本发明公开了一种节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板,所述楼承板包括上层、中层和下层,中层位于上层和下层之间;所述上层和下层都由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100‑120份、粉煤灰20份、硅灰20份、泡沫塑料粉10份、石粉30份、碱性激发剂10份、水35‑40份、木屑10份、聚丙烯纤维0.5份;其中碱性激发剂由苛性钠、钠水玻璃、纯碱按5:10:3的重量比复合配置而成;所述中层由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100‑120份、粉煤灰60份、硅藻土10份、可再分散乳胶粉4份、纤维素醚2份、憎水剂0.1份、泡沫塑料粉15份、水100‑120份。本发明性能优异且节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,特别是指一种节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板。
背景技术
随着建材标准的提高,现有技术的楼层板存在各项性能不达标,在使用过程中存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板,以解决上述技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板,所述楼承板包括上层、中层和下层,中层位于上层和下层之间;所述上层和下层都由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100-120份、粉煤灰20份、硅灰20份、泡沫塑料粉10份、石粉30份、碱性激发剂10份、水35-40份、木屑10份、聚丙烯纤维0.5份;其中碱性激发剂由苛性钠、钠水玻璃、纯碱按5:10:3的重量比复合配置而成;
所述中层由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100-120份、粉煤灰60份、硅藻土10份、可再分散乳胶粉4份、纤维素醚2份、憎水剂0.1份、泡沫塑料粉15份、水100-120份。
其中,所述楼层板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上层物料、中层物料和下层物料分别加入各自的搅拌机中搅拌15分钟;
(2)将上层材料和下层材料铺装在两层模板上,并在上层材料的上面和下层材料的上面分别涂覆胶水,然后喷上碳粉;
(3)在下层的上面铺设中层;
(4)将上层通过机械翻转覆盖在中层上;
(5)送入热压机热压,其温度为80-85℃,热压压力为20MPa,热压时间为20min;
(6)卸压后拆模,板材放入温度50℃、相对湿度90%环境中养护1天。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,通过对本发明的节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板进行性能测试,其静曲强度≥30MPa,弹性模量≥9.5×103,密度≥1.3g/cm3等,也能够满足建筑中对楼层板的高强度的要求;由于在上层和中层之间以及中层和下层之间设置有碳粉,增强了防水性能。由于在原料中加入了泡沫塑料粉,是板材具有稳定的化学性能、优良的绝热性能、隔音性能、阻燃性能;胶凝材料采用偏高岭土胶凝材料,与传统水泥相比,不仅能显著的降低能耗,减少环境污染,而且其生产的楼层板制品,尺寸稳定性好,耐水性、耐火性及抗冻性能优异。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种节能环保型建筑工程用楼层板,所述楼承板包括上层、中层和下层,中层位于上层和下层之间;所述上层和下层都由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100份、粉煤灰20份、硅灰20份、泡沫塑料粉10份、石粉30份、碱性激发剂10份、水35份、木屑10份、聚丙烯纤维0.5份;其中碱性激发剂由苛性钠、钠水玻璃、纯碱按5:10:3的重量比复合配置而成;
所述中层由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100份、粉煤灰60份、硅藻土10份、可再分散乳胶粉4份、纤维素醚2份、憎水剂0.1份、泡沫塑料粉15份、水100份。
其中,所述楼层板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上层物料、中层物料和下层物料分别加入各自的搅拌机中搅拌15分钟;
(2)将上层材料和下层材料铺装在两层模板上,并在上层材料的上面和下层材料的上面分别涂覆胶水,然后喷上碳粉;

其中,所述楼层板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将上层物料、中层物料和下层物料分别加入各自的搅拌机中搅拌15分钟;
(2)将上层材料和下层材料铺装在两层模板上,并在上层材料的上面和下层材料的上面分别涂覆胶水,然后喷上碳粉;
(3)在下层的上面铺设中层;

所述中层由以下重量配比的原料制成:偏高岭土100-120份、粉煤灰60份、硅藻土10份、可再分散乳胶粉4份、纤维素醚2份、憎水剂0.1份、泡沫塑料粉15份、水100-120份。
