To verify the effect of the product of the present invention, the inventors applied 5 active agent formulations of the above examples to 140 rhizosphere soil of magnolia alba in the century parks in 2018 and 2019, respectively, by applying 30kg/m3 of rhizosphere soil active agent to the soil planted with magnolia alba every 10 months, and measuring various indicators of growth, and the results are shown in the following table.
