Claims (10)
1. The color-changing toothpaste containing the biological enzyme coated particles is characterized by comprising the following components: 20-73% of humectant, 15-50% of abrasive, 0.7-1.7% of thickening agent, 1.7-2.5% of surfactant, 0.8-1.2% of essence, 0.1-0.35% of sweetener, 0-0.5% of pigment, 0.03-5% of oral cavity efficacy additive, 0-0.1% of menthol, 0-0.5% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1-1% of biological enzyme coated particles and the balance of water.
2. The color-changing toothpaste containing the bio-enzyme coated particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or a mixture of sorbitol, glycerin and propylene glycol; the friction agent is one or a mixture of more of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, aluminum hydroxide and calcium hydrophosphate; the thickening agent is one or a mixture of more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, carrageenan, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum and carbomer; the sweetening agent is one or a mixture of saccharin sodium, sucralose and aspartame; the surfactant is one or a mixture of more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sarcosinate, imidazoline amphoteric surfactant, methyl cocoyl sodium taurate, cocamidopropyl betaine, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid and salts thereof, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether tripolyphosphoric acid; the pigment is one or a mixture of more of CI 42090, CI19140, CI 42051, CI 15985, CI 17200 and CI 77891; the oral cavity effect additive is one or a mixture of more of sodium monofluorophosphate, sodium fluoride, potassium nitrate, sodium pyrophosphate, potassium pyrophosphate, allantoin, sodium phytate, strontium chloride, sodium copper chlorophyllin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, zinc citrate, potassium citrate and calcium glycerophosphate.
3. The color-changing toothpaste containing the biological enzyme-coated particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the biological enzyme in the biological enzyme-coated particles is one or a mixture of more of dextranase, lysozyme, protease, glucose oxidase, amylase, superoxide dismutase, catalase, lipase, papain and bromelain.

The color-changing toothpaste containing the bio-enzyme-coated particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bio-enzyme-coated particles are obtained by coating biotin or a mixture of biotin and a pigment with a mixture of microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol and corn starch and then coating with a polymer.
5. The color-changing toothpaste containing bio-enzyme coated particles according to claim 4, wherein the polymer is polylactic acid, alginate gel or gelatin.
6. The color-changing toothpaste containing bio-enzyme coated particles according to claim 4, wherein the pigment is one or a mixture of titanium dioxide and amino cobalt phthalocyanine.
7. The color-changing toothpaste containing the bio-enzyme coated particles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the contents of the bio-enzyme coated particles are as follows: 8-12 parts of biological enzyme, 0-70 parts of pigment, 20-30 parts of mannitol, 1-5 parts of corn starch, 1-5 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 1-5 parts of polymer.

The color-changing toothpaste containing the bio-enzyme coated particles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the bio-enzyme coated particles are prepared by the following method: uniformly mixing microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and mannitol, and then floating up and down by biological enzyme under the action of airflow in a fluidized bed to enable the mixture of microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch and mannitol and the biological enzyme to generate interfacial polymerization so as to finish first-layer coating and obtain first coating particles; and then the first coating particles float up and down in the fluidized bed under the action of air flow, so that the polymer or the mixture of the polymer and the pigment completes second layer coating, and the biological enzyme coating particles are obtained.
9. The method for preparing a color-changing toothpaste containing bio-enzyme coated particles according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: mixing humectant, abrasive, thickener, surfactant, essence, sweetener, pigment, oral cavity effect additive, Mentholum, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and water, stirring to obtain paste, adding biological enzyme coated particles, and stirring with double planets.
10. The method for preparing color-changing toothpaste containing bio-enzyme coated particles according to claim 9, wherein the degree of vacuum maintained during the double planetary stirring is-0.096 to-0.098 MPa.
