Abstract
The method for collecting the drone of Chinese bee as artificial wasp bait by using the separator comprises the following steps: trapping queen bees in a queen bee cage, placing the queen bees into a prepared beehive, closing up a separation fence plate downwards by a plastic bag upwards, placing the queen bees in a uncovered beehive, opening the plastic bag to close up, shaking off bees on a honeycomb into a separator, closing up the tail end of the plastic bag by a cotton rope, and placing the honeycomb into another beehive without a bottom plate. The separation fence plate is turned downwards and upwards placed at the upper opening of the uncovered beehive, the beehive with the honeycomb and the bottomless plate is overlapped with the beehive with the honeycomb and the bottomless plate, the queen bee is placed back into the beehive, the box cover is covered, the worker bees pass through the fence plate and return to the beehive with the queen bee, the male bees cannot pass through the fence plate and are left in the collector, the beehive with the queen bee is removed from the uncovered beehive, and then the beehive with the queen honeycomb is formed by adding the beehive bottom plate. The drone collected in the collector is taken out and put into a freezer to be frozen for 2 to 4 hours, thus obtaining the natural bait for artificially feeding the wasps. The honey is collected for the colony to improve the honey yield.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a technology for separating males without collecting honey from a Chinese bee colony, in particular to a method for collecting the males of the Chinese bee as artificial feeding wasp baits by using a separator.
Background
The artificial feeding of the wasps becomes a popular research subject for domestication and feeding of wild wasps, and has achieved a lot of effects, particularly in the aspect of biological control of crop pests, the wasps are used as natural enemies of the pests, pest control by the pests is achieved, and the effect of achieving twice the result with half the effort can be achieved. The problem that a large amount of bred wasps need to solve is the bait of the wasps, the wasps prefer to capture bees as the food of the wasps, worker bees of the wasps are the objects to be protected by people, only a small number of male bees are left to consume and do not work after being handed over with queens, and the wasps sit and enjoy the wasps. The traditional separation method adopts manual trapping with tweezers, and the efficiency is very low. The method of the present invention is designed for this purpose.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for collecting drone of bees as artificial feeding wasp bait by a separator, which firstly adopts the structure of the separator and mainly comprises the following steps: the device comprises a separation fence plate, a rectangular frame, a cross beam, a longitudinal beam, a fence, a flexible nylon mesh enclosure, a black plastic bag and a closing cord. The separating fence board is characterized in that a rectangular frame and a transverse beam and a longitudinal beam in the rectangular frame are crossed to form a frame shaped like a Chinese character 'tian', equidistant fences are arranged in the frame, the space between the fences only can allow worker bees to pass through, and male bees cannot pass through, the size of the male bees is larger than that of the worker bees, separation of the male bees in a bee colony is achieved by utilizing the biological characteristic of difference of two bee sizes, a flexible nylon mesh cover is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the separating fence board, a black plastic bag is connected to the lower end of the flexible nylon mesh cover, a closing rope is arranged at the tail end closing port of the black plastic bag, the closing rope can be used for tying and sealing the tail end closing port of the black plastic bag through the rope, the black plastic bag serves as a containing space for the collected male bees, the flexible nylon mesh cover provides a passage for the flexible nylon mesh cover, the separating fence board enables the worker bees to smoothly pass through, the closing rope cannot pass through, and the purpose of quick separation and centralized collection is achieved.
The method for manually feeding wasp baits by the males in the colony separated and collected by the separation collector comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: opening a drone beehive to be separated, trapping a queen bee in the queen bee cage, hanging the queen bee cage in a bottomless beehive, moving the beehive and a foot rest to the left or right or backwards for 50 to 100 centimeters, overlapping 2 to 3 super boxes with the same specification at the position of the original beehive, and placing a separation fence plate of a separation collector on the mouth of the super boxes;
step two: opening the black plastic bag to close the opening so that the honeycomb can be transversely placed into the black plastic bag;
step three: opening a beehive cover, taking out the side honeycombs from the beehive, extending the side honeycombs into a separation collector through a black plastic bag to be close to a separation fence plate part, shaking the adult bees into the separation collector, putting the bee-free empty honeycombs into a bottomless hive hung with a cage for trapping the king, and putting the honeycombs into the bottomless hive in sequence after shaking the adult bees on the honeycombs of the whole beehive;
step four: quickly locking the closing of the black plastic bag of the separation collector, turning the separation fence plate of the separation collector upwards, and enabling the black plastic bag and the connected flexible nylon mesh enclosure to extend into the overlapped super;
step five: overlapping the empty honeycomb bottomless hive hung with the trapping cage on a separation barrier board of a separation collector, wherein the direction of a hive door is the same as the original direction, opening a hive box cover, covering cloth and a yarn cover to release the trapped queen, covering the yarn cover, the covering cloth and the box cover, enabling worker bees to upwards enter the hive with the queen through a gap of the separation barrier board, placing the bottomless hive on a hive bottom board after 1 to 2 hours, restoring the position of a box frame, and then placing the hive with the bottom board on a foot rest;
step six: taking out the separation collector from the two overlapped super boxes, and obliquely leaning the separation fence plate of the separation collector against a hive entrance to enable a small amount of worker bees to completely nest;
step seven: after 2 hours, the drone received from the separation collector is frozen in a freezer and then refrigerated in a centralized way; the optimal feed for artificially feeding wasps is obtained.
Particularly, the bait is necessary for the queen of the artificially cultured wasps in early spring after overwintering, and other baits can not be substituted at present.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the method can quickly and efficiently collect and separate useless male bees in the bee colony, fully and mostly collect honey for the bee colony, increase the honey yield, and simultaneously provide a large amount of natural baits for artificially and massively feeding domesticated wasps, thereby achieving the purpose of biologically preventing and controlling agricultural pests by pests, replacing or reducing the application of pesticides, reducing the pollution to the environment, and having positive significance on food safety and human health. Meanwhile, a large amount of wasp larvae also provide a high-quality protein source for human beings.
