Example 3: the method for preparing the cigarette filter stick aroma-enhancing pellets by using the thin and short tobacco stems comprises the following steps:
1. screening and crushing tobacco stems: screening K326, red flue-cured tobacco, Yunyan 87 flue-cured tobacco, aromatic tobacco and Dabai No. 1 burley tobacco stems by adopting a screening vibration groove screen, screening the tobacco stems with the diameter less than 2mm and the length less than 35mm, and crushing the tobacco stems respectively after screening to prepare superfine powder of fine short tobacco stems with 700-800 meshes;
2. and (3) screening a vector: ultrasonically cleaning food-grade light porous ceramsite spheres at 40 ℃ for 35min, then drying the granules by hot air at 100 ℃, and screening the granules with the particle size of 2.6-2.9 mm as carriers;
3. activating a carrier: mixing the food-grade light porous ceramsite with an activation buffer solution according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.5, activating for 24 hours, and then drying by hot air at 90 ℃; wherein the activation buffer solution is prepared from mume fructus extract, fructus Tamarindi Indicae extract and sterile water to obtain solution with pH of 3.0 (the mass ratio of mume fructus extract to fructus Tamarindi Indicae extract is 1: 1); the activation buffer solution is also added with a fixative with the mass concentration of 0.003 percent, and the fixative is prepared by mixing 1 part of benzoin extract, 0.1 part of Peru balsam and 0.1 part of Liberbant extract according to the proportion;

5. activation culture of aroma-producing microorganisms: adding culture solution A with the mass percent of 5% of that of a carrier with aroma-producing microorganisms, and culturing for 30h at the temperature of 27 ℃, wherein the culture solution A is prepared by mixing and sterilizing 2 parts of lotus root wort, 0.05 part of K326 flue-cured tobacco short stalk ultrafine powder and 4 parts of purified water, wherein the lotus root wort is prepared by juicing fresh lotus root and malt respectively, filtering, mixing the lotus root juice and the malt juice according to the volume ratio of 3:1, and sterilizing at high temperature and high pressure;
6. solid state fermentation of aroma-producing microorganisms: adding 20% by mass of culture medium B into the activated and cultured carrier, fermenting at 29 deg.C for 7d, freeze vacuum drying after fermentation, and microwave sterilizing for 2 min; wherein the culture medium B is prepared by mixing 0.4 part of K326 flue-cured tobacco short-stem ultrafine powder, 0.1 part of Hongda flue-cured tobacco short-stem ultrafine powder, 1 part of Yunyan 87 flue-cured tobacco short-stem ultrafine powder, 0.1 part of aromatic tobacco short-stem ultrafine powder, 0.05 part of No. 1 burley tobacco short-stem ultrafine powder and 8 parts of purified water according to the proportion and sterilizing;
7. adding an aroma enhancer: adding a fragrance enhancer into the sterilized carrier according to the proportion of 0.05 percent of the mass of the carrier, namely heating and melting the fragrance enhancer, and uniformly spraying the melted fragrance enhancer on the sterilized carrier to prepare the cigarette filter stick fragrance-enhancing ball pill, wherein the fragrance enhancer comprises the components of 0.6 part of propolis absolute oil precision rectification component at 55-70 ℃, 0.1 part of jojoba oil, 0.5 part of olive oil, 0.2 part of candelilla wax, 0.02 part of vitamin E and 6 parts of sweet almond oil;
8. compounding the aroma-enhancing pellets with diacetate fiber tows, filter stick forming paper and triacetyl glycerine to prepare a cigarette filter stick, wherein the specification of the filter stick is as follows: the length is 120.0 +/-0.5 mm, the circumference is 17.00 +/-0.20 mm, the pressure drop is 3600 +/-290 Pa, and the hardness is more than or equal to 82. The filter stick is used for manufacturing cigarette (see the right picture of figure 1), and the filter stick with the same specification and without the aroma-enhancing pellets is used for manufacturing the cigarette as a blank comparison example.
Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarettes of the 3 examples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1, the filter stick aroma-enhancing pellets prepared from the short and thin tobacco stems are used for cigarette cigarettes, when mainstream smoke passes through the pellets, aroma in the pellets can be eluted, the cigarette aroma is thick, full, mellow and mild, fresh and sweet aroma and mature cigarette aroma are increased, and the effect of improving the cigarette aroma or improving the smoking quality of the cigarettes is obvious.

Claims (10)

1. A method for preparing cigarette filter stick aroma-enhancing pellets by using thin and short tobacco stems is characterized by comprising the following steps: cleaning and drying food-grade light porous ceramsite balls, screening particles with the particle size of 2.6-3.7 mm as carriers, activating the carriers by using an activation buffer solution, spraying aroma-producing microorganism suspension on the activated carriers after drying, adding a culture solution A taking fine and short tobacco stems as a matrix into the carriers with aroma-producing microorganisms for activation culture, finally adding a culture medium B taking fine and short tobacco stems as a matrix into the carriers after activation culture for solid-state fermentation, after fermentation is finished, freeze-drying, sterilizing, adding an aroma reinforcing agent, and uniformly mixing to prepare the filter stick aroma-enhancing pellets for cigarettes.

The method for preparing cigarette filter stick flavor-enhancing pellets by using thin short tobacco stems according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the fine short tobacco stems are prepared by screening the tobacco stems of K326 flue-cured tobacco, Hongda flue-cured tobacco, Yunyan 87 flue-cured tobacco, aromatic tobacco and Dabai No. 1 burley tobacco by adopting a screening and vibrating groove screen to obtain the tobacco stems with the diameter of less than 2mm and the length of less than 35mm, and crushing the tobacco stems into fine short tobacco stem ultrafine powder of 600-800 meshes after screening.
