一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来在电子产品的屏幕粘接中,经常使用VHB(亚克力丙烯酸泡棉)与湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶。对于常规性的粘接,VHB能够满足粘接需求,但近年来,窄边框电子产品的愈发流行,VHB无法满足较好的粘接力及遮光需求。然而随着行业内电子产品的不断更新换代,市场上出现的手机厚度越来薄,屏幕边框也越来越窄,因此留给材料粘接显示屏结构件的空间也随之越来越小。显示屏结构件粘接胶水最小厚度接近0.15mm,如此薄的胶水要提供可靠的粘接力,还必须具备良好的弹性模量,一定的弹性以及抗老化性能,显然VHB及传统湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶是无法做到的。因此,在保持高遮光性、低弹性模量、高伸长率,高可靠性的基础上,提升胶水粘接效果,成为待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述用于屏幕粘接的VHB存在的问题,提供一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,包括以下重量分数的组分:多元醇A 5%-15%、多元醇B10%-30%、多元醇C15%-35%、异氰酸酯15%-35%、抗氧剂0.1%-1%、稳定剂0.005%-0.01%、遮光剂5%-10%、扩链剂1.0%-2.0%和固化催化剂0.01%-0.1%;所述多元醇A为聚四氢呋喃二醇、己二酸与1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、二甘醇或1,6-己二醇聚合而成,分子量为800-2500g/mol;所述多元醇B为分子量为400-700g/mol的聚氧化丙烯二醇或聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯二醇;所述多元醇C为分子量为800-3500g/mol的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步,所述抗氧剂为1010;所述稳定剂为工业级磺酸与磷酸的混合酸;所述遮光剂为粒径为30-40μm的炭黑;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种;所述扩链剂为1.4-丁二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、新戊二醇中的一种;所述固化催化剂为辛酸铅、三乙胺、三亚乙基二胺、辛酸钴、环烷酸锌、钛酸四异丁酯或二吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种。
本发明还公开了上述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量分数称取各组分,将多元醇A、多元醇B、多元醇C、抗氧剂、稳定剂和遮光剂投入到反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
2)降温至10-105℃,加入异氰酸酯,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
3)加入扩链剂,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min
4)加入固化催化剂,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,即得。

以下结合实例对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)其原料构成按质量百分比计,将15份的多元醇A、15份的多元醇B、22.5份的多元醇C、0.5份的抗氧剂、0.005份的稳定剂、5份遮光剂投入反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
(2)降温至10℃-105℃加入异氰酸酯33.45份,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
(3)加入扩链剂1份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min;
(4)加入固化催化剂0.05份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
(5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,然后在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,得产品,记为A1。
实施例2
一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)其原料构成按质量百分比计,将15份的多元醇A、15份的多元醇B、23份的多元醇C、0.5份的抗氧剂、0.008份的稳定剂、7份遮光剂投入反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
(2)降温至10℃-105℃加入异氰酸酯34份,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
(3)加入扩链剂1份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min;
(4)加入固化催化剂0.07份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
(5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,然后在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,得产品,记为A2。
实施例3
一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)其原料构成按质量百分比计,将15份的多元醇A、22份的多元醇B、20份的多元醇C、0.5份的抗氧剂、0.01份的稳定剂、9份遮光剂投入反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
(2)降温至10℃-105℃加入异氰酸酯35份,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
(3)加入扩链剂1.3份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min;
(4)加入固化催化剂0.10份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
(5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,然后在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,得产品,记为A3。
实施例4
一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)其原料构成按质量百分比计,将15份的多元醇A、22.5份的多元醇B、17.9份的多元醇C、0.6份的抗氧剂、0.01份的稳定剂、10份遮光剂投入反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
(2)降温至10℃-105℃加入异氰酸酯35份,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
(3)加入扩链剂1份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min;
(4)加入固化催化剂0.10份,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
(5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,然后在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,得产品,记为A4。
将上述各产物样品A1-A4与市售常规湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶D1进行相关性能测试。其中粘度测试标准参考GB/T 2794,剪切强度的标准参考GB/T 7124,OD值测试仪器采用美国爱色丽341便携式投射密度仪,OD值样片测试厚度为0.10mm。

由表1测试结果可知,本发明制备的侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶具有优异的性能,本发明实施例1-4制得的产品对比D1表现出更好的粘接强度、较低的弹性模量和较高的遮光效果,同时较低的粘度适宜施胶操作。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:多元醇A 5%-15%、多元醇B 10%-30%、多元醇C 15%-35%、异氰酸酯15%-35%、抗氧剂0.1%-1%、稳定剂0.005%-0.01%、遮光剂5%-10%、扩链剂1.0%-2.0%和固化催化剂0.01%-0.1%;所述多元醇A为聚四氢呋喃二醇、己二酸与1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇、二甘醇或1,6-己二醇聚合而成,分子量为800-2500g/mol;所述多元醇B为分子量为400-700g/mol的聚氧化丙烯二醇或聚氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯二醇;所述多元醇C为分子量为800-3500g/mol的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇、聚己二酸乙二醇中的一种或多种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为1010。
3.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为工业级磺酸与磷酸的混合酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述遮光剂为粒径为30-40μm的炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为1.4-丁二醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、新戊二醇中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述固化催化剂为辛酸铅、三乙胺、三亚乙基二胺、辛酸钴、环烷酸锌、钛酸四异丁酯或二吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的侧涂遮光湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量分数称取各组分,将多元醇A、多元醇B、多元醇C、抗氧剂、稳定剂和遮光剂投入到反应釜中搅拌混合,加热升温至120℃-130℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下脱水2.5h;
2)降温至10-105℃,加入异氰酸酯,升温至110℃-120℃,在真空度<100Pa条件下反应90min;
3)加入扩链剂,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下反应30min
4)加入固化催化剂,在真空度<100Pa,温度110℃-120℃条件下搅拌混合30min;
5)氮气保护下快速出料并封装于铝箔袋中,在80℃-85℃的烘箱中进行熟化,即得。
