背景技术
甲亢是一种常见病、多发病，按病因分为毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿Graves病(突眼性甲状腺肿或巴色杜病、Basedow病)和自主功能性甲状腺瘤；临床可分为原发性和继发性两大类。原发性甲亢最为常见，是一种自体免疫性疾病，继发性甲亢较少见，由结节性甲状腺肿转变而来。

本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷，提供一种治疗甲亢的中药，该中药能有效治疗甲亢，疗效确切且不易复发。
所述的治疗甲亢的中药，由下述重量份的原料药制成：夏枯草30，生地30，丹皮12，龙骨25，白芍20，浙贝12，麦冬12，沙参25，郁金30，女贞子12，旱莲草10，土茯苓12，沉香9，葛根18，莪术8，桃仁8，甘草10。
单剂药量(单位：克)：夏枯草30，生地30，丹皮12，龙骨25，白芍20，浙贝12，麦冬12，沙参25，郁金30，女贞子12，旱莲草10，土茯苓12，沉香9，葛根18，莪术8，桃仁8，甘草10。
配制及服用方法：将龙骨及浙贝先煎30分钟，再加入其它药材，水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，30天为1个疗程。
各中药的药理作用：
夏枯草：辛、苦，寒。归肝、胆经。功效与主治：清火，明目，散结，消肿。用于目赤肿痛，目珠夜痛，头痛眩晕，瘰疬，瘿瘤，乳痈肿痛；甲状腺肿大，淋巴结结核，乳腺增生，高血压。

龙骨：甘涩，平。归心、肝、肾、大肠经。功效与主治：镇静，敛汗涩精，生肌敛疮。用于神经衰弱，心悸，失眠，多梦，自汗，盗汗，遗精，遗尿，崩漏，带下；外用治疮疡久溃不敛。
白芍：苦、酸、微寒。归肝经、脾经。功效与主治：养血和宫、缓急止痛、敛阴平肝。用于崩漏、自汗、盗汗、胁肋脘腹疼痛、四肢挛痛、头痛、眩晕。
浙贝：苦，寒。归肺、心经。功效与主治：清热散结，化痰止咳，用于风热犯肺，痰火咳嗽，肺痈，乳痈，瘰疬，疮毒。
麦冬：甘、微苦，寒。归肺、胃、心经。功效与主治：养阴润肺，清心除烦，益胃生津。用于肺燥干咳，吐血，咯血，肺痿，肺痈，虚劳烦热，消渴，热病津伤，咽干口燥，便秘。
沙参：味苦、甘，气微寒，无毒。归肺、肝经。功效与主治：清热养阴，润肺止咳。用于气管炎，百日咳，肺热咳嗽，咯痰黄稠。
郁金：辛、苦，寒。归肝、心、胆经。功效与主治：活血止痛，行气解郁，凉血清心，利胆退黄。用于胸腹胁肋诸痛、妇女痛经、经闭、癥瘕结块、热病神昏、癫狂、惊痫、吐血、衄备、血淋、砂淋、黄疸。
女贞子：甘、苦，凉。归肝、肾经。功效与主治：滋补肝肾，明目乌发。用于眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸软，须发早白，目暗不明。
旱莲草：甘、酸，寒。归肾、肝经。功效与主治：滋补肝肾，凉血止血。用于牙齿松动，须发早白，眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸软，阴虚血热、吐血、衄血、尿血，血痢，崩漏下血，外伤出血。
土茯苓：甘、淡，平。归肝、胃经。功效与主治：除湿，解毒，通利关节。用于湿热淋浊，带下，痈肿，瘰疬，疥癣，梅毒及汞中毒所致的肢体拘挛，筋骨疼痛。
沉香：辛、苦，微温。归脾、胃、肾经。功效与主治：行气止痛，温中止呕，纳气平喘。用于胸腹胀闷疼痛，胃寒呕吐呃逆，肾虚气逆喘急。
葛根：甘、辛，凉。归脾、胃经。功效与主治：解肌退热，生津，透疹，升阳止泻。用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛，口渴，消渴，麻疹不透，热痢，泄泻；高血压颈项强痛。
莪术：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。功效与主治：行气破血，消积止痛。用于燀瘕痞块，瘀血经闭，食积胀痛；早期宫颈癌。
桃仁：苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。功效与主治：活血祛瘀，润肠通便。用于经闭，痛经，癓瘕痞块，跌扑损伤，肠燥便秘。
甘草：甘，平。归心经、肺经、脾经、胃经。功效与主治：益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和药性。用于脾气虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，热毒疮疡，咽喉肿痛，药物、食物中毒。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用天然中药为原料，疗效确切且无毒副作用，能有效治愈甲亢且不易复发，总有效率达97％。
以下结合临床试验及典型病例对本发明进一步说明
一、临床试验
1、临床资料：2013年11月至2014年8月期间共观察100例甲亢患者，其平均年龄为42岁，其中，男性46例，女性54例。
2、治疗方法：治疗组服用本发明药物，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，30天为1个疗程。
3、治疗结果：在临床使用本发明药物，服药的100例患者，服药10天后，心慌、汗出症状有所缓解，眼干明显减轻，头晕，脑鸣症状痊愈；服药一个月后，症状明显改善，情绪稳定，心情大有好转，复查甲功正常。临床试验100例患者中，痊愈76例，有效21例，无效3例，总有效率为97％。
二、典型病例
黄某，女，58岁。患者偶有心慌、汗出，烦躁易怒，情绪不稳定，颈前结块肿大，善食易饥，乏力，头晕，脑鸣，双眼微突伴干涩。舌暗苔微黄腻，脉滑。医院诊断为甲亢，辅助检查：甲状腺彩超示：甲状腺右叶实质内低回声实性团快，双侧甲状腺内多发小的低回声结节。甲功全项示：甲状腺素14.7微克/分升，稍偏高，其余正常。辨证：阴虚肝旺，瘀热互结。治法：滋阴清热，解郁散结。服用本发明药物，1个疗程后心慌、汗出症状有所缓解，头晕，脑鸣症状痊愈，舌暗苔微黄，脉弦；服药2个疗程后，病情基本痊愈，患者情绪稳定，心情大有好转，复查甲功正常，后随访无复发。
