背景技术
甲状腺肿是临床常见病，多发于中青年女性。甲状腺肿大症状早期仅颈前区出现硬性无痛性肿块，表面不平，肿块增长速度迅速，吞咽时上下移动度不大。继而，出现颈淋巴结转移；并可出现压迫症状，如呼吸不畅、吞咽阻噎、声音嘶哑；后期严重者可能造成甲状腺囊肿挤压气管、食管和挤压支配声带活动的喉返神经或甲状腺挤入胸内，就可能出现气管被推压向另一侧，造成气管弯曲和狭窄引起呼吸困难，进食咽东西困难，说话声音嘶哑，挤压胸内大血管等，严重威胁人们的身体健康。虽然甲状腺肿是一种高发疾病，但多数患者未及时接受有效治疗，以至于影响患者的正常生活和工作，重者甚至危及到生命安全。目前对于甲状腺肿的治疗一般采用外科手术疗法，但传统甲状腺切除手术虽然见效较快，但会在患者颈部留下较大的手术瘢痕，会造成甲状腺功能的部分衰退，且手术费用高昂，给患者带来较大的经济负担。而在药物治疗方面，临床上一般选用碘制剂与甲状腺素片等药物来进行治疗，但治疗效果不理想，副作用大，疗程长。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供了一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物。该药物配方合理，疗效好，疗程短，成本低，安全无副作用。
本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量份的原料药组成：叶下红10-20份、柴胡20-30份、黄芪15-20份、夏枯草10-20份、川穹20-30份、当归20-25份、牡丹皮10-20份、川栋子20-30份、薏苡仁10-15份、川楝子5-10份、地榆8-15份、制香附20-30份、枳壳8-16份、生牡蛎25-30份、皂角刺15-25份、浙贝母10-20份、王不留行15-25份、桑寄生8-15份。
作为本发明药物的一种优选，它是由以下重量份的原料药组成：叶下红15份、柴胡25份、黄芪18份、夏枯草15份、川穹25份、当归22份、牡丹皮15份、川栋子25份、薏苡仁12份、川楝子8份、地榆10份、制香附25份、枳壳10份、生牡蛎28份、皂角刺20份、浙贝母15份、王不留行22份、桑寄生12份。
上述药物的制备方法为：
（1）按照配方量称取上述原料药，加入8倍重量的冷水浸泡1-2小时后开火煎煮，先以武火烧至沸腾后再文火煎煮30分钟，过滤得一次滤液；
（2）向滤渣中继续加水600ml煎煮至沸腾后35分钟，过滤得二次滤汁；
（3）将一、二次滤汁合并加热浓缩至300ml即可。
本发明药物的用法与用量：水煎口服，一日一剂，一日两次，早晚饭后1小时各服用150ml。10天为疗程，一般1-3疗程即可治愈，重症患者需3-5个疗程可治愈。
本发明配方的药理作用如下：
叶下红：苦、涩，凉；入肝、脾、肺三经；具有通经活血、清热燥湿、化积消食的功效。柴胡：苦、平；归肝、胆经；具有发表、退热、疏肝、解郁、升阳之功效。黄芪：甘，微温；归肺、脾、肝、肾经，具有补气固表、托毒排脓、利尿、生肌之功效。夏枯草：性寒，味苦、辛；归肝、胆经；具有清火明目，散结消肿的功效。川穹：辛、温；归肝、胆、心包经；具有活血行气、祛风止痛之功效。当归：甘、辛、温；归肝、心、脾经；具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠的功效。牡丹皮：苦、辛，微寒；归心、肝、肾经；具有清热凉血、活血化淤、退虚热等功效。川栋子：苦、寒；归肝、胃、小肠经；具有疏肝、行气止痛的功效。薏苡仁：甘淡、微寒；归脾、胃、肺经；具有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效。川楝子：苦，寒；归肝、小肠、膀胱经；具有除湿热，清肝火，止痛，杀虫的功效。地榆：苦、酸，微寒；归肝、胃、大肠经；具有凉血止血，解毒敛疮的功效。制香附：味辛、微苦、甘，性平；入肝、脾、三焦经；具有疏肝理气，调经止痛的功效。枳壳：味苦、酸，性微寒；归脾、胃、大肠经；具有破气消积、化痰、除痞的功效。生牡蛎：咸，微寒；归肝、胆、肾经；具有滋阴、养血、补五脏、活血、充肌等功效。皂角刺：辛，温；归肝、胃经；具有消肿托毒，排脓，杀虫的功效。浙贝母：味苦，性寒；归肺、心经；具有宣肺清热，化痰止咳，开郁散结的功效。王不留行：味苦，性平；归肝、胃经；具有活血通经，不乳消痈。桑寄生：味苦、甘，性平；归肝、肾经；具有补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿，安胎的功效。本发明的药物是根据中医基础理论、中药现代药理研究、长期临床应用调整后制订的，诸药配伍合理，其疗效显著，治愈率高。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明药物具有软坚散结、活血化瘀等功效， 对甲状腺肿患者治疗彻底，疗效好，无毒副作用，患者康复快， 不易复发，而且治疗周期短，费用低，所选用中药原料药源丰富，便于推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物，它是由以下重量的原料药组成：叶下红10g、柴胡20g、黄芪15g、夏枯草10g、川穹20g、当归20g、牡丹皮10g、川栋子20g、薏苡仁10g、川楝子5g、地榆8g、制香附20g、枳壳8g、生牡蛎25g、皂角刺15g、浙贝母10g、王不留行15g、桑寄生8g。
上述药物的制备方法如下：
（1）按照配方量称取上述原料药，加入8倍重量的冷水浸泡1-2小时后开火煎煮，先以武火烧至沸腾后再文火煎煮30分钟，过滤得一次滤液；
（2）向滤渣中继续加水600ml煎煮至沸腾后35分钟，过滤得二次滤汁；
（3）将一、二次滤汁合并加热浓缩至300ml即可。
实施例2
一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物，它是由以下重量的原料药组成：叶下红15g、柴胡25g、黄芪18g、夏枯草15g、川穹25g、当归22g、牡丹皮15g、川栋子25g、薏苡仁12g、川楝子8g、地榆10g、制香附25g、枳壳10g、生牡蛎28g、皂角刺20g、浙贝母15g、王不留行22g、桑寄生12g。
上述药物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物，它是由以下重量的原料药组成：叶下红20g、柴胡30g、黄芪20g、夏枯草20g、川穹30g、当归25g、牡丹皮20g、川栋子30g、薏苡仁15g、川楝子10g、地榆15g、制香附30g、枳壳16g、生牡蛎30g、皂角刺25g、浙贝母20g、王不留行25g、桑寄生15g。
上述药物的制备方法同实施例1。
临床试验例
1、临床资料：随机收治门诊甲状腺肿患者180例，其中男63例，女117例，平均年龄38岁。
2、诊断标准：依据西医甲状腺肿的诊断标准进行诊断。
3、治疗方法：选择实施例2制得的药物，水煎口服，一日一剂，一日两次，早晚饭后1小时各服用150ml。10天为疗程，一般1-3疗程即可治愈，重症患者需3-5个疗程可治愈。
4、疗效判定标准：
治愈 ：临床症状消失，甲状腺大小正常，一年内未见复发。
显效：临床症状消失，甲状腺肿块明显减小。
无效：甲状腺肿块未见明显变化。
5、治疗结果见下表。

6、临床典型病例
病例1：黄某某，女，35岁，颈部疼痛2个月，B 超检查见左侧甲状腺肿块为2.1厘米×2.3厘米大小，后服用本发明的药物一个疗程后，肿块明显减小至1.7厘米×1.8厘米，后继续服用本发明药物两个疗程后肿块全部消失，患者生活恢复正常。随访2年内未复发。
病例2：孙某，男，42岁，颈部疼痛2个月，经检查确诊为右侧甲状腺肿，B 超检查见右侧甲状腺肿块2. 1厘米×2. 6厘米大小，边界清楚，按之有囊性感觉。后服用本发明的药物服用三个疗程以后，症状基本消失，后继续服用一周巩固，随访1年未复发。
病例3：蔡某某，女，38岁，经检查确诊为左侧甲状腺囊肿，因不愿意手术来我院要求中药治疗。经检查发现左侧甲状腺部位有2厘米×2厘米大小肿物，边界清楚，局部有压痛，随吞咽上下活动。服用本发明药物两个疗程后，肿物明显缩小，继续服用两个疗程后，肿块消失，随访2年未复发。
病例4：李某，女，28岁，5个月前发现左颈部肿物，疼痛，B超检查可见左侧颈部大小为2.1厘米×4厘米的肿块，部分边界欠清，病灶呈环形轻度强化，双侧颈部可见多发大小不等的肿大淋巴结。后经服用本发明药物一个疗程后，肿块明显减小，后继续服用两个疗程后，临床症状全部消失。

1.一种治疗甲状腺肿的药物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量份的原料药组成：叶下红10-20份、柴胡20-30份、黄芪15-20份、夏枯草10-20份、川穹20-30份、当归20-25份、牡丹皮10-20份、川栋子20-30份、薏苡仁10-15份、川楝子5-10份、地榆8-15份、制香附20-30份、枳壳8-16份、生牡蛎25-30份、皂角刺15-25份、浙贝母10-20份、王不留行15-25份、桑寄生8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于，它是由以下重量份的原料药组成：叶下红15份、柴胡25份、黄芪18份、夏枯草15份、川穹25份、当归22份、牡丹皮15份、川栋子25份、薏苡仁12份、川楝子8份、地榆10份、制香附25份、枳壳10份、生牡蛎28份、皂角刺20份、浙贝母15份、王不留行22份、桑寄生12份。
