Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗舌癌的中药组合物及其制备方法，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗5-10g，积雪草5-10g，蛇莓根3-9g，玄参5-15g，黄皮核5-10g，金桔核5-10g，地稔根3-6g，石花3-8g，白茅根5-9g，鸡屎藤5-10g，上述中药组合物可以制成丸剂、胶囊剂、煎剂。小檗、积雪草、蛇莓根玄参泄火解毒，黄皮核、金桔核散结止痛，地稔根、石花、白茅根、鸡屎藤补血益气，诸药配伍对舌癌疗效确切，无毒副作用，对牙龈癌、口咽癌、唇癌等口腔癌均有疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗舌癌的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
舌癌是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤，男性多于女性，多数为鳞状细胞癌，特别是在舌前2/3部位，腺癌比较少见，多位于舌根部；舌根部有时亦可发生淋巴上皮癌及未分化癌。
舌癌最先是由于深部的不良刺激易引起舌粘膜的变性、炎症、坏死、增生、萎缩、化生；长期反复出现这些病理变化可患白斑或乳头样增生等。早期可出现粘膜小斑块状突起，逐渐扩大、变厚和粗糙，基底变硬，继之出现粘膜糜烂，经久不愈逐渐形成肿块继而在其他中心出现边缘微隆突起的溃疡，溃疡病变向深部及周围组织扩展。中医认为舌为心之苗，心开窍于舌，舌本属心，心脉系于舌根。外感六淫，入里化火，内伤七情，郁而化火，致心火炽盛，循经上灼于舌；舌边属脾，脾脉络于舌旁，忧思伤脾，脾气可以化火或过食辛热之品，中焦积热，心脾郁火循经上灼于舌；肾之津液出于舌下，肾虚不足，阴虚火旺，虚火内炽，舌失其养。无论心、脾火毒，还是虚火内灼，皆可致舌上常生溃疡，加之烟毒熏烤，或牙之残根，残冠长期刺激，导致火毒痰瘀互结于舌，经络阻塞，气血瘀滞而发为本病。舌癌的辨证，初期以邪实为主，呈火毒结聚之证，继则虚实夹杂，晚期往往邪盛正衰，呈气血两虚状态。临床上可按病程辨证论治，并作随证加减。
目前舌癌的治疗以手术为主，手术前或手术后配合放疗或化疗，手术前后感染严重或术创大，修复方式复杂者可根据临床和药敏试验选择有效的抗生素，副作用大，容易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疗效显著，无毒副作用的治疗舌癌的中药组合物及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗5-10g，积雪草5-10g，蛇莓根3-9g，玄参5-15g，黄皮核5-10g，金桔核5-10g，地稔根3-6g，石花3-8g，白茅根5-9g，鸡屎藤5-10g。
优选的，治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗8g，积雪草6g，蛇莓根5g，玄参10g，黄皮核7g，金桔核5g，地稔根5g，石花8g，白茅根6g，鸡屎藤8g。
上述中药组合物可以制成丸剂、胶囊剂、煎剂。
丸剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，按常规方法制成丸剂，每丸8g。本发明对制备丸剂所用辅料无特定限制，常规可药用辅料均可。
胶囊剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，混匀装胶囊制成胶囊剂，每粒0.5g。
煎剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料洗净加水煎30min，滤去药渣收集药液备用。
本发明各中药原料的药理活性如下：
小檗，为小檗科植物大叶小檗、细叶小檗或日本小檗的根及茎枝，苦，性寒，归肺、肝、脾经，清热燥湿；泻火解毒。主湿热泄泻；痢疾；口舌生疮；咽痛喉痹；目赤肿痛；痈肿疮疖。《陕西中草药》：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，抗菌消炎。治急性肠炎，痢疾，黄疸，白带，关节肿痛，阴虚发热，骨蒸，盗汗，痈肿疮疡，口疮，咽炎，结膜炎，黄水疮。
积雪草，为伞形科植物积雪草的全草或带根全草，味苦，辛，性寒，归肺、脾、肾、膀胱经，清热利湿；活血止血；解毒消肿。主发热；咳喘；咽喉肿痛；肠为为；痢疾；湿热黄疸；水肿；淋证；尿血；衄血；痛经；崩漏；丹毒；瘰疬；亲疮肿毒；带状疱疹；跌打肿痛；外伤出血；蛇虫咬伤。
蛇莓根，为蔷薇科植物蛇莓的根，苦、甘，寒，归肺、肝、胃经，清热泻火；解毒消肿。主热病，水儿惊风，目赤红肿，痄腮，牙龈肿痛，咽喉肿痛，热毒疮疡。
玄参，为玄参科植物玄参的根，甘、苦、咸，微寒，归肺、胃、肾经，凉血滋阴，泻火解毒。用于热病伤阴，舌绛烦渴，温毒发斑，津伤便秘，骨蒸劳嗽，目赤，咽痛，瘰疠，白喉，痈肿疮毒。
黄皮果核，为芸香科植物黄皮的种子，味辛，微苦，微温，归肺、胃、肝经，行气止痛；解毒散结。主食滞胃痛；气滞脘腹疼痛；疝痛；睾丸肿痛；痛经；小儿头疮；蜈蚣咬伤。
金桔核，为芸香科植物金橘及金弹的种子，酸、辛、平，归肝、脾、胃、肺经，化痰散结，理气止痛。主喉痹；瘰疬结核；疝气；睾丸肿痛；乳房结块；乳腺炎。
地稔根，为野牡丹科植物地菍的根，味苦，微甘，性平，归肝、脾、肺经，活血；止血；利湿；解毒。主痛经；难产；产后腹痛；胞衣不下；崩漏；白带；咳嗽；吐血；痢疾；黄疸；淋痛；久疟；风湿痛；牙痛；瘰疬；疝气；跌打劳伤；毒蛇咬伤。广州部队《常用中草药手册》：″涩肠止痢，舒筋活络，补血安胎。治肠炎，菌痢；腰腿痛，风湿骨痛；孕妇贫血，胎动不安，月经过多。″《福建中草药》：″补脾益气。″
石花，为梅花衣科植物藻纹梅花衣的全体，甘，性平，归肝、肾经，补肾益肾；明目；止血，利湿解毒。主视物模糊；腰膝疼痛；吐血；崩漏黄疸，疮癣。《北方常用中草药手册》：养血明目，益精，壮筋骨，化积聚。治视物模糊，腰腿痛，腹中包块，肝炎。《吉林中草药》：补中益气，祛湿利尿，清热化痰。治膀胱湿热，黄疸，金疮，腰腿风冷，血崩。
白茅根，为禾本科植物白茅的根茎，甘，寒，归肺、胃、心、膀胱经，凉血止血；清热生津；利尿通淋。主血热出血；热病烦渴；胃热呕逆；肺热喘咳；小便淋沥涩痛；水肿；黄疸。《本经》：″主劳伤虚羸，补中益气，除瘀血、血闭寒热，利小便。″
鸡屎藤，为茜草科植物鸡屎藤的全草及根，甘酸，平，归心、肝、脾、肾经，祛风除湿；消食化积；解毒消肿；活血止痛。主治风湿痹痛；食积腹胀；小儿疳积；腹泻；痢疾；中暑；黄疸；肝炎；肝脾肿大；咳嗽；瘰疬；肠痈；无名肿毒；脚湿肿烂；烫火伤；湿疹；皮炎；跌打损伤；蛇蛟蝎螫。《生草药性备要》：″其头治新内伤，煲肉食，补虚益肾，除火补血；洗疮止痛，消热散毒。其叶擂米加糖食，止痢。″
本发明具有以下有益效果：小檗、积雪草、蛇莓根玄参泄火解毒，黄皮核、金桔核散结止痛，地稔根、石花、白茅根、鸡屎藤补血益气，诸药配伍对舌癌疗效确切，无毒副作用，对牙龈癌、口咽癌、唇癌等口腔癌均有疗效。

以下是本发明的具体实施例，对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述，但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗5g，积雪草10g，蛇莓根9g，玄参5g，黄皮核9g，金桔核8g，地稔根6g，石花3g，白茅根9g，鸡屎藤5g。
将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，按常规方法制成丸剂，每丸8g。
实施例2
治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗7g，积雪草5g，蛇莓根7g，玄参12g，黄皮核5g，金桔核10g，地稔根4g，石花5g，白茅根5g，鸡屎藤10g。
将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，混匀装胶囊制成胶囊剂，每粒0.5g。
实施例3
治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗8g，积雪草6g，蛇莓根5g，玄参10g，黄皮核7g，金桔核5g，地稔根5g，石花8g，白茅根6g，鸡屎藤8g。
将上述中药原料洗净加水煎30min，滤去药渣收集药液备用。
实施例4
治疗舌癌的中药组合物，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗10g，积雪草8g，蛇莓根3g，玄参15g，黄皮核10g，金桔核6g，地稔根3g，石花7g，白茅根7g，鸡屎藤6g。
将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，混匀装胶囊制成胶囊剂，每粒0.5g。
临床资料
一般资料：共收治舌癌患者76例，其中男49例，女27例，年龄37-72岁，平均年龄53岁。
治疗方法：方法一：丸剂每次口服一粒，温水送下，一天两次，服药后口含煎剂，含3分钟后咽下；方法二：胶囊剂每次口服5粒，温水送下，一天三次，服药后口含煎剂，含3分钟后咽下。
疗效判断标准：
治愈：原发瘤及转移源已彻底消失，创面已基本修复；
有效：肿瘤缩小，症状减轻；
无效：肿瘤无缩小，症状无改善。
治疗结果：76例患者中治愈39例，有效31例，无效6例，治愈率51.3％，总有效率92.1％，疗效确切显著，治疗过程中患者无不适状况，药物无毒副作用，本方具有泄火解毒、散结止痛、补血益气的功效，对牙龈癌、口咽癌、唇癌等口腔癌均有疗效。
典型病例1
余某，男，58岁，舌头发生溃疡，多日不愈，疼痛难忍，吞咽困难，说话艰难，检查确珍为舌癌，用本发明中药组合物按照方法一治疗一个月后症状完全消失，嘱其继续巩固治疗10天，随访一年未复发。
典型病例2
秦某某，女，49岁，舌头右边肥大，中间有一肿物，吞咽困难，说话困难，经医院检查诊断为舌癌，用本发明中药组合物按照方法二治疗一个月后肿块缩小，继续治疗一个月肿块消失痊愈。
Claims (6)
1.一种治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗5-10g，积雪草5-10g，蛇莓根3-9g，玄参5-15g，黄皮核5-10g，金桔核5-10g，地稔根3-6g，石花3-8g，白茅根5-9g，鸡屎藤5-10g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量配比的中药原料组成：小檗8g，积雪草6g，蛇莓根5g，玄参10g，黄皮核7g，金桔核5g，地稔根5g，石花8g，白茅根6g，鸡屎藤8g。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，上述中药组合物可以制成丸剂、胶囊剂、煎剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述丸剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，按常规方法制成丸剂，每丸8g。
5.如权利要求3所述的治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述胶囊剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料去杂后干燥，粉碎过100目筛，混匀装胶囊制成胶囊剂，每粒0.5g。
6.如权利要求3所述的治疗舌癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述煎剂的制备方法为：将上述中药原料洗净加水煎30min，滤去药渣收集药液备用。
