Abstract
本发明公开了一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,由葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须经过选料、清洗、除杂、研磨、提纯、发酵等工艺流程制备而成,具有清热解毒、利尿通淋的功效,本发明的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,对肺热咳嗽、肺痈、虚热烦渴等主病证在不同程度上起到了清热解毒、利尿通淋的作用,具有保健、见效快、纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。

本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种葎草清热解毒冲剂。
背景技术
热毒中医病症名。即温毒。指火热病邪郁结成毒。也是疔疮、丹毒、热疖等急性热病的统称。又称“火毒”。火热郁积所成,易导致疔疮痈肿之类的邪气。热毒炽盛:临床表现壮热口渴,烦躁不安,面红目赤,口舌生疮,痘大而密,疹色紫暗,疱浆混浊,口、咽、眼亦可出现疱疹溃破,便秘尿黄,舌苔黄糙,脉洪数。
疮疡是外科临床常见的多发病。外科疾患一般可分为疮疡兴杂证两大类,疮疡包括所有的肿疡和溃疡,如痈疽,疔疮,疖肿,流痰,流注,瘰历等。好发于夏秋季,四季皆可发病.此类病是中医外科临床的常见病多发病,具有发病迅速,部分病情较重等特点,在面部可引起疔疮走黄(两医称为败血症或脓毒败血症),在手、足易引起伤筋损骨的严重后果.创伤出现感染以后,就形成了疮疡。
清热解毒,清热法之一。适用于瘟疫、温毒及多种热毒病证或疮疡疔毒的治法。症见高热烦扰、口燥咽干、便秘尿黄、或吐衄发斑,或红肿热痛,舌红苔黄,脉数有力等。常用药有黄连、黄芩、黄柏、石膏、连翘、板蓝根、蒲公英等,代表清热类食物有清热凉血,解毒的作用,宜于治疗热证。用痛肿疔毒等病证的治法。中医认为人体阴阳失衡,内火旺盛,即会上火。因此所谓的“火”是形容身体内某些热性的症状,而上火也就是人体阴阳失衡后出现的内热证候,具体症状如眼睛红肿、口角糜烂、尿黄、牙痛、咽喉痛等。“上火”在干燥气候及连绵湿热天气时更易发生。一般认为“火”可以分为“实火”和“虚火”两大类,临床常见的“上火”类型有“心火”和“肝火”。解决方法是“去火”,即中医的清热泻火法,可服用滋阴、清热、解毒消肿药物,也可用中医针灸、拔罐、推拿、按摩等疗法。
随着经济的发展,生活节奏的加快,人们饮食习惯的改变,使人们容易上火。目前市面上流行的冲剂虽然种类繁多,也都宣传具有各种功效,但其中是否含有中草药的主要成分及含量多少都没有明确说明。且目前冲剂的制作多采用多种中草药按一定比例混合后直接加水高温煎制,这样做容易造成中草药中的活性物质提取不完全或者高温降解,因为不同中草药中的活性物质需要不同的提取工艺。市场上清热解毒的药物或是保健品有很多,但是大多数药物的效果并不是很好,并且大多数药物的副作用较多,会对人体健康造成伤害,保健品虽有一定的效果,但是其价格高昂,因此,市场上急需一种纯天然、无毒副作用的葎草清热解毒冲剂及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,本发明的冲剂是由葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须经过选料、清洗、除杂、研磨、提纯、发酵等工艺流程制备而成,具有清热解毒、利尿通淋的功效。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,由如下重量份比例的原料制成:葎草40-70份、桑枝30-50份、芭蕉根25-45份、八楞麻25-40份、金刚藤20-40份、杯苋20-30份、檵花叶15-30份、赤阳子10-30份、芡实10-30份、白花映山红10-25份、薜荔10-30份、莲须10-20份、低聚木糖30-50份、冰糖10-20份、微晶纤维素10-20份。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制成:葎草50份、桑枝30份、芭蕉根25份、八楞麻25份、金刚藤30份、杯苋20份、檵花叶20份、赤阳子15份、芡实15份、白花映山红20份、薜荔10份、莲须10份、低聚木糖30份、冰糖10份、微晶纤维素10份。

在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制作成:葎草50份、桑枝30份、芭蕉根25份、八楞麻30份、金刚藤25份、杯苋25份、檵花叶15份、赤阳子20份、芡实15份、白花映山红15份、薜荔10份、莲须15份、低聚木糖40份、冰糖15份、微晶纤维素15份。
所述的冲剂的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:原料预处理:按重量份数,选取葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须,洗净并除杂,备用;

步骤4:粉碎:将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后,过70目筛;
步骤5:混合:按重量份数,将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素放入槽型混合机中,开启槽型混合机混合45分钟,备用;
步骤6:制粒:向槽型混合机内加入60%乙醇溶液,制软材,将软材放入摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,过70目筛;
步骤7:干燥:将制好的颗粒,置于干燥箱中干燥,干燥温度为75℃,取出备用。
步骤8:整粒、装袋:取出干燥后的颗粒,过80目筛,得到固体颗粒,按每袋3g装袋,得到一种葎草清热解毒冲剂。
各原料的功效作用如下:
葎草:清热解毒;利尿通淋;主肺热咳嗽;肺痈;虚热烦渴;热淋;水肿;小便不利;湿热泻痢;热毒疮疡;皮肤瘙痒。
桑枝:咽喉肿痛,气味苦平,主治遍体风痒干燥,水气,香港脚,风气,四肢拘挛,上气,眼运,肺气咳嗽,消食,利小便,久服轻身,聪明耳目,令人光泽。
芭蕉根:清热解毒;止渴;利尿;主热病;烦闷消渴;痈肿疔毒;丹毒;崩漏;淋浊;水肿;脚气。
八楞麻:淡,平。清热解毒,祛风除湿。主治肠痈,经闭腹痛,泄泻,风湿痛,荨麻疹,皮肤瘙痒,湿疹,痘疮。
金刚藤:祛风利湿;解毒消痈;主风湿痹痛;淋浊;带下;泄泻;痢疾;痈肿疮毒;顽癣;烧烫伤。
杯苋:苦;性凉。清热解毒;活血散瘀。主痈疮肿毒;毒蛇咬伤;跌打瘀肿。
檵花叶:清热止泻,活血止血;治暑热泻痢,扭闪伤筋,创伤出血,目痛。
赤阳子:健脾消积,活血止血;治痞块,食积,泄泻,痢疾,崩漏,产后血瘀。
芡实:固肾涩精,补脾止泄;治遗精,淋浊,带下,小便不禁,大便泄泻。
白花映山红:和血,散瘀;治吐血,肠风下血,痢疾,血崩,跌打损伤。
薜荔:祛风,利湿,活血,解毒;治凤湿痹痛,泻痢,淋病,跌打损伤,痈肿疮疖。
莲须:固肾涩精,用于遗精滑精,带下,尿频。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的冲剂是由葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须经过提取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、混合等工艺流程制备而成,本发明的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,对肺热咳嗽、肺痈、虚热烦渴等主病证在不同程度上起到了清热解毒、利尿通淋的作用,具有保健、见效快、纯天然、无毒无副作用等优点。

一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,由如下重量份比例的原料制成:葎草40-70份、桑枝30-50份、芭蕉根25-45份、八楞麻25-40份、金刚藤20-40份、杯苋20-30份、檵花叶15-30份、赤阳子10-30份、芡实10-30份、白花映山红10-25份、薜荔10-30份、莲须10-20份、低聚木糖30-50份、冰糖10-20份、微晶纤维素10-20份。
所述的冲剂的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:原料预处理:按重量份数,选取葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须,洗净并除杂,备用;
步骤2:制备混合提取液:将葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须混合均匀,然后用水煎煮三次,第一次加水小火煎煮80-100分钟,过滤,提取滤液,第二次加水中火煎煮50-75分钟,过滤,提取滤液,第三次加水大火煎煮25-45分钟,过滤,提取滤液,混合三次滤液,得到混合提取液;

步骤5:混合:按重量份数,将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素放入槽型混合机中,开启槽型混合机混合45分钟,备用;
步骤6:制粒:向槽型混合机内加入60%乙醇溶液,制软材,将软材放入摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,过70目筛;
步骤7:干燥:将制好的颗粒,置于干燥箱中干燥,干燥温度为75℃,取出备用。
步骤8:整粒、装袋:取出干燥后的颗粒,过80目筛,得到固体颗粒,按每袋3g装袋,得到一种葎草清热解毒冲剂。
实施例5
在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制作成:葎草50份、桑枝30份、芭蕉根25份、八楞麻30份、金刚藤25份、杯苋25份、檵花叶15份、赤阳子20份、芡实15份、白花映山红15份、薜荔10份、莲须15份、低聚木糖40份、冰糖15份、微晶纤维素15份。
本发明提供了一种葎草清热解毒冲剂的制作方法:
所述的冲剂的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:原料预处理:按重量份数,选取葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须,洗净并除杂,备用;
步骤2:制备混合提取液:将葎草、桑枝、芭蕉根、八楞麻、金刚藤、杯苋、檵花叶、赤阳子、芡实、白花映山红、薜荔、莲须混合均匀,然后用水煎煮三次,第一次加水小火煎煮80分钟,过滤,提取滤液,第二次加水中火煎煮50分钟,过滤,提取滤液,第三次加水大火煎煮25分钟,过滤,提取滤液,混合三次滤液,得到混合提取液;
步骤3:浓缩、干燥:将混合提取液浓缩,浓缩后使用喷雾干燥机干燥,得固体混合提取物;
步骤4:粉碎:将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后,过70目筛;

一、本发明药物的主要功能与治疗范围:
1、主要功能:
对易烦易燥、面红目赤、口舌生疮、便秘尿黄等症不同程度上有疗效;
2、用法与用量
每天服用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程;
3、本发明药物的临床观察:
(1)临床症状
壮热口渴、易烦易燥、面红目赤、口舌生疮、便秘尿黄、疹色紫暗、舌苔黄糙;
(2)一般资料
符合上述临床症状;年龄在32~73岁之间,男女不限; 2周内未使用与本病相关的外用药物,4周内未使用治疗本病的任何内服药物;重要脏器组织功能基本正常,符合本研究入选标准的患者为660例;知情同意者;
(3)排除标准:
对药物成分过敏者;合并有严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾及造血系统等原发性疾病以及精神病者;妊娠期或哺乳期妇女;
(4)剔除和中止标准:
①未按方案用药,影响有效性和安全性判断者;
②研究过程中自行退出者;
③资料不全,影响有效性和安全性判断者。
④治疗过程中,出现严重不良反应者。
4、 观察方法:
(1)病例分组:
采用随机、对照的方法,将入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,每组330人;
(2)治疗方法:
治疗组:每天服用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程;对照组:服用专利为CN201611036889.4一种清热解毒冲剂及其制备方法,7天为一个疗程;
(3)记录情况:每周观察一次,及时记患者变化情况,详见表1。

治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。本发明对壮热口渴、易烦易燥、面红目赤、口舌生疮、便秘尿黄等主病证不同程度上起到了利尿通淋、清热解毒、祛风利湿、安神的作用。
二、安全性试验
采用霍恩氏法选择雌、雄性小白鼠,分别对实施例1-5产品作一次性经口急性毒性试验,结果雌鼠LD50=5.84(4.30~7.94)g/kg;雄鼠LD50=5.01(3.44~7.3)g/kg。根据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》中,经口急性毒性分级标准,表明为无毒级。以5g/kg、2.5g/kg、1.25g/kg三个剂量,用雌、雄性小白鼠分别对实施例1-5作股骨骨髓细胞微核试验。另设阴性对照组蒸馏水和阳性对照组(环磷酰胺50mg/kg),实验结果表明:微核试验属阴性结果。设4g/kg、2g/kg、1g/kg三个剂量组,选用健康成年雄性小白鼠对实施例1-5产品作小鼠精子畸形试验。另设阴性对照组蒸馏水和阳性对照组(丝裂霉素2.5g/kg)。经统计处理,各剂量组精子畸变率与阴性精子畸变率间差异无显著性(P>0.05),阴性对照与阳性对照精子畸变率间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。表明精子畸形试验属阴性结果。能保证安全性。
本发明内容仅仅举例说明了要求保护的一些具体实施方案,其中一个或更多个技术方案中所记载的技术特征可以与任意的一个或多个技术方案相组合,这些经组合而得到的技术方案也在本申请保护范围内,就像这些经组合而得到的技术方案已经在本发明公开内容中具体记载一样。
Claims (6)
1.一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份比例的原料制成:葎草40-70份、桑枝30-50份、芭蕉根25-45份、八楞麻25-40份、金刚藤20-40份、杯苋20-30份、檵花叶15-30份、赤阳子10-30份、芡实10-30份、白花映山红10-25份、薜荔10-30份、莲须10-20份、低聚木糖30-50份、冰糖10-20份、微晶纤维素10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,其特征在于:在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制成:葎草50份、桑枝30份、芭蕉根25份、八楞麻25份、金刚藤30份、杯苋20份、檵花叶20份、赤阳子15份、芡实15份、白花映山红20份、薜荔10份、莲须10份、低聚木糖30份、冰糖10份、微晶纤维素10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,其特征在于:在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制成:葎草70份、桑枝45份、芭蕉根45份、八楞麻40份、金刚藤30份、杯苋25份、檵花叶30份、赤阳子20份、芡实30份、白花映山红25份、薜荔30份、莲须15份、低聚木糖50份、冰糖20份、微晶纤维素20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,其特征在于:在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制成:葎草60份、桑枝40份、芭蕉根35份、八楞麻30份、金刚藤30份、杯苋25份、檵花叶20份、赤阳子20份、芡实20份、白花映山红15份、薜荔15份、莲须10份、低聚木糖45份、冰糖16份、微晶纤维素16份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂,其特征在于:在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述冲剂由如下重量份的原料制作成:葎草50份、桑枝30份、芭蕉根25份、八楞麻30份、金刚藤25份、杯苋25份、檵花叶15份、赤阳子20份、芡实15份、白花映山红15份、薜荔10份、莲须15份、低聚木糖40份、冰糖15份、微晶纤维素15份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种葎草清热解毒冲剂的制作方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:

步骤3:浓缩、干燥:将混合提取液浓缩,浓缩后使用喷雾干燥机干燥,得固体混合提取物;
步骤4:粉碎:将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素用粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后,过70目筛;
步骤5:混合:按重量份数,将混合提取物、低聚木糖、冰糖、微晶纤维素放入槽型混合机中,开启槽型混合机混合45分钟,备用;
步骤6:制粒:向槽型混合机内加入60%乙醇溶液,制软材,将软材放入摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,过70目筛;
步骤7:干燥:将制好的颗粒,置于干燥箱中干燥,干燥温度为75℃,取出备用;
步骤8:整粒、装袋:取出干燥后的颗粒,过80目筛,得到固体颗粒,按每袋3g装袋,得到一种葎草清热解毒冲剂。
