Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于彩色喷涂的打印纸的涂料,包括底层涂料和面层涂料,分别选取不同的原料并采用不同的方法配制而成。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明底层涂料和面层涂料采用不同的原料及工艺,制造工艺简单,在对原纸进行处理后,相互协同作用,具有良好的吸墨能力,优化整体涂层的结构功能,可使染料接触到底层电荷后,迅速发生作用产生不溶于水的络合物,从而起到了固定油墨的作用,防止油墨渗透和扩散,与面层涂料协同作用,提高图像的分布率,改善形成图像的分辨率和色彩光泽度,适用于具有高质量要求的彩色喷墨打印纸的制作。

技术领域
本发明属于喷墨打印纸的涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
喷墨打印有易于彩色化和数字化控制的优势,受到追求个人色彩的用户的青睐,随着国内喷墨打印机保有量的增加,导致了对高质量的涂布喷墨打印纸需求量的增加,现在我国市场上的彩色喷墨打印纸多以国外进口为主,现有的国内的生产及理论研究相对贫乏,喷墨打印需要在涂布有油墨接受层的记录材料上,才能表现很好的图样分辨率和色彩还原能力。对于水性喷墨印刷油墨,同时还需要接受层有优异的耐水性、对油墨的良好的处理能力的接受层涂布剂,现有的彩色喷墨打印纸,以纳米级氧化铝作为主要吸收材料,需要加入较多的强阳离子分散剂和固色剂,会使涂层孔隙减少,影响快速吸收能力,进而导致很难实现快干和高的图像分辨率;或者采用轻质碳酸钙-硅石复合材料,吸油率能够达到所需标准,但其涂层的对图像的处理能力却没有具体说明,因此需要一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料,可以兼顾油墨吸收能力和对图像的处理能力的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料,包括底层涂料和面层涂料:
底层涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:
水600份
固色剂H3538份
消泡剂F1110.4份
二氧化硅609100份
聚乙烯醇1799160份
增白剂4份
乳胶VEA70745份
显白剂Z-10A1.5份;
面层涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:
水220份
硅溶胶200份
乳化剂S850.5份
铝溶胶A187份
消泡剂F1110.25份
聚乙烯醇179930份
增白剂2.4份
固色剂16份
分散剂6份
脱缸剂7份
增稠剂PEO9份。
一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料的制备方法,底层涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入450份水,加入固色剂H35和消泡剂F111后搅拌10分钟,将溶液加热至80℃,保持恒温,在搅拌速度为300转/分钟的条件下分批加入二氧化硅609,完全溶解后依次加入增白剂、聚乙烯醇1799、乳胶VEA707,在搅拌速度为80转/分钟的条件下搅拌20分钟,降温至40-50℃后加入150份的水和显白剂Z-10A,搅拌均匀得到底层涂料;
面层涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入80份水,加热到80℃后分批加入硅溶胶,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,待硅溶胶完全溶解后,保持温度50-60℃,在搅拌速度为50转/分钟的条件下依次加入乳化剂S85、铝溶胶A18、消泡剂F111、聚乙烯醇1799和增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解后,快速加入11份的固色剂,待混合物凝胶后,加热至80℃,再依次加入5份固色剂、分散剂、脱缸剂、增稠剂PEO和140份的水,在在搅拌速度为100转/分钟的条件下搅拌至完全溶解,得到面层涂料。
采用本发明中所得涂料对原纸进行底涂和面涂,底层涂料处理纸张后,填充了纸张纤维间的孔隙,并通过乳胶VEA707控制纸张表面的分子量和表面电荷,面层涂料设于底层涂料外,由致密的粒子堆积产生二级结构,与底层涂料共同作用,提高形成图像的分辨率,其立体感增强,改进图像的耐光性和保存性,在面层涂料制作过程中,固色剂以两次在不同的条件下进行添加,可以使颜料快速的固着,改善色彩的密度和光泽度。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明底层涂料和面层涂料采用不同的原料及工艺,制造工艺简单,在对原纸进行处理后,相互协同作用,具有良好的吸墨能力,优化整体涂层的结构功能,可使染料接触到底层电荷后,迅速发生作用产生不溶于水的络合物,从而起到了固定油墨的作用,防止油墨渗透和扩散,与面层涂料协同作用,提高图像的分布率,改善形成图像的分辨率和色彩光泽度,适用于具有高质量要求的彩色喷墨打印纸的制作。

一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料,包括底层涂料和面层涂料:
底层涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:
水600份
固色剂H3538份
消泡剂F1110.4份
二氧化硅609100份
聚乙烯醇1799160份
增白剂4份
乳胶VEA70745份
显白剂Z-10A1.5份;
一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料的制备方法,底层涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入450份水,加入固色剂H35和消泡剂F111后搅拌10分钟,将溶液加热至80℃,保持恒温,在搅拌速度为300转/分钟的条件下分批加入二氧化硅609,完全溶解后依次加入增白剂、聚乙烯醇1799、乳胶VEA707,在搅拌速度为80转/分钟的条件下搅拌20分钟,降温至40-50℃后加入150份的水和显白剂Z-10A,搅拌均匀得到底层涂料;

一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料的制备方法,面层涂料的制备方法为:在容器中加入80份水,加热到80℃后分批加入硅溶胶,搅拌速度为300转/分钟,待硅溶胶完全溶解后,保持温度50-60℃,在搅拌速度为50转/分钟的条件下依次加入乳化剂S85、铝溶胶A18、消泡剂F111、聚乙烯醇1799和增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解后,快速加入11份的固色剂,待混合物凝胶后,加热至80℃,再依次加入5份固色剂、分散剂、脱缸剂、增稠剂PEO和140份的水,在在搅拌速度为100转/分钟的条件下搅拌至完全溶解,得到面层涂料。
采用本发明中底层涂料和面层涂料处理由100%木浆抄造的原纸,涂布量为9.5g/㎡,所得彩色喷墨打印纸吸墨性较好,能较完整的保持原稿的色彩和清晰度,检测其相应的性能指标与原纸的对比如下:
其中粗糙度由数显粗糙仪测定;
油墨吸收性由沥青(1%)二甲苯方法测定,检测其溶液滴液光泽完全消失的时间;

1.一种用于彩色喷墨打印纸的涂料,其特征在于,包括底层涂料和面层涂料:
底层涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:
水600份
固色剂H3538份
消泡剂F1110.4份
二氧化硅609100份
聚乙烯醇1799160份
增白剂4份
乳胶VEA70745份
显白剂Z-10A1.5份;
面层涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:
水220份
硅溶胶200份
乳化剂S850.5份
铝溶胶A187份
消泡剂F1110.25份
聚乙烯醇179930份
增白剂2.4份
固色剂16份
分散剂6份
脱缸剂7份
