目前弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材还存在以下缺陷:(1)不能释放负离子;(2)耐根、耐穿刺时间短,一般为3-5年;(3)抗紫外线能力弱,易老化;(4)防水密封性差;(5)低温脆性低,不具有吸声降噪功能。
针对上述情况,本发明的发明人在多年实践中,对该防水卷材的制备方法进行了长期研究总结,优选出一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材及其制备方法。

本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,包括硅油纸膜层、改性沥青层和玻纤毡层,其中,所述的改性沥青层,所需原料,按重量份,包括:基质沥青75份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物20份、硅铍钇矿粉5份、松香树脂18份、水溶性短切碳纤维丝7份、古马隆树脂16份、甲基纤维素35份、增粘剂20份、热塑性丁苯橡胶20份、热塑性聚氨酯20份、表面活性磷脂6份、增稠剂12份、甲基透明有机硅树脂25份、吐温-2010份、聚乙二醇14-18份、增塑剂40份、埃洛石粉3份、黑曜石粉16份、聚醚多元醇20份、抗氧剂15份、线性聚乙烯12份、蓖麻油酸酯8份和硅烷偶联剂15份;
其余同实施例1。
实施例4一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材的制备方法
本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,包括硅油纸膜层、改性沥青层和玻纤毡层,具体地,自上到下依次为硅油纸膜层、玻纤毡层和改性沥青层;本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1) 称取:按实施例所述重量份称取各组分。
(2)混炼:将基质沥青、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯、古马隆树脂、甲基纤维素聚乙二醇、增塑剂、埃洛石粉、线性聚乙烯、蓖麻油酸酯和硅烷偶联剂进行混炼,混炼时加入以上原料总质量3.5%的乙醇进行混炼,炼胶机温度为155℃,压力为0.7MPa。
(3)熔化:混炼50min后,加热至225℃,然后缓缓加入热塑性丁苯橡胶和甲基透明有机硅树脂,使之熔化,待混合液的动态粘度为2000mm2/s时,以3℃/min的速率降温至145℃,保温待用,为A液。
(4)胶液制备:将松香树脂、吐温-20加入到水中进行充分的搅拌膨胀,浸泡12h,然后加入黑曜石粉、硅铍钇矿粉、增粘剂、聚醚多元醇和表面活性磷脂进行充分的混合,再加入抗氧剂进行搅拌,在高速搅拌下,加入水溶性短切碳纤维丝,降低温度至55℃,加入A液和增稠剂,搅拌,超声波-红外-微波处理20min,超声波频率54KHZ,红外波长225nm,微波频率315MHZ,得到胶液。
(5)涂胶:开动涂胶机,待运转正常后,将步骤(4)中的胶液储存在上涂胶辊和挤胶辊之间,调整好间隙,即可对玻纤毡层上下两侧进行涂覆胶;
涂胶过程中,若出现涂胶不均匀现象,必须加以调整。
(6)预压:将涂好胶的玻纤毡层送入预压机加压。
所述预压,预压机的表压力为150kgf/cm2,单位压力为0.16-0.21Mpa,时间为24min。
(7)热压:热压所需要控制的工艺参数如下:表压力为11.2Mpa,温度为52℃,时间为5.5-7min。
热压时,检查是否有移位和变形现象,及时送入压机中进行热压胶合,防止入热压机后出现干裂。
送入热压机时,必须保持前后左右上下对齐,以免压力不匀造成开裂。
(8)覆面:将硅油纸膜层作为隔离材料对步骤(7)热压后的进行上下两侧的覆面,覆面时,对涂好胶的玻纤毡层要轻拿轻放,清除杂物。
本发明实施例1-3的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材的配方按照实施例4的制备方法所制备的弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,按照相应国家标准规定的检测方法,检测结果如下表所示:

备注:抗老化性测试条件为2000h,68℃;使用寿命的计算按照抗U.V100小时为一年计。
对比例1为市售弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,购自江苏旗开建筑防水材料有限公司。
由以上数据可知:本发明实施例1-3的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材的各项性能都同时得到较大的提高:
(1)本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,能够释放负离子,负离子发生量为2057-2114个/cm3
(2)本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,具有极佳的耐穿刺性能,耐根时间长达20.6-24.1年;
(3)本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,抗紫外线能力强,不容易老化,使用寿命69.5-71.2年;
(4)本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,具有耐低温性和吸声降噪作用,低温柔性为在-45℃下无断裂,吸声系数为0.39-0.40;
(5)本发明的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,具有极佳的防水密封性,0.5MPa下181-182min不透水。
除非另有说明,本发明所采用的百分数均为重量百分数,本发明所述的比例,均为质量比例。

所述弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,包括硅油纸膜层、改性沥青层和玻纤毡层,其中,所述的改性沥青层,包括:基质沥青、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物、硅铍钇矿粉、松香树脂、水溶性短切碳纤维丝、甲基透明有机硅树脂、黑曜石粉、硅烷偶联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述的改性沥青层,还包括:古马隆树脂、甲基纤维素、增粘剂、热塑性丁苯橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯、表面活性磷脂、增稠剂、吐温-20、聚乙二醇、增塑剂、埃洛石粉、聚醚多元醇、抗氧剂、线性聚乙烯、蓖麻油酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述的改性沥青层,按重量份,包括:基质沥青40-75份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物20-40份、硅铍钇矿粉1.5-5份、松香树脂18-22份、水溶性短切碳纤维丝3-7份、古马隆树脂16-24份、甲基纤维素16-35份、增粘剂20-30份、热塑性丁苯橡胶10-20份、热塑性聚氨酯20-35份、表面活性磷脂0.8-6份、增稠剂12-30份、甲基透明有机硅树脂12-25份、吐温-2010-24份、聚乙二醇14-18份、增塑剂20-40份、埃洛石粉3-8份、黑曜石粉8-16份、聚醚多元醇20-45份、抗氧剂4-15份、线性聚乙烯12-25份、蓖麻油酸酯3-8份和硅烷偶联剂15-40份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述的改性沥青层,所需原料,按重量份,包括:所需原料,按重量份,包括:基质沥青65份、马来酸丙烯酸共聚物35份、硅铍钇矿粉2份、松香树脂20份、水溶性短切碳纤维丝6份、古马隆树脂18份、甲基纤维素20份、增粘剂22份、热塑性丁苯橡胶12份、热塑性聚氨酯20份、表面活性磷脂1份、增稠剂25份、甲基透明有机硅树脂14份、吐温-2020份、聚乙二醇15份、增塑剂25份、埃洛石粉6份、黑曜石粉10份、聚醚多元醇20份、抗氧剂5份、线性聚乙烯20份、蓖麻油酸酯5份和硅烷偶联剂15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述硅铍钇矿粉,细度为3000目,二氧化硅含量为50.4%,氧化镁含量为31.0%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述基质沥青,为70#沥青、90#沥青、10#沥青的混合物,质量比为1:2:5;针入度为48mm,延度为28cm,软化点为47℃,闪点302℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述水溶性短切碳纤维丝,抗压强度为4900MPA,长度为6.0±0.02mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性体改性沥青化学耐根穿刺防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述甲基透明有机硅树脂,邵氏硬度为50,粘度为6000mPa.s,乙烯基含量为0.95%。
