本发明公开了一种用于宣纸的表面施胶液及其制备方法和应用。该表面施胶液由以下原料制备而成:亲水性高分子、固色剂、抗水剂、消泡剂、氧化剂、水。本发明通过将亲水性高分子、氧化剂、水混合后于60~90℃水浴环境下搅拌10~60分钟;接着加入固色剂,混合均匀;再加入抗水剂;将得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应30~90min,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入消泡剂,得到宣纸表面施胶液。利用本发明提供的表面施胶液制备得到的宣纸,固色效果高,墨水色密度值高。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸化学品制备工艺领域,特别涉及一种用于宣纸的表面施胶液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
宣纸是文房四宝中的至宝,因其质地柔韧,纹理美观,并善于表现笔墨的浓淡润湿、变化无穷,用途广泛。第一,是用于印刷珍贵书籍、图册、拓碑帖、裱字画的最佳纸张。宣纸印刷品、裱托品光泽夺目,黑白分明,线条清晰,久藏不变色,不虫蛀。第二,是中国书画的理想用纸,能吸水,能吸墨,宜书宜画。根据加工不同分为生宣和熟宣,生宣就是不经过任何处理,保留了渗墨性和吸湿性。熟宣是经涂胶加工,防渗防洇。用于印刷图册及仿真艺术品的数码宣纸是一种熟宣,简单的涂胶并不能达到艺术品的逼真度,必须开发新的表面施胶液,专用于宣纸加工,保留生宣纸的纹理层次和外观,同时具有生宣不能实现的图像层次、清晰度和颜色效果。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种用于宣纸的表面施胶液。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述用于宣纸的表面施胶液的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述用于宣纸的表面施胶液的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种用于宣纸的表面施胶液,由下述按质量份计的原料制备而成:亲水性高分子10~30份、固色剂3~10份、抗水剂3~5份、消泡剂0.01份、氧化剂0.02~0.12份、水50~100份。
所述的亲水性高分子优选为聚乙烯醇、阳离子淀粉和羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
所述的亲水性高分子的用量优选为10~20质量份。
所述的固色剂优选为明矾、壳聚糖、聚合氯化铝、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯亚胺、聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、聚胺类等阳离子性及具有吸附作用的物质。
所述的固色剂的用量优选为3质量份。
所述的抗水剂为降低纸张表面张力的物质,优选为松香乳液、AKD乳液和苯丙乳液(苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液)中的至少一种。
所述的抗水剂的用量优选为3质量份。
所述的消泡剂为常用的有机硅消泡剂,包括但不限于佛山市南海大田化学有限公司的消泡剂AT-883。
所述的氧化剂优选为过硫酸铵。
所述的氧化剂的用量优选为0.02~0.08质量份。
所述的水优选为蒸馏水。
所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将10~30质量份亲水性高分子、0.02~0.12质量份氧化剂、50~100质量份水混合后于60~90℃水浴环境下搅拌10~60分钟;
(2)接着加入3~10质量份固色剂,混合均匀;再加入3~5质量份抗水剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应30~90min,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入0.01质量份消泡剂,得到宣纸表面施胶液。
步骤(1)中所述的水浴的时间优选为30分钟。
步骤(3)中所述的反应的时间优选为1h。
步骤(3)中所述的室温优选为5~40℃;更优选为15~30℃;最优选为24~28℃。
上述用于宣纸的表面施胶液在宣纸制备中的应用。将上述用于宣纸的表面施胶液进行宣纸表面施涂,能改善宣纸吸墨性质,提高图像质量。

实施例1
本发明的宣纸表面施胶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将10质量份聚乙烯醇(日本可乐丽PVA205)、0.04质量份过硫酸铵、50质量份水混合后在90℃水浴、搅拌下降解30分钟;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的体系中加入3质量份明矾;
(3)向步骤(2)得到的体系中加入3质量份AKD乳液(1860型);
(4)将步骤(3)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应1h,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入消泡剂,制得宣纸表面施胶液。
将上述制备获得的宣纸表面施胶液用水配制成15%质量浓度对生宣纸进行施涂,施涂量选择3g/m2。打印色密度采用X-Rite色密度计测量,对色块冲水1分钟后测量四色密度,冲水后四色密度高说明抗水性好,四色密度为C(蓝)、M(红)、Y(黄)、K(墨)。测得色密度值,及对比组的四色密度数据见表1。
实施例2
本发明的宣纸表面施胶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将20质量份聚乙烯醇(PVA205,日本可乐丽)、0.08质量份过硫酸铵、100质量份水混合后在水浴90℃、搅拌下降解30分钟;
(2)向步骤(1)得到的体系中加入3质量份聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE3301,南海骏能造纸材料厂);
(3)向步骤(2)得到的体系中加入3质量份松香乳液(SE780G松香乳液,佛山今佳新材料科技有限公司);
(4)将步骤(3)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应1h,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入消泡剂(消泡剂AT-883,佛山市南海大田化学有限公司),制得宣纸表面施胶液。

(3)向步骤(2)得到的体系中加入3质量份松香乳液(SE780G松香乳液,佛山今佳新材料科技有限公司);
(4)将步骤(3)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应1h,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入消泡剂(消泡剂AT-883,佛山市南海大田化学有限公司),制得宣纸表面施胶液。

(3)向步骤(2)得到的体系中加入3质量份松香乳液(SE780G松香乳液,佛山今佳新材料科技有限公司);
(4)将步骤(3)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应1h,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入消泡剂(消泡剂AT-883,佛山市南海大田化学有限公司),制得宣纸表面施胶液。

从表1中可看出,本发明宣纸施胶液施涂后均明显提高了成品的色密度,色彩图案清晰逼真,所检测的色密度值高,比不施胶的宣纸明显效果好。

1.一种用于宣纸的表面施胶液,其特征在于由下述按质量份计的原料制备而成:亲水性高分子10~30份、固色剂3~10份、抗水剂3~5份、消泡剂0.01份、氧化剂0.02~0.12份、水50~100份;
所述的亲水性高分子为聚乙烯醇、阳离子淀粉和羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种;
所述的固色剂为明矾、壳聚糖、聚合氯化铝、聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵中的至少一种;
所述的抗水剂为松香乳液、AKD乳液和苯丙乳液中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液,其特征在于:
所述的亲水性高分子的用量为10~20质量份;
所述的固色剂的用量为3质量份;

所述的氧化剂为过硫酸铵。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将10~30质量份亲水性高分子、0.02~0.12质量份氧化剂、50~100质量份水混合后于60~90℃水浴环境下搅拌10~60分钟;
(2)接着加入3~10质量份固色剂,混合均匀;再加入3~5质量份抗水剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的体系的温度调节至45~65℃,反应30~90min,自然冷却至室温后取出,加入0.01质量份消泡剂,得到宣纸表面施胶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的水浴的时间为30分钟;
步骤(3)中所述的反应的时间为1h;
步骤(3)中所述的室温为5~40℃。
6.权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液在宣纸制备中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述用于宣纸的表面施胶液在宣纸制备中的应用,其特征在于包括如下步骤:用水稀释权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于宣纸的表面施胶液,得到工作用施胶液;再将工作用施胶液涂布于宣纸表面。
