Abstract

本发明涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体涉及一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,将一定比例的氧化锆粉体、去离子水和醇类溶液混合,再加入分散剂、尿素、明胶,球磨均匀得到料浆,在料浆中引入脲酶,注模凝胶固化,得到坯体,将坯体按照尺寸修坯后烘干,得到素坯,将素坯烧结后,得到所述氧化锆片式陶瓷。本发明用一定量的与水互溶且与水不同时挥发的醇液取缔料浆中部分水分,在不影响料浆高固相含量、流动性和凝胶化的情况下保证了坯体中水分和有机溶剂可分步充分脱除,避免干燥和烧结过程中开裂的危险,实现坯体的近净尺寸成型。同时本发明中引入无毒的明胶体系作为助凝剂,保护操作人员身体健康和环境安全。

一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体涉及一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法。
背景技术
氧化锆陶瓷是目前陶瓷材料中韧性最高的陶瓷之一,具有良好的耐热性、隔热性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、生物相容性和化学稳定性,应用非常广泛。氧化锆陶瓷制备中最常用的工艺是凝胶注模成型,即通过制备出低粘度高固相含量的料浆,然后在引发剂作用下,使料浆中的有机单体发生聚合反应,生成凝胶,从而使料浆原位固化成型,该工艺成型的坯体组分均匀、缺陷少、不易变形,可近净尺寸成型。但是传统注凝工艺中的水基料浆和大量的有机添加剂易造成干燥和烧结过程中坯体胀裂损坏,而且传统的单体和助凝剂存在毒性和安全隐患。
发明内容
基于上述技术背景,本发明提供了一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,用一定量的与水互溶且与水不同时挥发的醇液取缔料浆中部分水分,在不影响料浆高固相含量、流动性和凝胶化的情况下保证了坯体中水分和有机溶剂可分步充分脱除,避免干燥和烧结过程中开裂的危险,实现坯体的近净尺寸成型。同时本发明中引入无毒的明胶体系作为助凝剂,保护操作人员身体健康和环境安全。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,将一定比例的氧化锆粉体、去离子水和醇类溶液混合,再加入分散剂、尿素、明胶,球磨均匀得到料浆,在料浆中引入脲酶,注模凝胶固化,得到坯体,将坯体按照尺寸修坯后烘干,得到素坯,将素坯烧结后,得到所述氧化锆片式陶瓷;
其中,所述氧化锆粉体、去离子水和醇类的比例为质量比60-75:20-30:0-10;
其中,所述醇类为无水乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种;
其中,所述分散剂为松油醇、磷酸三丁酯和三乙醇胺中的一种,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的1-2%;
其中,所述尿素的粒度为0.5-2.5mm,纯度≥90%,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的0.3-1%;
其中,所述明胶的纯度微分析纯,分子量为50000-60000,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的0.3-1.5%;
其中,所述脲酶的引入量为明胶质量的0.3-1.2%;
其中,所述烧结的温度为1500-1600℃,保温时间1-3h;
其中,所述球磨混合中所使用的研磨球为氧化铝球或氧化锆球,研磨球与氧化锆粉体的质量比为2-4:1。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)用一定量的与水互溶且与水不同时挥发的醇液取缔料浆中部分水分,在不影响料浆高固相含量、流动性和凝胶化的情况下保证了坯体中水分和有机溶剂可分步充分脱除,避免干燥和烧结过程中开裂的危险,实现坯体的近净尺寸成型;(2)以明胶作为助凝剂,无毒害,保护操作人员的身体健康和环境安全。
具体实施方式
下面是结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
所有实施例所使用的原料规格如下:
氧化锆粉料:市售,粒度1~5微米,Y2O3部分稳定;
醇液:市售,化学纯;
分散剂:市售,化学纯;
尿素:粒度0.8~2.5mm,纯度≥90%;
明胶:分析纯,分子量为50000~60000。
实施例1
1、分别称取氧化锆粉130g、去离子水60g、无水乙醇10g混合均匀,再加入松油醇1.56g、尿素0.13g、明胶1.3g和260g氧化锆陶瓷研磨球,置于搅拌磨中进行球磨混料,用氨水进行pH值调节,得高固含量料浆;
2、把步骤1中制得的料浆经过滤、除铁后进行真空消泡操作;
3、在步骤2中处理后的料浆中引入0.013g脲酶后浇注在平板上进行片式陶瓷成型和凝胶固化;
4、将凝胶固化后的片式坯体按尺寸进行裁剪后,移入恒温恒湿干燥箱中进行保湿烘干处理;
5、将烘干后的坯体置于箱式电炉中进行烧结,烧结温度1540℃,保温时间2h,得氧化锆陶瓷片。
采用该方法制得的氧化锆陶瓷片厚度在0.6~3mm可调,外观光滑无缺陷,密度6.03g/cm3
实施例2
1、分别称取氧化锆粉150g、去离子水50g、磷酸三丁酯1.5g、尿素0.09g、明胶2.25g和450g氧化锆陶瓷研磨球,置于搅拌磨中进行球磨混料,用氨水进行pH值调节,得高固含量料浆;
2、把步骤1中制得的料浆经过滤、除铁后进行真空消泡操作;
3、在步骤2中处理后的料浆中引入0.027g脲酶后浇注在平板上进行片式陶瓷成型和凝胶固化;
4、将凝胶固化后的片式坯体按尺寸进行裁剪后,移入恒温恒湿干燥箱中进行保湿烘干处理;
5、将烘干后的坯体置于箱式电炉中进行烧结,烧结温度1600℃,保温时间1h,得氧化锆陶瓷片。
采用该方法制得的氧化锆陶瓷片厚度在0.6~3mm可调,外观光滑无缺陷,密度6.04g/cm3。
实施例3
1、分别称取氧化锆粉120g、去离子水60g、乙二醇20g、三乙醇胺2.4g、尿素0.036g、明胶0.36g和480g氧化铝陶瓷研磨球,置于搅拌磨中进行球磨混料,用氨水进行pH值调节,得高固含量料浆;
2、把步骤1中制得的料浆经过滤、除铁后进行真空消泡操作;
3、在步骤2中处理后的料浆中引入0.001g脲酶后浇注在平板上进行片式陶瓷成型和凝胶固化;
4、将凝胶固化后的片式坯体按尺寸进行裁剪后,移入恒温恒湿干燥箱中进行保湿烘干处理;
5、将烘干后的坯体置于箱式电炉中进行烧结,烧结温度1500℃,保温时间3h,得氧化锆陶瓷片。
采用该方法制得的氧化锆陶瓷片厚度在0.6~3mm可调,外观光滑无缺陷,密度6.01g/cm3
实施例4
1、分别称取氧化锆粉150g、去离子水40g、异丙醇10g、磷酸三丁酯1.5g、尿素0.09g、明胶2.25g和450g氧化锆陶瓷研磨球,置于搅拌磨中进行球磨混料,用氨水进行pH值调节,得高固含量料浆;
2、把1中制得的料浆经过滤、除铁后进行真空消泡操作;
3、在2中处理后的料浆中引入0.027g脲酶后浇注在平板上进行片式陶瓷成型和凝胶固化;
4、将凝胶固化后的片式坯体按尺寸进行裁剪后,移入恒温恒湿干燥箱中进行保湿烘干处理;
5、将烘干后的坯体置于箱式电炉中进行烧结,烧结温度1580℃,保温时间1h,得氧化锆陶瓷片。
采用该方法制得的氧化锆陶瓷片厚度在0.6~3mm可调,外观光滑无缺陷,密度6.03g/cm3
实施例5
1、分别称取氧化锆粉150g、去离子水40g、丁醇10g、三乙醇胺1.5g、尿素0.09g、明胶2.25g和400g氧化铝陶瓷研磨球,置于搅拌磨中进行球磨混料,用氨水进行pH值调节,得高固含量料浆;
2、把步骤1中制得的料浆经过滤、除铁后进行真空消泡操作;
3、在步骤2中处理后的料浆中引入0.027g脲酶后浇注在平板上进行片式陶瓷成型和凝胶固化;
4、将凝胶固化后的片式坯体按尺寸进行裁剪后,移入恒温恒湿干燥箱中进行保湿烘干处理;
5、将烘干后的坯体置于箱式电炉中进行烧结,烧结温度1550℃,保温时间1.5h,得氧化锆陶瓷片。
采用该方法制得的氧化锆陶瓷片厚度在0.6~3mm可调,外观光滑无缺陷,密度6.02g/cm3

Claims (9)

1.一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,将一定比例的氧化锆粉体、去离子水和醇类溶液混合,再加入分散剂、尿素、明胶,球磨均匀得到料浆,在料浆中引入脲酶,注模凝胶固化,得到坯体,将坯体按照尺寸修坯后烘干,得到素坯,将素坯烧结后,得到所述氧化锆片式陶瓷。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化锆粉体、去离子水和醇类的比例为质量比60-75:20-30:0-10。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述醇类为无水乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、丁醇中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为松油醇、磷酸三丁酯和三乙醇胺中的一种,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的1-2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述尿素的粒度为0.5-2.5mm,纯度≥90%,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的0.3-1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述明胶的纯度微分析纯,分子量为50000-60000,加入量为氧化锆粉体质量的0.3-1.5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脲酶的引入量为明胶质量的0.3-1.2%。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烧结的温度为1500-1600℃,保温时间1-3h。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种氧化锆片式陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述球磨混合中所使用的研磨球为氧化铝球或氧化锆球,研磨球与氧化锆粉体的质量比为2-4:1。
