a1, conveying the pulverized cotton pulp into a vertical alkalizer filled with isopropanol, and adding a sodium hydroxide solution for alkalization while stirring;
a2, alkalizing, conveying the materials to a vertical etherification machine by a pump, and adding an isopropanol solution of chloroacetic acid;
and A3, carrying out etherification reaction among alkali cellulose molecules after etherification to obtain the carboxymethyl.

By contrast, the medical dressings prepared in examples 1 to 4 have both the antibacterial rate and the absorption rate, but the medical dressing prepared in example 1 has more efficient antibacterial rate and absorption rate, and is more suitable for popularization in production.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A medical dressing with antibacterial high absorption is characterized in that: including natural gauze (1), natural gauze (1) bottom is provided with antibiotic warp strip (2) and antibiotic weft strip (3), antibiotic warp strip (2) and antibiotic weft strip (3) intercrossing weaving, antibiotic warp strip (2) and antibiotic weft strip (3) below bond there are fibrous layer (4), fibrous layer (4) bottom is provided with collagen layer (5), be provided with between fibrous layer (4) and collagen layer (5) down triangle (6), collagen layer (5) bottom is provided with compound dressing (7), the embedding has antibiotic absorbed layer (8) in the middle of compound dressing (7).
2. The medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the table ratio of the antibacterial warp strips (2) to the antibacterial weft strips (3) is 4: 4-7.
3. The medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antibacterial absorption layer (8) is square, and a chamfer is arranged at the edge of the top end.
4. The medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial warp strips (2) and the antibacterial weft strips (3) are silver-containing dressings.
5. The preparation method of the medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorptivity, according to the claims 1 to 4, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, connecting the fiber layer and the collagen layer, and placing the antibacterial warp strips and the antibacterial weft strips at the top ends;
s2, reversely buckling the fiber layer and the collagen layer on the top of the natural gauze;
s3, buckling the collagen layer on the top of the collagen layer;
s4, pasting a composite dressing in the center of the medical dressing;
and S5, applying an antibacterial absorption layer at the center of the front surface of the medical dressing.
6. The preparation method of the medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fiber layer is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fiber, and the preparation method of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fiber is as follows:
a1, conveying the pulverized cotton pulp into a vertical alkalizer filled with isopropanol, and adding a sodium hydroxide solution for alkalization while stirring;
a2, alkalizing, conveying the materials to a vertical etherification machine by a pump, and adding an isopropanol solution of chloroacetic acid;

7. The method for preparing the medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption properties according to claim 6, wherein the concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution in the step A1 is 40% -50%, and the alkalization temperature is 15-25 ℃.

The method for preparing the medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorptivity according to claim 5, wherein the composite dressing comprises alginic acid fibers, water-soluble polymers, non-woven textile materials, polyurethane foams and films, which are combined to form a material with both hygroscopicity and protective performance.
9. The method for preparing the medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the antibacterial absorption layer is formed by compounding sodium carboxymethylcellulose fibers and alginate;
the alginate preparation steps are as follows:
b1, putting the sodium alginate and the potassium alginate into a reaction kettle, and starting blending;
b2, then accelerating the stirring speed and continuing blending;
b3, draining the mixed material, and removing bubbles;
in the step B1, the stirring speed is 10-15r/min, and the stirring time is 10-15 s;
and B2, stirring at the speed of 60-120r/min for 50-70 s.
10. The method for preparing a medical dressing with antibacterial and high absorption functions according to claim 9, wherein the ratio of sodium alginate to potassium alginate is 1: (0.9-1.3).
