Abstract

本发明公开了是一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,包括涂料的制备、涂布涂层、烘干、哑光处理等步骤,制备涂料是室温下先将SiO2和固色剂添一同加到去离子水中搅拌45min后再加入PVA水溶液、VAE乳液和消泡剂,使涂料的分散更均匀,利于图层涂布均匀;涂层的涂料涂覆量控制为8g/m2;经过哑光处理后使制得的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸纸面光滑平整,提升打印效果。

一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及彩色喷墨打印纸工艺,具体是一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺。
背景技术
随着数码成像技术的发展,其对彩色喷墨打印纸的需求越来越多。彩色喷墨打印纸是是一种涂布的加工纸,它是在普通印刷纸基础上进行涂布深加工,主要是在其表面涂布涂料,使之即能吸收水性油墨又能使墨滴不向周边扩散,从而完整地保持原有的色彩和清晰度。目前市场上喷墨相纸分为哑光彩色喷墨打印纸、中光泽彩色喷墨打印纸和高光泽彩色喷墨打印纸,其中哑光彩色喷墨打印纸主要用于办公文档的彩打,应用量非常大。目前市场上的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸质量参差不齐,主要问题有透明度高、清晰度差、分辨率不够、打印密度低、防水性不佳以及色彩还原度不够等问题。
目前多采用二氧化硅(SiO2)作为彩色喷墨打印纸涂层的主要原料,现有的彩色喷墨打印纸涂层涂料制备技术一般是将SiO2分散后再加入固色剂、胶黏剂以及消泡剂,由于采用的胶黏剂中的聚乙烯醇(PVA)在转速快时,会产生泡沫,所以添加消泡剂抑制泡沫,但是仍然存在少量泡沫现象,因此涂布时在纸张的表面产生“鱼眼”;而且由于SiO2分散度不够,涂布涂层时无法做到涂布均匀,因此纸张表面涂层质量达不到高标准,从而导致打印密度低、清晰度差、分辨率不高等问题;再者,由于打印纸的涂料涂层面不够平整也会影响打印效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,通过改善打印纸涂料的配方和改进该涂料的加工技术改善打印纸涂层的质量,解决“鱼眼”问题,并且通过哑光处理使涂层更加平整,纸面更加光滑。为达到上述目的,本发明的具体技术方案为:
一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,包括步骤如下:
S1:制备涂料:按配方取各组分,于室温下混合搅拌均匀,即制得涂料;
S2:涂布涂层:用抄纸机将原纸基材卷筒后送至涂布机的原纸架上,再由涂布机施以涂布步骤S1中制备的涂料;
S3:烘干:将步骤S2中涂布涂层后的打印纸烘干,以备后续处理;
S4:哑光处理:将步骤S3中烘干后的打印纸进行哑光处理,使其表面平整光滑,即获得哑光彩色喷墨打印纸。
前述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,步骤S1中所述的涂料配方为:按重量份:SiO2:100~110份,PVA水溶液:225~235份,VAE乳液:55~65份,固色剂:50~60份,增白剂:3~5份,消泡剂:0.6~0.7份,去离子水:530~550份。室温下,先将SiO2和固色剂添一同加到去离子水中搅拌45min后,再加入PVA水溶液和VAE乳液混合而成的胶黏剂和增白剂,最后加入消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀而成。
优选的,胶黏剂和消泡剂均均为边搅拌便加入,其中加入消泡剂时的转速不超过300r/min。
前述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,步骤S2中涂布涂层的涂覆量控制为8~10g/m2
前述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,步骤S3中烘干条件为140℃,要求为彻底烘干。
前述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,步骤S4中所述哑光处理为将S3中烘干后的打印纸送入超级哑光辊组挤压。所述超级哑光辊组由第一钢辊、第二钢辊和包胶辊组成,打印纸自第一钢辊与包胶辊的间隙内穿过,进入包胶辊与第二钢辊间隙进行双次挤压,然后送出,即可是使打印纸表面光滑平整。
优选的,所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊的硬度均为90-95度,所述包胶辊的硬度为70度。进一步优选的,所述第一钢辊、第二钢和辊包胶辊之间存在旋转速度差。
本发明的有益效果是:
与传统的与哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺相比,本发明增加了哑光处理步骤,使得打印纸表面更加光滑平整。其次在涂料制备流程方面,本发明采用将SiO2和固色剂一起添加到去离子水中搅拌45min后,然后加入PVA水溶液和VAE乳液混合成的胶黏剂和增白剂,最后加入消泡剂。固色剂不仅能起到固色的作用,还能有助于SiO2分散,提高分散液的分散度,PVA水溶液和VAE乳液组成本发明涂料的胶黏剂,使其与纸张有很好的粘接力。低转速下加入消泡剂,有利于消除涂料中的泡沫,避免了涂布时产生“鱼眼”,提高了彩色喷墨打印纸的产品质量。总之,本发明涂料分散得更加均匀,解决涂料中的泡沫造成的鱼眼问题,涂布后增加了哑光处理工序,提高纸张表面的光滑平整度,提升打印效果,进一步提高了我国彩色喷墨打印纸涂料制备工艺水平及纸张层质量水平,有良好的实用和经济价值。
具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述:
实施例1
本实施例所述的一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,采用的工艺步骤如下:
S1:制备涂料:按配方取各组分,按重量份称取:SiO2:100~110份,PVA水溶液:225~235份,VAE乳液:55~65份,固色剂:50~60份,增白剂:3~5份,消泡剂:0.6~0.7份,去离子水:530~550份。室温下,先将SiO2和固色剂添一同加到去离子水中搅拌搅拌,固色剂不仅能起到固色的作用,还能有助于SiO2分散,提高分散液的分散度;搅拌45min后,再加入PVA水溶液和VAE乳液混合而成的胶黏剂和增白剂,PVA水溶液和VAE乳液组成本发明涂料的胶黏剂,可使涂料与纸张有良好的粘接力;最后加入消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀而成。其中胶黏剂和消泡剂均均为边搅拌便加入,且加入消泡剂时的转速不超过300r/min。
S2:涂布涂层:用抄纸机将原纸基材卷筒后送至涂布机的原纸架上,再由涂布机施以涂布步骤S1中制备的涂料;
S3:烘干:将步骤S2中涂布涂层后的打印纸烘干,以备后续处理;干条件为140℃,要求为100%干燥,以备后续处理。
S4:哑光处理:S4:哑光处理:将步骤S2中烘干后的打印纸,送入超级哑光辊组进行挤压平整,获得哑光彩色喷墨打印纸。所述的超级哑光辊组由第一钢辊、包胶辊和第二钢辊组成,其中,第一钢辊和第二钢辊的硬度为90-95度、所述包胶辊的硬度为70度,且所述第一钢辊、包胶辊和第二钢辊之间存在旋转速度差,经烘干后的打印纸自第一钢辊与包胶辊的间隙内进入,从包胶辊与第二钢辊间的间隙送出,进行双次挤压,使得纸面平整光滑,获得哑光彩色喷墨打印纸。
实施例2
对实施例1制备的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸与市面购买的普通哑光彩色喷墨打印纸的性能进行测定对比,测定指标包括光泽度、白度、不透明度、平滑度、抗水性、色密度等。测定结果如表1所示:

由此结果可看出,本发明工艺制备的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸,经过哑光处理后打印纸纸面光滑度、白度、平滑度以及抗水性均有显著提高,不透明度和色密度也相应改善,总体上提升了哑光彩色喷墨打印纸的质量,具有良好的实用和经济价值。

Claims (10)

1.一种哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤如下:
S1:制备涂料:按配方取各组分,于室温下混合搅拌均匀,即制得涂料;
S2:涂布涂层:用抄纸机将原纸基材卷筒后送至涂布机的原纸架上,再由涂布机施以涂布步骤S1中制备的涂料;
S3:烘干:将步骤S2中涂布涂层后的打印纸烘干,以备后续处理;
S4:哑光处理:将步骤S3中烘干后的打印纸进行哑光处理,使其表面平整光滑,即获得哑光彩色喷墨打印纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1中所述的涂料配方为:按重量份:SiO2:100~110份,PVA水溶液:225~235份,VAE乳液:55~65份,固色剂:50~60份,增白剂:3~5份,消泡剂:0.6~0.7份,去离子水:530~550份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1中所述的涂料为先将SiO2和固色剂添一同加到去离子水中搅拌45min后,再加入PVA水溶液和VAE乳液混合而成的胶黏剂和增白剂,最后加入消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀之后制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂和消泡剂均均为边搅拌便加入,其中加入消泡剂时的转速不超过300r/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2中涂布涂层的涂覆量控制为8~10g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中烘干条件为140℃,彻底烘干。
7.根据权利要求1所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤S4中所述哑光处理为将S3中烘干后的打印纸送入超级哑光辊组挤压。
8.根据权利要求7所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:所述超级哑光辊组由第一钢辊、第二钢辊和包胶辊组成,打印纸自第一钢辊与包胶辊的间隙内穿过,进入包胶辊与第二钢辊间隙进行双次挤压,然后送出,即可是使打印纸表面光滑平整。
9.根据权利要求8所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:所述第一钢辊和第二钢辊的硬度均为90-95度,所述包胶辊的硬度为70度。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的哑光彩色喷墨打印纸制备工艺,其特征在于:所述第一钢辊、第二钢和辊包胶辊之间存在旋转速度差。
