Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of functional cosmetics, and particularly relates to a breast beautifying nano lipid vesicle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Breasts are an important sign of sexual maturity in women, one of the most important sexual sensitive areas of women, and plump breasts can highlight the female's quality and charm. Due to the difference between diet types and genetics, the breasts of some women are more enlarged and round, the shape of the breasts is a full hemisphere or a water drop with full lower edge, and the breasts are stiff and elastic; the flat and small breast or loose and drooping of some women can not only destroy the beauty of the female curve, but also influence the physical and mental health of the female.
Women with flat breasts wish to have full breasts by breast augmentation in order to enhance personal feminine appeal. Common breast enlargement methods include diet breast enlargement, sport breast enlargement, acupuncture breast enlargement, essential oil breast enlargement, medicine breast enlargement, operation breast enlargement, and the like. The above methods have little effect, high economic cost and great risk, which makes some women who love beauty feel more annoying or disappointed.
With the continuous development of the cosmetic market in China, breast-enlarging cosmetics gradually appear on the market. Because of the low relative cost and convenient use, the breast augmentation cosmetics are popular with some women. The desire for beauty is risky and confusing to consumers is the mixing of these breast augmentation cosmetics, fish and dragon, and some businessly people add drugs, estrogens, etc. to breast augmentation products. While some effectiveness may be obtained with such breast augmentation cosmetics, prolonged use may result in endocrine disorders, increased risk of or breast disease.
The breast is mainly composed of glands, ducts, adipose tissue, fibrous tissue, and the like. The fat tissue in the breast is wrapped around the mammary gland in a saccular manner to form a hemispherical whole, the amount of the saccular fat tissue is one of important factors for determining the size of the breast, and the individual difference can be caused by factors such as genes, diet, age and the like.
Theoretically, the amount and volume of adipocytes can be increased by the transdermal absorption of pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials that can increase mammary cystic adipose tissue. However, it is difficult for these drugs or cosmetic materials to actually pass through the thick epidermis or dermis due to the barrier action of the skin, and act on the underlying adipose tissue.
The traditional breast enlargement cosmetics are prepared by adding some functional plant extracts into a micron emulsification system or water, so that the activity of the plant extracts is easily lost due to the change of external environment (illumination, oxygen, temperature, pH value and the like), and even if the stable functional plant extracts are difficult to penetrate through thick epidermis and dermis to act on the fat tissue below the thick epidermis and the dermis, the due breast beautifying effect is difficult to achieve.
Therefore, the improvement of the safety, stability and permeability of the breast beautifying functional components is a difficult problem to be solved urgently for realizing the efficacy of the breast beautifying functional cosmetics.

Human adipocytes were cultured with 10-fold diluted milk-beautifying nano-lipid vesicles prepared in examples 1-3 at 37 ℃ for 5 hours, respectively, and then the change in fat content was measured, and the specific results are shown in Table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, the nano-sized lipid vesicles for breast beauty prepared according to the invention can effectively promote lipogenesis after being diluted by 10 times.
4. Breast volume augmentation efficacy test
Young healthy women, 30 with 22-35 years old, 30-30A breast cups, were randomly selected into 2 groups. Wherein a group of women applied the bodies prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 to the left and right breasts twice a day in the morning and evening, respectively; another group of women applied the bodies prepared in example 1 and comparative example 2 to the left and right breasts, respectively, twice a day in the morning and evening. The volume change of the bilateral breasts was measured by PRIMOS volume imager at 0, 60 and 90 days of continuous use, respectively, and the results are shown in fig. 1.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the increased volume of the female breast using the milk beautifying nanoliposome prepared in example 1 is significantly greater than the increased volume of comparative example 1 without any milk beautifying functional ingredient and comparative example 2 without nano treatment, which indicates that the long-term use of the milk beautifying nanoliposome prepared in the present invention can effectively increase the volume of the female breast.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of or explaining the principles of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
