Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of an environment-friendly enzyme, which comprises the steps of taking tea tree waste, brown sugar and water, placing the tea tree waste, the brown sugar and the water into a closed fermentation container, uniformly stirring, sealing, and marking a date on a bottle; slightly opening the container mouth every day in the first month of fermentation, discharging gas to prevent the fermentation container from being broken and periodically pressing down the tea tree wastes floating on the liquid level, so that the tea tree wastes are soaked in the liquid; placing the fermentation container in a place with ventilation and shade to prevent direct irradiation of sunlight, and fermenting for 3-6 months. The invention can not only promote the effective utilization of the tea tree waste, but also protect the environment and save resources.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of enzymes, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an environment-friendly enzyme.
Background
The environment-friendly enzyme is brown liquid produced by fermenting kitchen waste (fresh garbage) mixed with sugar and water, and has citrus-like pungent smell. The manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing materials are available, money is saved, the application is wide, the garbage amount is reduced, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved. Branches and leaves pruned in the production process of the tea garden, tea dust left in the processing process, tea residues after brewing, or overdue tea left in a warehouse for a long time, and the like, are directly discarded or directly buried, so that not only is the resource waste caused, but also the agricultural production is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly enzyme, which can not only promote effective utilization of tea tree wastes, but also protect the environment and save resources.
A preparation method of an environment-friendly enzyme comprises the following steps:
s1, placing the tea tree waste, brown sugar and water into a closed fermentation container, uniformly stirring, sealing, and marking the date on a bottle;
s2, slightly opening the mouth of the container every day in the first month of fermentation, and releasing gas to avoid the fermentation container from being burst;
s3, periodically pressing down the tea tree wastes floating on the liquid surface in the first month of fermentation to soak the tea tree wastes in the liquid;
s4, placing the fermentation container in a place where air is circulated and the fermentation container is cool and shady, and preventing direct irradiation of sunlight for 3-6 months.
Wherein the tea tree waste is one or a mixture of several of trimmed tea leaves, tea leaves left after packaging, overdue tea leaves placed for a long time in a warehouse and waste tea leaves after tea brewing;
the ratio of the tea tree waste, the brown sugar and the water is (2.5-3.5) to 1: 10.
The fermentation container is a plastic container or a silica gel container.
The volume of the tea tree waste, the brown sugar and the water accounts for 60-80% of the volume of the fermentation container.
After fermenting for one month, the cover is not opened any more and the air is not released until the fermentation is finished.
The environment-friendly enzyme contains various active sugars, organic acids, vitamins and enzymes, and can be used for foliar fertilizers and soil fertilizers to make the plant grow more vigorous. Some wastes in the production process of the tea garden are directly discarded or buried, so that not only is the resource waste, but also a good fertilizing effect cannot be achieved. The enzyme is recycled and made into ferment, so that waste is changed into valuable, the environment is protected, and resources can be effectively saved.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
A preparation method of an environment-friendly enzyme comprises the following steps:
s1, placing the tea tree waste, brown sugar and water into a closed fermentation container, uniformly stirring, sealing, and marking the date on a bottle;
s2, slightly opening the mouth of the container every day in the first month of fermentation, and releasing gas to avoid the fermentation container from being burst;
s3, periodically pressing down the tea tree wastes floating on the liquid surface in the first month of fermentation to soak the tea tree wastes in the liquid;
s4, placing the fermentation container in a place where air is circulated and the fermentation container is cool and shady, and preventing direct irradiation of sunlight for 3-6 months.
Wherein the tea tree waste is one or a mixture of several of trimmed tea leaves, tea leaves left after packaging, overdue tea leaves placed for a long time in a warehouse and waste tea leaves after tea brewing;
the ratio of the tea tree waste, the brown sugar and the water is (2.5-3.5) to 1: 10.
The fermentation container is a plastic container or a silica gel container.
The volume of the tea tree waste, the brown sugar and the water accounts for 60-80% of the volume of the fermentation container.
After fermenting for one month, the cover is not opened any more and the air is not released until the fermentation is finished.
The tea tree waste can be cut into small pieces, and the smaller the waste, the more helpful for decomposition.
Besides the tea tree wastes, orange peel, lemon peel, baylang leaf and other fragrant vegetable peels can be added, so that the prepared ferment has a fragrant smell
If the ferment liquid is black in the fermentation process, indicating that the putrefaction is unsuccessful, brown sugar is added, and the fermentation is continued for 3 months. If the eggs of the insects or the flies are found, the cover needs to be sealed, so that the eggs lose the chance of contacting with the air and are decomposed by themselves, and the protein of the ferment is enhanced.
After fermentation, filtering, and storing the fermentation liquor in a sealed manner for a long time. The enzyme residues can be dried in the sun, smashed and buried in soil to serve as fertilizer, the smashed materials are added with yellow sugar and poured into a toilet bowl purification septic tank, and the enzyme residues can be continuously left at the bottom of the tank and used for brewing enzyme again from next garbage.
The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to specific examples.
Example 1:
taking 2.5 parts of trimmed tea leaves, 1 part of brown sugar and 10 parts of water, placing the mixture into a sealed fermentation plastic container, uniformly stirring, sealing, and marking date on a bottle; slightly opening the mouth of the container every day in the first month of fermentation, and releasing gas to avoid the fermentation container from being burst; the tea tree waste floating on the liquid surface is pressed down periodically in the first month of fermentation, so that the tea tree waste is soaked in the liquid; the fermentation container is placed in a place where air is circulated and the shade is cool, and the direct irradiation of sunlight is avoided, and the fermentation is carried out for 3 months.
