本发明涉及一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术对于涤棉织物的染色大多采用分散/活性染料一浴两步法,该染色工艺相对简单,操作方便,容易控制。在用分散染料染色时,由于分散染料的疏水性,因此需要在反应体系中加入相当的亲水性分散剂来提高分散染料的分散性来便于染色,然而亲水性分散剂的使用使得大量的分散染料溶于水中,其中仅部分分散染料上色于面料上,造成固色率减小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,具有提高固色率的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:由涤纶花式纱线和棉纱织造成花式涤盖棉针织面料,即坯布;
(2)前处理:取织造的坯布在43~47℃的精炼液中二浸二轧,水洗,43~47℃下烘干;精炼液包括浓度为0.45~0.53g/L的精炼剂和浓度为1~2g/L的碳酸钠,精炼剂包括38~42wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和58~62wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸,精炼时间为55~65min且浴比为1:14~16;
(3)染色:取前处理后的坯布,放入35~45℃的染液中,以1.4~1.6℃/min的速率加热至108~111℃,保温42~48min,以2.4~2.6℃/min的速率降温至40~50℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,43~47℃下烘干;染液包括0.5~0.7g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.3~0.5g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、2~4g/L的第一分散染料、0.3~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:2~4;染液中还分散有8~12g/L的缓释微粒;所述缓释微粒包括24~26wt%的内芯以及74~76wt%喷涂包覆在内芯外的一层包覆膜,所述内芯为第二分散染料,所述包覆膜的基底为PP膜且所述包覆膜中包含4~5wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末和2~4wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁;
(4)整理、定型。
采用上述技术方案,染色时,随温度升高,第一分散染料逐渐上染,同时随PP无纺布粉末的溶胀及硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁在高于80℃后的晶体变化从而打开结晶度为64~66%的基底膜的通道,使在80~111℃下缓释微粒中的第二分散染料逐渐释放并参与染色,这与现有技术中通过增加分散剂来达到分散染料以提高上染率不同之处在于,现有技术中溶于染液中的分散染料量更大,即污染性更大,且添加过多的分散剂,对后续处理也有一定影响;通过严格控制前处理、染色,提高色牢度和固色率。

实施例6:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:由涤纶花式纱线和棉纱织造成花式涤盖棉针织面料,即坯布;
(2)前处理:取织造的坯布在47℃的精炼液中二浸二轧,水洗, 47℃下烘干;精炼液包括浓度为0.53g/L的精炼剂和浓度为2g/L的碳酸钠,精炼剂包括42wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和58wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸,精炼时间为55min且浴比为1:16;
(3)染色:取前处理后的坯布,放入45℃的染液中,以1.6℃/min的速率加热至111℃,保温42min,以2.6℃/min的速率降温至50℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,47℃下烘干;染液包括0.7g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.5g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、4g/L的第一分散染料、0.5g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:4;染液中还分散有12g/L的缓释微粒;缓释微粒包括26wt%的内芯以及74wt%喷涂包覆在内芯外的一层包覆膜,内芯为第二分散染料,包覆膜的基底为PP膜且包覆膜中包含5wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末和4wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁,包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为65%;
第一分散染料和第二分散染料均选自分散红玉GFL或分散深蓝HGL;
(4)整理、定型
整理包括以下步骤:将坯布在在30℃的整理液中二浸二轧,水洗;整理液包括浓度为0.90g/L柔软剂,柔软剂包括69wt%的聚氧乙烯醚、26wt%的三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷和5wt%的马来酸,整理时间为4min且浴比为1:11;
定型包括以下步骤:将坯布在47℃下烘干,然后在109℃下焙烘1min。
对比例1:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,染液中无缓释微粒。
对比例2:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,包覆膜为结晶度65%基底的PP膜(即未添加添加剂)。
对比例3:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,包覆膜的基底为PP膜且包覆膜中包含4.2wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末,包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为65%。
对比例4:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,包覆膜的基底为PP膜且包覆膜中包含3wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁,包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为65%。
对比例5:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,精炼剂为100wt%的聚氧乙烯醚。
对比例6:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,精炼剂为100wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸。
对比例7:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,精炼剂为50wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和50wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸。
对比例8:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,将步骤(3)染色更改为:取前处理后的坯布,放入40℃的染液中,以1.5℃/min的速率加热至110℃,保温45min,以2.5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,45℃下烘干;染液包括0.6g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.4g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、5.5g/L的第一分散染料、0.4g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:3;第一分散染料选自分散红玉GFL或分散深蓝HGL。
对比例9:一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,与实施例4的区别在于,将步骤(3)染色更改为:取前处理后的坯布,放入40℃的染液中,以1.5℃/min的速率加热至110℃,保温45min,以2.5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,45℃下烘干;染液包括1.2g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.8g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、5.5g/L的第一分散染料、0.4g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:3;第一分散染料选自分散红玉GFL或分散深蓝HGL。
性能测试
参照GB/T 3920-2008测试耐皂洗色牢度,测试条件为40℃、30min。
固色率表示在纤维上结合的染料量与所用染料总量之比,参照GB/T 2391-2014测试。
参照GB/T 5713-2013测试耐水色牢度。参照GB/T 3922-2013测试耐汗渍色牢度。
表1显示,与对比例相比,实施例1-6的固色率有明显提高,对染料有较高利用率,色牢度也有明显提高,产品性能提高明显。

当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:由涤纶花式纱线和棉纱织造成花式涤盖棉针织面料,即坯布;
(2)前处理:取织造的坯布在43~47℃的精炼液中二浸二轧,水洗,43~47℃下烘干;精炼液包括浓度为0.45~0.53g/L的精炼剂和浓度为1~2g/L的碳酸钠,精炼剂包括38~42wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和58~62wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸,精炼时间为55~65min且浴比为1:14~16;
(3)染色:取前处理后的坯布,放入35~45℃的染液中,以1.4~1.6℃/min的速率加热至108~111℃,保温42~48min,以2.4~2.6℃/min的速率降温至40~50℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,43~47℃下烘干;染液包括0.5~0.7g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.3~0.5g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、2~4g/L的第一分散染料、0.3~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:2~4;染液中还分散有8~12g/L的缓释微粒;所述缓释微粒包括24~26wt%的内芯以及74~76wt%喷涂包覆在内芯外的一层包覆膜,所述内芯为第二分散染料,所述包覆膜的基底为PP膜且所述包覆膜中包含4~5wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末和2~4wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁;
(4)整理、定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:由涤纶花式纱线和棉纱织造成花式涤盖棉针织面料,即坯布;
(2)前处理:取织造的坯布在45℃的精炼液中二浸二轧,水洗,45℃下烘干;精炼液包括浓度为0.50g/L的精炼剂和浓度为1.4g/L的碳酸钠,精炼剂包括40wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和60wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸,精炼时间为60min且浴比为1:15;
(3)染色:取前处理后的坯布,放入40℃的染液中,以1.5℃/min的速率加热至110℃,保温45min,以2.5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,45℃下烘干;染液包括0.6g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.4g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、3g/L的第一分散染料、0.4g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:3;染液中还分散有10g/L的缓释微粒;所述缓释微粒包括25wt%的内芯以及75wt%喷涂包覆在内芯外的一层包覆膜,所述内芯为第二分散染料,所述包覆膜的基底为PP膜且所述包覆膜中包含4.2wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末、3wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁、0.5~0.7wt%的纳米碳酸钙和0.7~0.9wt%的柠檬酸钠,所述包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为64~66%;
(4)整理、定型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征是,所述包覆膜的基底为PP膜且所述包覆膜中包含4.2wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末、3wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁、0.6wt%的纳米碳酸钙和0.8wt%的柠檬酸钠,所述包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为65%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征是,所述第一分散染料和第二分散染料均选自分散红玉GFL或分散深蓝HGL;
所述整理包括以下步骤:将坯布在在25~30℃的整理液中二浸二轧,水洗;整理液包括浓度为0.83~0.90g/L柔软剂,所述柔软剂包括69~73wt%的聚氧乙烯醚、23~26wt%的三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷和4~5wt%的马来酸,整理时间为4~6min且浴比为1:9~11;
所述定型包括以下步骤:将坯布在43~47℃下烘干,然后在105~109℃下焙烘1~2min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造:由涤纶花式纱线和棉纱织造成花式涤盖棉针织面料,即坯布;
(2)前处理:取织造的坯布在45℃的精炼液中二浸二轧,水洗,45℃下烘干;精炼液包括浓度为0.50g/L的精炼剂和浓度为1.4g/L的碳酸钠,精炼剂包括40wt%的聚氧乙烯醚和60wt%的十二烷基氨基丙酸,精炼时间为60min且浴比为1:15;
(3)染色:取前处理后的坯布,放入40℃的染液中,以1.5℃/min的速率加热至110℃,保温45min,以2.5℃/min的速率降温至45℃,依次水洗、皂洗、水洗,45℃下烘干;染液包括0.6g/L的脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、0.4g/L的聚丙烯酰胺、3g/L的第一分散染料、0.4g/L的冰醋酸,浴比为1:3;染液中还分散有10g/L的缓释微粒;所述缓释微粒包括25wt%的内芯以及75wt%喷涂包覆在内芯外的一层包覆膜,所述内芯为第二分散染料,所述包覆膜的基底为PP膜且所述包覆膜中包含4.2wt%的纳米级PP无纺布粉末、3wt%的硼酸锌插层氢氧化镁、0.6wt%的纳米碳酸钙和0.8wt%的柠檬酸钠,所述包覆膜使用的基底PP膜的结晶度为65%;
所述第一分散染料和第二分散染料均选自分散红玉GFL或分散深蓝HGL;
(4)整理、定型
所述整理包括以下步骤:将坯布在在28℃的整理液中二浸二轧,水洗;整理液包括浓度为0.85g/L柔软剂,所述柔软剂包括70.5wt%的聚氧乙烯醚、25wt%的三甲氧基乙烯基硅烷和4.5wt%的马来酸,整理时间为5min且浴比为1:10;
所述定型包括以下步骤:将坯布在45℃下烘干,然后在108℃下焙烘90min。
