本发明公开一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，包括有坐垫，在所述坐垫一侧设有靠垫，所述靠垫铰接在坐垫后侧，在所述坐垫和靠垫铰接处一侧设有拧紧柄一，所述靠垫内设有空腔，在所述空腔内设有能从空腔内翻出的桌板，在所述桌板一侧设有能翻出打开的座椅，在所述坐垫后侧固定有T型固定板，在所述T型固定板上部左右两端分别铰接有立杆，在所述立杆和T型固定板铰接处设有拧紧柄二，在所述立杆和靠垫之间设有当靠垫向前倾倒时能张开并带动座椅翻出打开的连动机构，在所述立杆和桌板之间设有能让桌板保持与空腔底部平行的辅助机构，使倾倒靠垫时座椅能通过连动机构升起，并通过辅助机构使其保持平行，以便于使儿童能安全稳固地坐在座椅内。

一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品领域，特别涉及一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅。
背景技术
现有的汽车座椅功能性单一，一般只能用作载人，特别一些汽车的后座座椅能够将背垫放倒以便于使后备箱的空间更大从而便于放置大件物品，功能性单一，且由于一些儿童在车上进行玩耍、进食、写作业等活动时及其不方便，而单独将桌子等放入车中又会使车内空间变得狭窄，不方便活动，且车子在行进过程中难免颠簸，使车内使用桌子等工具十分不便。
故此，现有的汽车座椅需要进一步改善。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷，本发明要解决的技术问题是：使汽车座椅在倾倒时能升起一个用于儿童进食、玩耍、写作业等活动的儿童座椅。
本发明进一步要解决的技术问题是：使儿童座椅能通过调节的方式使汽车座椅倾倒时不会使儿童座椅升起，从而便于在后备箱放置物品。
本发明进一步要解决的技术问题是：使汽车在颠簸时儿童座椅也会具有缓冲的力，防止儿童由于车辆过度颠簸导致受伤。
本发明所述的一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，包括有坐垫，在所述坐垫一侧设有靠垫，所述靠垫铰接在坐垫后侧，在所述坐垫和靠垫铰接处一侧设有拧紧柄一，所述靠垫内设有空腔，在所述空腔内设有能从空腔内翻出的桌板，在所述桌板一侧设有能翻出打开的座椅，在所述坐垫后侧固定有T型固定板，在所述T型固定板上部左右两端分别铰接有立杆，在所述立杆和T型固定板铰接处设有拧紧柄二，在所述立杆和靠垫之间设有当靠垫向前倾倒时能张开并带动座椅翻出打开的连动机构，在所述立杆和桌板之间设有能让桌板保持与空腔底部平行的辅助机构，使倾倒靠垫时座椅能通过连动机构升起，并通过辅助机构使其保持平行，以便于使儿童能安全稳固地坐在座椅内。
进一步地，本发明中的连动机构包括有铰接在空腔内壁左右两侧的连杆一，在所述连杆一上设有滑槽一，在所述立杆下部设有滑槽二，在所述滑槽二一侧设有连杆二，在所述连杆二前后端分别设有固定轴一并分别穿插在滑槽一和滑槽二内限位活动，在所述滑槽一内壁前侧和连杆二前端的固定轴一之间设有弹簧一，在所述滑槽二底部和连杆二后侧的固定轴一之间设有弹簧二，连动机构在靠垫未倾倒时能收合在空腔内，当靠垫倾倒时能升起驱动座椅变形。
进一步地，本发明中的座椅包括有固定在桌板底部左右两侧的凸杆，在所述凸杆上铰接有架板，在所述架板下部设有套杆，在两侧的套杆上活动套设有坐板，在所述坐板上壁后部铰接有靠板，在所述桌板底部左右两侧固定有伸出杆，当连动机构带动座椅升起，座椅将展开，使儿童能坐在坐板上。
进一步地，本发明中的辅助机构包括有设置在立杆后壁中段的滑槽三，在所述滑槽三一侧设有连杆三，所述连杆三后端设有固定轴二并穿插在滑槽三内限位活动，在所述固定轴二底部和滑槽三内壁底部之间设有弹簧三，在所述连杆三上设有滑槽四，所述伸出杆后端一侧设有固定轴三并穿插在滑槽四内限位活动，在所述滑槽四内壁后侧和固定轴三后侧之间设有弹簧四，使连动机构打开后辅助机构能自动打开并拉动座椅使其保持平行，以便于儿童乘坐。
进一步地，本发明中的架板能限制靠板的翻开角度。
进一步地，本发明中的坐板上壁左右两侧设有扶手。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
本发明结构简单，使用方便，当靠垫向前倾倒时，能升起一个座椅供儿童乘坐，儿童可在座椅上进行活动，不妨碍车内空间的前提下能使儿童进行活动，且驱动方式十分方便，不需要另找桌椅，且在不需要升起座椅时，可通过调节使靠垫向前倾倒后座椅不会升起，以便于能腾出更多空间放置物品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述：
如图1至5所示的一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，包括有坐垫1，在所述坐垫1一侧设有靠垫11，所述靠垫11铰接在坐垫1后侧，在所述坐垫1和靠垫11铰接处一侧设有拧紧柄一2，所述靠垫11内设有空腔12，在所述空腔12内设有能从空腔12内翻出的桌板6，在所述桌板6一侧设有能翻出打开的座椅3，在所述坐垫1后侧固定有T型固定板21，在所述T型固定板21上部左右两端分别铰接有立杆22，在所述立杆22和T型固定板21铰接处设有拧紧柄二23，在所述立杆22和靠垫11之间设有当靠垫11向前倾倒时能张开并带动座椅3翻出打开的连动机构4，在所述立杆22和桌板6之间设有能让桌板6保持与空腔12底部平行的辅助机构5，工作时，靠垫铰接在坐垫上，靠垫能向前倾倒，通过拧紧柄一能使靠垫的倾倒角度锁定，当靠垫向前倾倒时，使连动机构张开，带动座椅向上升起，同时座椅将打开，辅助机构5同时打开使座椅能相对平行于靠垫，多个弹簧的作用使车辆颠簸时座椅能得到缓冲。
本发明中所述连动机构4包括有铰接在空腔12内壁左右两侧的连杆一41，在所述连杆一41上设有滑槽一42，在所述立杆22下部设有滑槽二43，在所述滑槽二43一侧设有连杆二44，在所述连杆二44前后端分别设有固定轴一45并分别穿插在滑槽一42和滑槽二43内限位活动，在所述滑槽一42内壁前侧和连杆二44前端的固定轴一45之间设有弹簧一46，在所述滑槽二43底部和连杆二44后侧的固定轴一45之间设有弹簧二47，工作时，当靠垫向前倾倒，连杆二通过弹簧一向上移动，弹簧二同时带动连杆二前端向上移动，从而连杆一向上摆动，当连杆一后端向上摆动桌板将向上升，通过辅助机构使桌板保持平行，同时桌椅将向上升。
本发明中所述座椅3包括有固定在桌板6底部左右两侧的凸杆31，在所述凸杆31上铰接有架板32，在所述架板32下部设有套杆33，在两侧的套杆33上活动套设有坐板34，在所述坐板34上壁后部铰接有靠板35，在所述桌板6底部左右两侧固定有伸出杆36，工作时，工作时，当座椅升起，架板将自然向下垂，坐板将限定架板的下垂角度，并能作为儿童坐的地方，靠板能打开，作为座椅的背靠，并能被架板卡着，使其不能向后倾倒，防止儿童向后倾倒。
本发明中所述辅助机构5包括有设置在立杆22后壁中段的滑槽三51，在所述滑槽三51一侧设有连杆三52，所述连杆三52后端设有固定轴二53并穿插在滑槽三51内限位活动，在所述固定轴二53底部和滑槽三51内壁底部之间设有弹簧三54，在所述连杆三52上设有滑槽四55，所述伸出杆36后端一侧设有固定轴三56并穿插在滑槽四55内限位活动，在所述滑槽四55内壁后侧和固定轴三56后侧之间设有弹簧四57，工作时，当座椅升起，弹簧三将连杆三提起，弹簧四将固定轴三向前推使桌板保持平行，使儿童稳固地坐上。
本发明中所述架板32能限制靠板35的翻开角度，架板能顶住靠板使其不能向后翻，保证儿童安全。
本发明中所述坐板34上壁左右两侧设有扶手7，使儿童能坐在坐板较中间的位置，防止儿童由于乱动掉落。

1.一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，包括有坐垫(1)，在所述坐垫(1)一侧设有靠垫(11)，其特征在于：所述靠垫(11)铰接在坐垫(1)后侧，在所述坐垫(1)和靠垫(11)铰接处一侧设有拧紧柄一(2)，所述靠垫(11)内设有空腔(12)，在所述空腔(12)内设有能从空腔(12)内翻出的桌板(6)，在所述桌板(6)一侧设有能翻出打开的座椅(3)，在所述坐垫(1)后侧固定有T型固定板(21)，在所述T型固定板(21)上部左右两端分别铰接有立杆(22)，在所述立杆(22)和T型固定板(21)铰接处设有拧紧柄二(23)，在所述立杆(22)和靠垫(11)之间设有当靠垫(11)向前倾倒时能张开并带动座椅(3)翻出打开的连动机构(4)，在所述立杆(22)和桌板(6)之间设有能让桌板(6)保持与空腔(12)底部平行的辅助机构(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，其特征在于所述连动机构(4)包括有铰接在空腔(12)内壁左右两侧的连杆一(41)，在所述连杆一(41)上设有滑槽一(42)，在所述立杆(22)下部设有滑槽二(43)，在所述滑槽二(43)一侧设有连杆二(44)，在所述连杆二(44)前后端分别设有固定轴一(45)并分别穿插在滑槽一(42)和滑槽二(43)内限位活动，在所述滑槽一(42)内壁前侧和连杆二(44)前端的固定轴一(45)之间设有弹簧一(46)，在所述滑槽二(43)底部和连杆二(44)后侧的固定轴一(45)之间设有弹簧二(47)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，其特征在于所述座椅(3)包括有固定在桌板(6)底部左右两侧的凸杆(31)，在所述凸杆(31)上铰接有架板(32)，在所述架板(32)下部设有套杆(33)，在两侧的套杆(33)上活动套设有坐板(34)，在所述坐板(34)上壁后部铰接有靠板(35)，在所述桌板(6)底部左右两侧固定有伸出杆(36)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车载隐藏式儿童座椅，其特征在于所述辅助机构(5)包括有设置在立杆(22)后壁中段的滑槽三(51)，在所述滑槽三(51)一侧设有连杆三(52)，所述连杆三(52)后端设有固定轴二(53)并穿插在滑槽三(51)内限位活动，在所述固定轴二(53)底部和滑槽三(51)内壁底部之间设有弹簧三(54)，在所述连杆三(52)上设有滑槽四(55)，所述伸出杆(36)后端一侧设有固定轴三(56)并穿插在滑槽四(55)内限位活动，在所述滑槽四(55)内壁后侧和固定轴三(56)后侧之间设有弹簧四(57)。
