Abstract

本发明涉及显示技术领域,公开一种显示模组及显示装置。该显示模组包括显示面板、覆晶薄膜、印刷电路板、转接柔性板以及排线柔性板;显示面板具有出光面以及背离出光面一侧的背光面;印刷电路板设置于显示面板的周侧,且印刷电路板与显示面板之间形成过线间隙;转接柔性板设置于显示面板的背光面一侧;覆晶薄膜一端与显示面板的出光面连接,另一端穿过过线间隙延伸至显示面板的背光面一侧以与转接柔性板连接;排线柔性板连接于转接柔性板与印刷电路板之间。上述显示模组有利于实现显示模组的窄边框设计和轻薄化设计。

Description

一种显示模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,为了满足更高的显示要求,显示装置的尺寸越来越大。大尺寸的显示装置一般将集成电路集成到柔性线路板做成覆晶薄膜。其中,覆晶薄膜的外接引线端与显示屏焊接在一起连接,其内接引线端则与印刷电路板连接。
但是近年来显示装置向着窄边框、轻薄化的方向发展,由于覆晶薄膜的尺寸限定以及印刷电路板的厚度限定,无法同时满足显示装置的窄边框和轻薄化的需求。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种显示模组及显示装置,有利于实现显示装置的窄边框设计以及轻薄化设计。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种显示模组,包括:显示面板、覆晶薄膜、印刷电路板、转接柔性板以及排线柔性板;
所述显示面板具有出光面以及背离所述出光面一侧的背光面;所述印刷电路板设置于所述显示面板周侧,且所述印刷电路板与所述显示面板之间形成过线间隙;
所述转接柔性板设置于所述显示面板的背光面一侧;所述覆晶薄膜一端与所述显示面板的出光面连接,另一端穿过所述过线间隙延伸至所述显示面板的背光面一侧以与所述转接柔性板连接;
所述排线柔性板连接于所述转接柔性板与所述印刷电路板之间。
上述显示模组中,印刷电路板设置于显示面板的周侧,将覆晶薄膜自显示面板的出光面弯折延伸到显示面板的背光面一侧,印刷电路板与显示面板边框之间的距离被缩短,有利于实现显示模组的窄边框设计;通过转接柔性板与排线柔性板将覆晶薄膜位于显示面板背光面一侧的部分与印刷电路板连接,不会增加显示模组整体的厚度,有利于显示模组的轻薄化设计。
可选地,所述转接柔性板和所述排线柔性板层叠设置。
可选地,所述转接柔性板与所述排线柔性板同层设置且具有一体式结构。
可选地,所述转接柔性板的厚度为0.1-0.14mm,所述排线柔性板的厚度为0.1-0.14mm。
可选地,所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板之间粘接或插接;
和/或,所述排线柔性与所述印刷电路板之间粘接或插接。
可选地,当所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板之间粘接,所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板通过导电胶粘接。
可选地,当所述排线柔性板与所述印刷电路板之间粘接,所述排线柔性板与所述印刷电路板通过导电胶粘接。
一种显示装置,包括壳体以及如上述技术方案提供的任一种所述的显示模组;
所述显示模组设置于所述壳体内,且所述壳体具有露出所述显示面板出光面的窗口。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括显示面板1、覆晶薄膜2、印刷电路板3、转接柔性板4以及排线柔性板5,如图1示出了该显示模组的主视图,图2则示出了该显示模组的后视图。参照图1和图2,显示面板1具有出光面1a(如图1所示)以及与背离出光面1a一侧的背光面1b(如图2所示);上述印刷电路板3设置于显示面板1周侧,此处的周侧指的是显示面板1垂直于出光面1a与背光面1b的侧面;具体如图1所示,印刷电路板3设置于显示面板1的底部一侧,且印刷电路板3与显示面板1之间形成过线间隙H。而转接柔性板4设置于显示面板1的背光面1b一侧,参照图3所示的显示模组的右视图,覆晶薄膜2一端与显示面板1的出光面1a连接,另一端穿过上述过线间隙H至显示面板1的背光面1b一侧以与转接柔性板4连接;并且,排线柔性板5连接于转接柔性板4与印刷电路板3之间。
以图1的视角观察本实施例提供的显示模组,覆晶薄膜2的弯折结构连接显示面板1的出光面1a和位于显示面板1背光面1b一侧的转接柔性板4,可以降低覆晶薄膜2位于显示面板1出光面1a一侧的高度(沿图1中Y方向),整个显示模组沿高度方向(沿图1中Y方向)的尺寸为印刷电路板3的高度、过线间隙H以及显示面板1的高度之和;如图1所示以正视角观察本实施例所提供的显示模组,在视觉上,相当于减小了显示面板1出光面1a显示区域AA的边框宽度。
请继续参照图3,印刷电路板3设置于显示面板1的底部一侧,转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5相当于印刷电路板3与覆晶薄膜2之间的连接件,且转接柔性板4与排线柔性板5的厚度相较于印刷电路板3的厚度容易做到更薄,这样的结构设置有益于减小整个显示模组的厚度(沿图3中X方向)。
需要说明的是,在实际工艺制作时,覆晶薄膜2的数量可能为N个(如图1所示,覆晶薄膜2设置有三个),每两个覆晶薄膜2之间形成有间隙,间隙的数量为N-1;为了方便连接,转接柔性板4沿多个覆晶薄膜2的排列方向延伸设置以连接所有的覆晶薄膜2;请参照图2,对应于覆晶薄膜2的数量,排线柔性板5的数量可以设置为N-1,以一一对应的方式在每两个覆晶薄膜2之间的间隙设置一个排线柔性板5,从而将转接柔性板4与印刷电路板3连接。
上述显示模组中,印刷电路板3设置于显示面板1一侧,将覆晶薄膜2自显示面板1的出光面1a弯折延伸到显示面板1的背光面1b一侧,印刷电路板3与显示面板1之间的距离被缩短,有利于实现显示模组的窄边框设计;通过转接柔性板4与排线柔性板5将覆晶薄膜2位于显示面板1背光面1b一侧的部分与印刷电路板3连接,不会增加显示模组整体的厚度,有利于实现显示模组的轻薄化设计。
如上所述,排线柔性板5用于连通转接柔性板4与印刷电路板3的线路,排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4之间可以为粘接或插接,和/或,排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3之间可以为粘接或插接。即可以包括以下三种方案:排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4之间可以为粘接或插接(排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3之间的连接方式不限定);排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3之间可以为粘接或插接(排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4之间的连接方式不限定);排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4之间可以为粘接或插接且排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3之间可以为粘接或插接。
具体地,当排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4之间粘接,排线柔性板5与转接柔性板4通过导电胶粘接。
而当排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3之间粘接,排线柔性板5与印刷电路板3通过导电胶粘接。
现有技术中,印刷电路板3的厚度一般能够达到0.8mm左右,如果印刷电路板3设置于显示面板1的背光面1b一侧,无疑会增加整个显示模组的厚度。而本实施例中的转接柔性板4的厚度可以为0.1-0.14mm,而排线柔性板5的厚度也可以为0.1-0.14mm,相较于印刷电路板3可以减小显示模组的厚度,更能满足现阶段对显示模组轻薄化的要求。
本实施例中的转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5用于实现覆晶薄膜2与印刷电路板3的电路连接,起到连通线路的作用。
如图3所示,转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5层叠设置,方便转接柔性板4与排线柔性板5实现电连接;并且,基于转接柔性板4与排线柔性板5的厚度尺寸,层叠设置的转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5依旧可以满足显示模组的轻薄化要求。
而在另一种可能实现的方式中,如图4所示的一种显示模组的后视图,转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5结合为一个整体,设定该整体为柔性板6,柔性板6实现覆晶薄膜2与印刷电路板3的电路连接;请继续参照图5所示的这种显示模组的右视图,转接柔性板4和排线柔性板5相当于同层设置,整个柔性板6的厚度仅相当于转接柔性板4的厚度或排线柔性板5的厚度,可以进一步减小显示模组的厚度。而且,这样的结构可以减省转接柔性板4与排线柔性板5之间的连接工艺,避免因为连接工艺不良隐含的良率损失,同时还减少了资材数量,便于管理,也可以降低成本。
基于同样的发明思路,本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括壳体以及如上述技术方案提供的任一种显示模组;显示模组设置于壳体内,且壳体具有露出显示面板1出光面1a的窗口。可以理解的是,具有上述显示模组的显示装置也能更容易满足产品的窄边框设计和轻薄化设计。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (8)

1.一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括:显示面板、覆晶薄膜、印刷电路板、转接柔性板以及排线柔性板;
所述显示面板具有出光面以及背离所述出光面一侧的背光面;所述印刷电路板设置于所述显示面板周侧,且所述印刷电路板与所述显示面板之间形成过线间隙;
所述转接柔性板设置于所述显示面板的背光面一侧;所述覆晶薄膜一端与所述显示面板的出光面连接,另一端穿过所述过线间隙延伸至所述显示面板的背光面一侧以与所述转接柔性板连接;
所述排线柔性板连接于所述转接柔性板与所述印刷电路板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述转接柔性板和所述排线柔性板层叠设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述转接柔性板与所述排线柔性板同层设置且具有一体式结构。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述转接柔性板的厚度为0.1-0.14mm,所述排线柔性板的厚度为0.1-0.14mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板之间粘接或插接;
和/或,所述排线柔性与所述印刷电路板之间粘接或插接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,当所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板之间粘接,所述排线柔性板与所述转接柔性板通过导电胶粘接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示模组,其特征在于,当所述排线柔性板与所述印刷电路板之间粘接,所述排线柔性板与所述印刷电路板通过导电胶粘接。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括壳体以及如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的显示模组;
所述显示模组设置于所述壳体内,且所述壳体具有露出所述显示面板出光面的窗口。
