本发明涉及保健茶领域,尤其是一种降糖茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是世界范围内最常见的内分泌性疾病之一,是继肿瘤、血管病变之后第三大严重威胁人类健康的慢性非传染性疾病,具有高致死率、高致残率和高医疗负担的特征,成为当前世界各国共同面对的公共健康问题。I-II型糖尿病患者的临床表现普遍具有三多一少症状,即多尿、多饮、多食和消瘦症状。
但是由于糖尿病患者必须严格控制糖分的摄入,因此只能长期饮用无糖成分的茶水来缓解口渴喜饮的症状,为此,人们开始致力于开发一种健康无糖、口味丰富、配伍简单、饮用方便、能够辅助降糖且副作用小的中药保健茶。但是目前市场上针对于糖尿病患者的保健茶大多存在配方组分不合理,生产工艺繁琐,质量不好控制、药效单一且成本较高等的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种降糖茶及其制备方法,其主要目的在于解决现有降血糖的保健茶大多存在配方组分不合理,生产工艺繁琐,质量不好控制、药效单一且成本较高等的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种降糖茶,包括如下重量份原料:老白茶11.5-12.5份、青钱柳7.5-8.5份、番石榴1.1-1.25份、葛根1.1-1.25份、山药0.7-0.85份、黄精0.55-0.65份、苦瓜0.55-0.65份、乌梅0.15-0.25份、陈皮0.35-0.45份、甘草0.45-0.55份、甜叶菊甙0.09-0.15份。
进一步,上述番石榴为新鲜番石榴全果去蒂切薄片干燥后而得到的番石榴果干。
一种如上所述的降糖茶的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:对以上各原料进行挑拣选剔处理.
(2)粉粹:按预定成分称取老白茶和青钱柳两种原料,经多功能粉碎机或变频粉碎机粉碎成细末,并放于塑料桶密闭收存待用。
(3)煎煮:按预定成分称取番石榴、葛根、山药、黄精、苦瓜、乌梅、陈皮、甘草和甜叶菊甙放于不锈钢锅内,加水浸过药面使其充分浸泡,然后用直火加热煎煮至沸腾,改用文火煎煮1.5小时后过滤;将滤渣重复加水煎煮至沸腾,改用文火煎煮1小时后过滤;最后将两次滤液合并加热浓缩,并冷却备用。
(4)制粒:将粉粹后的细末放于槽式混合机中,倒入冷却后的浓缩液搅拌30分钟制成软材,再用摇摆式颗粒机进行制粒。
(5)烘干:将湿颗粒摊盘放于烘箱中进行烘干,控制温度在65℃以内,烘干2-4小时后取出放凉冷却。
(6)分装:将冷却后的颗粒用颗粒分装机按规定标准包装量进行分装处理。
进一步,步骤(4)中软材用摇摆式颗粒机过14目筛制作成颗粒。
根据本发明中各成分的功效和相互作用的机理,可将其分为君药、臣药、佐药和使药四大类,其中君药包括老白茶、青钱柳和番石榴,臣药包括葛根、山药和黄精,佐药包括苦瓜、乌梅和陈皮,使药包括甘草和甜叶菊甙。根据《本草纲目》、《中药大辞典》等药学名著以及现代医学研究显示:
老白茶:即贮存多年的白茶,味苦甘、性微温。白茶经过陈放之后,其多酚类物质不断的氧化,转化为更高含量的黄酮、茶氨酸和咖啡碱等成分。黄酮具有降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抗疲劳、抗病毒、利尿等功效。并且国内外医学研究证明,长期饮用老白茶可以显著提高人体内脂酶活性,促进脂肪分解代谢,有效控制胰岛素分泌量,延缓葡萄糖的肠吸收,分解体内血液中多余的糖份,促进血糖平衡。
青钱柳:味辛,性平。青钱柳被誉为植物界的大熊猫,医学界的第三棵树,其富含丰富的皂苷、黄酮、多糖等有机营养成分,能够有效平衡人体糖代谢,从而达到降血糖,逆转并发症的养生效果;此外还含有大量的糖代谢和胰岛素作用密切相关的Ni、Cr、V、Se等元素的含量较高,能够协助胰岛素发挥降血糖作用,并能改善糖耐量。
番石榴:味甘、涩,性平。番石榴营养丰富,富含维生素C,并含有磷、钙、镁等微量元素,具有治疗糖尿病及降血糖的药效,并有防治高血压、防老化、抗氧化作用、健胃消食、助消化的功效。
葛根:味甘、辛,性凉,主阳明。葛根素有“亚洲人参”之美誉,有清火、排毒、热病口渴,阴虚消渴,降血脂、降血压、降胆固醇、降血糖、减肥、通便、预防老年性痴呆、防止动脉硬化、防止脑血栓等心脑血管疾病之良效。
山药:味甘,性平,归脾、肺、肾经,补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。临床多用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。现代医学研究表明山药可以显著降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白率,并使胰岛素分泌水平具有明显的恢复性升高。
黄精:采用九制黄精,味甘,性平,归肺,脾,肾经,补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾,用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。现代医学研究表明黄精对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显著抑制作用。
苦瓜:味苦,性寒,归心、胃、肝经,具有清热、除烦、止渴、明目功效,临床多用于中暑发热,牙痛,泄泻,痢疾,便血等。现代医学研究表明苦瓜对于糖尿病有一定的辅助治疗作用,对于处方药带来的副作用有一定的缓解、对糖尿病并发症有很好的预防和治疗作用。
乌梅:味酸、涩,性平,归肝、脾、肺、大肠经,具有敛肺止咳,涩肠止泻,安蛔止痛,生津止渴等功效。主治肺虚久咳,久泻,久痢,蛔厥腹痛,呕吐,虚热消渴。味酸性平的乌梅,能酸甘化阴、生津止渴。
陈皮:味辛、苦,性温,入脾经、胃经、肺经,现代医学研究表明,陈皮有三大类作用,一是导胸中寒邪,二破滞气,三益脾胃。这三大作用中,主要作用是行脾胃之气。脾胃主运化水湿,故脾胃之气行则能去湿、健脾、化痰,故又可以说,陈皮温能养脾,辛能醒脾,苦能健脾。
甘草:味甘,性平,入脾、胃、肺经, 常用于和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和渚药。
甜叶菊甙:甜叶菊甙为菊科植物甜叶的菊叶或蔷薇科植物甜菜叶,具有降糖、强壮、降血压等作用,可作为甜味剂使用。
全方以味辛,性平,具清热、解毒、治消渴的青钱柳;苦甘,微温,消积利尿、降三脂、促血糖平衡、补脾益肺、生津止渴及抑血糖的老白茶;味甘、涩,性平的番石榴为君药。臣以性凉,味甘、辛,主阳明,具清火排毒、健脾升阳、生津止渴的葛根;味甘、性平,滋精固肾、益气养阴、生津止渴、固敛阴津的山药;味甘、性平,补脾益阴、生精填髓、以健脾消积、涩肠止泻,降血糖的黄精。佐以苦寒,具除邪热、解劳乏、清心明目,隐血糖 益气壮阳的苦瓜;味酸性平,能酸甘化阴、生津止渴的乌梅;味辛、苦,性温,能健脾行气、条畅气机,可使全方补而不滞,滋而不腻的橘。并以养阴生津的糖尿病患者植物甜味剂甜叶菊甙及味甘、益气补脾、调和诸药的甘草为使药,从而使全方达到益气养阴、清热、解毒,生津止渴的显著功效,适用于气阴两虚所致的消渴病日常饮品,是证见口渴喜饮,体倦乏力,多食多饮多尿等I-II型糖尿病患者的日常理想的辅助性衡糖茶饮料。

具体实施方式
下面说明本发明的具体实施方式。为了全面理解本发明,下面描述到许多细节,但对于本领域技术人员来说,无需这些细节也可实现本发明。
一种降糖茶,包括如下重量份原料:老白茶12份、青钱柳8份、番石榴1.2份、葛根1.2份、山药0.8份、黄精0.6份、苦瓜0.6份、乌梅0.2份、陈皮0.4份、甘草0.5份、甜叶菊甙0.1份。
上述降糖茶的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:对以上各原料进行挑拣选剔处理。
(2)粉粹:按预定成分称取老白茶和青钱柳两种原料,经多功能粉碎机或变频粉碎机粉碎成细末,并放于塑料桶密闭收存待用。

(6)分装:将冷却后的颗粒用颗粒分装机按规定标准包装量进行分装处理。
分装前检测降糖茶颗粒的含水量<8%,灰分<8%,经反复试验得知,该降糖茶具有益气养阴、清热、解毒,生津止渴的显著疗效,并且药性温和无副作用,口味丰富,饮用方便,价格低廉,是糖尿病患者日常理想的辅助性衡糖茶饮料。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (4)
1.一种降糖茶,其特征在于:包括如下重量份原料:老白茶11.5-12.5份、青钱柳7.5-8.5份、番石榴1.1-1.25份、葛根1.1-1.25份、山药0.7-0.85份、黄精0.55-0.65份、苦瓜0.55-0.65份、乌梅0.15-0.25份、陈皮0.35-0.45份、甘草0.45-0.55份、甜叶菊甙0.09-0.15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种降糖茶,其特征在于:所述番石榴为新鲜番石榴全果去蒂切薄片干燥后而得到的番石榴果干。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的降糖茶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:对以上各原料进行挑拣选剔处理;
(2)粉粹:按预定成分称取老白茶和青钱柳两种原料,经多功能粉碎机或变频粉碎机粉碎成细末,并放于塑料桶密闭收存待用;
(3)煎煮:按预定成分称取番石榴、葛根、山药、黄精、苦瓜、乌梅、陈皮、甘草和甜叶菊甙放于不锈钢锅内,加水浸过药面使其充分浸泡,然后用直火加热煎煮至沸腾,改用文火煎煮1.5小时后过滤;将滤渣重复加水煎煮至沸腾,改用文火煎煮1小时后过滤;最后将两次滤液合并加热浓缩,并冷却备用;
(4)制粒:将粉粹后的细末放于槽式混合机中,倒入冷却后的浓缩液搅拌30分钟制成软材,再用摇摆式颗粒机进行制粒;
(5)烘干:将湿颗粒摊盘放于烘箱中进行烘干,控制温度在65℃以内,烘干2-4小时后取出放凉冷却;
(6)分装:将冷却后的颗粒用颗粒分装机按规定标准包装量进行分装处理。
4.如权利要求3所述的降糖茶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中软材用摇摆式颗粒机过14目筛制作成颗粒。
