技术领域
本发明涉及微生物制剂技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法。
背景技术
益生菌亦称肠益菌,是指能存活于肠道的非致病性微生物,益生菌能帮助肠道内壁免受伤害,能改善因服用抗生素而产生的相关副作用,如肠胃炎、急性腹泻,也能改善乳糖不耐症的症状。益生菌正在成为人们防治疾病维护健康的重要产品,它既有见效快的近期效果,如在预防和治疗急慢性腹泻、便秘,改善肠胃功能等方面有效果;还有显著的远期效果,如通过降低人体内毒素水平、改善营养状况、帮助肝细胞生长、提高人体免疫力等,进而起到保护肝脏、辅助改善肝病症状的作用;益生菌还可以改善对于用化学、放射、免疫抑制剂治疗中的副反应导致菌群失调的症状如食欲减低、乏力、白细胞计数下降等,提高抗病能力。
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物(病毒、细菌等),处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。正常机体在免疫系统的作用下,突变的细胞会被抑制和分解。但对于免疫力低下的人群来说,由于免疫活性细胞不能识别突变细胞,致使突变细胞无序繁殖,最终导致疾病产生。因此,通过增强机体免疫力,提高人体对病原的抵抗能力已成为当今人群日益关注的一个话题。
21世纪随着经济的迅猛发展,人们生活水平和科学技术水品的不断提高,肠道健康越来越受到人们的重视。由于快节奏的生活方式和不规律的饮食习惯,患有肠道疾病的人群越来越多,据不完全统计,成人所患疾病,肠道疾病占10%左右。传统治疗肠道疾病的药物,效果明显但不能帮助肠道恢复相应功能。患有肠道疾病的人群多伴有免疫力低下症状。益生菌类产品,通过补充肠道益生菌来治疗肠道疾病,效果明显,安全性高。但目前市场上的产品仅仅是以补充益生菌为目的,在提高免疫力方面贡献并不突出,因此,开发一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌已迫在眉睫。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法,本发明的功能性益生菌,以复合活性益生菌、复合益生元和复合中药提取物为原料,经过发酵混合后制得,制备方法简单,采用简单的混合发酵设备即可完成制备,降低了生产成本,适合大批量推广。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、制备复合中药提取物,备用;
S2、将复合活性益生菌和复合益生元按照重量比1-3:1-3充分混合,得到混合物A;
S3、将复合中药提取物和混合物A按照质量比1:3-5充分混合,得到混合物B;
S4、往复合培养基内部加入混合物B,置入发酵罐内部,30-40℃密封发酵5d,得混合物C;
S5、往混合物C内部加入复合维生素,充分搅拌混合得到功能性益生菌。
进一步的,所述复合中药提取物为中药混合物经过提取得到的提取液,其中中药混合物为人参、黄芪、枸杞子、大枣、葛根、当归、茯苓、甘草、金银花、蒲公英、黄精的混合物。
进一步的,所述S1中,复合中药提取物的制备方法为:将净选、处理后的中药混合物置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6-8h,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50min后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1:8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;再加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至60-65℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min,得到的提取液即为复合中药提取物。
进一步的,所述复合益生元包括重量百分比成分:海藻糖2-5份、低聚木糖22-25份、低聚异麦芽糖4-8份、低聚果糖12-15份、低聚半乳糖0.5-2份、壳寡糖5-8份、大豆低聚糖4-7份、芦荟多糖17-20份、魔芋多糖10-14份,香菇多糖0.1-1份、灵芝多糖0.1-1份。
进一步的,所述复合活性益生菌包括以下组份:嗜酸乳杆菌1-3份、干酪乳杆菌1-3份、詹氏乳杆菌1-3份、拉曼乳杆菌1-3份、长双歧杆菌1-3份、短双歧杆菌1-3份、卵形双歧杆菌1-3份、两歧双歧杆菌1-3份、链状双歧杆菌1-3份、双歧杆菌1-3份、乳酸杆菌1-3份、乳杆菌1-3份、乳酸菌1-3份、丝状酵母菌1-3份、放线菌1-3份、嗜热双歧杆菌1-3份、革兰氏阳性球菌1-3份、链球菌1-3份、中介链球菌1-3份、醋酸杆菌1-3份、乳双歧杆菌1-3份、嗜热链球菌1-3份、乳酸乳球菌1-3份、酪酸梭菌1-3份、乳酸片球菌1-3份、红曲霉菌1-3份。
进一步的,所述复合酶包括以下组份:蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶。
进一步的,所述复合培养基为以下按重量份计的组份:蛋白胨5-10份、乙酸钠2-5份、酵母膏2-4份、柠檬酸铵0.5-2份、葡萄糖5份、大豆蛋白胨5-10份、牛肉羹2-5份、氯化钠1-5份、水1500-3000份。
进一步的,所述复合维生素为维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B4、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B9、维生素C、维生素E的混合物。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的功能性益生菌,以复合活性益生菌、复合益生元和复合中药提取物为原料,经过发酵混合后制得,制备方法简单,采用简单的混合发酵设备即可完成制备,降低了生产成本,适合大批量推广。
(2)本发明的功能性益生菌,将复合活性益生菌、复合益生元按比例配合,有助于抑制有害病菌繁殖、恢复肠道pH值,通过刺激肠道内免疫机能,将免疫活性调至正常状态,维护人体机体生态平衡,从而有效促进人体机能健康,激发、增强人体的免疫力,抵御致病菌入侵。
(3)本发明的合生元组合物既可发挥多重益生菌组成的复合益生菌的生理性细菌活性,配合复合益生元又可使益生菌作用速度快且效果持久,从而同时发挥益生菌和益生元的生理功能。
(4)本发明的益生菌能够有效抑制有害病菌在体内的繁殖,有效对抗病毒性感冒、便秘、轮状病毒、疱疹、腹泻、缓解不耐乳糖,预防生殖系统感染,增强人体免疫力,有助于抗癌和预防癌症,抑制肿瘤生长与抑制过敏性疾病。
(5)本发明中加入了复合中药提取物,复合中药提取物为中药混合物经过提取得到的提取液,其中中药混合物为人参、黄芪、枸杞子、大枣、葛根、当归、茯苓、甘草、金银花、蒲公英、黄精的混合物,其中,黄芪能增强和调节机体免疫功能,对干扰素系统有促进作用,可提高机体的抗病力;对流感病毒等多种病毒所致细胞病变有轻度抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用,有较广泛的抗菌作用;枸杞子含有18种氨基酸,其中8种氨基酸是人体必需氨基酸,含维生素也较全面和丰富,具有增强免疫功能,对人体健康极其有益。
(6)本发明加入的复合中药提取物,保留了中药中原有的活性物质,具有益气健脾、散湿除痹、抗病毒、抗疲劳、强壮身体之功效,安全无毒,能够达到调节人体肠道菌群平衡、改善肠胃功能、增强免疫力的效果.

实施例1:
一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、制备复合中药提取物,备用;
S2、将复合活性益生菌和复合益生元按照重量比1-3:1-3充分混合,得到混合物A;
S3、将复合中药提取物和混合物A按照质量比1:3-5充分混合,得到混合物B;
S4、往复合培养基内部加入混合物B,置入发酵罐内部,30-40℃密封发酵5d,得混合物C;
S5、往混合物C内部加入复合维生素,充分搅拌混合得到功能性益生菌。
复合中药提取物为中药混合物经过提取得到的提取液,其中中药混合物为人参、黄芪、枸杞子、大枣、葛根、当归、茯苓、甘草、金银花、蒲公英、黄精的混合物。
S1中,复合中药提取物的制备方法为:将净选、处理后的中药混合物置于提取罐中,加水至原料重量的10倍量以上,使原料全部浸没在水中,加热水温至60℃,浸泡6-8h,再加热至100℃以上,煎煮30-50min后,将煎煮液过滤出来,按1:8比例再加水煎煮一次,两次煎煮液合并;加水至原料重量的15-20倍,使原料全部浸没在水中,水温升至60-65℃,浸泡10-15h,再加热至100℃以上,提取50-60min,得到的提取液即为复合中药提取物。
复合益生元包括重量百分比成分:海藻糖2-5份、低聚木糖22-25份、低聚异麦芽糖4-8份、低聚果糖12-15份、低聚半乳糖0.5-2份、壳寡糖5-8份、大豆低聚糖4-7份、芦荟多糖17-20份、魔芋多糖10-14份,香菇多糖0.1-1份、灵芝多糖0.1-1份。
复合活性益生菌包括以下组份:嗜酸乳杆菌1-3份、干酪乳杆菌1-3份、詹氏乳杆菌1-3份、拉曼乳杆菌1-3份、长双歧杆菌1-3份、短双歧杆菌1-3份、卵形双歧杆菌1-3份、两歧双歧杆菌1-3份、链状双歧杆菌1-3份、双歧杆菌1-3份、乳酸杆菌1-3份、乳杆菌1-3份、乳酸菌1-3份、丝状酵母菌1-3份、放线菌1-3份、嗜热双歧杆菌1-3份、革兰氏阳性球菌1-3份、链球菌1-3份、中介链球菌1-3份、醋酸杆菌1-3份、乳双歧杆菌1-3份、嗜热链球菌1-3份、乳酸乳球菌1-3份、酪酸梭菌1-3份、乳酸片球菌1-3份、红曲霉菌1-3份。
复合酶包括以下组份:蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶和木聚糖酶。
复合培养基为以下按重量份计的组份:蛋白胨5-10份、乙酸钠2-5份、酵母膏2-4份、柠檬酸铵0.5-2份、葡萄糖5份、大豆蛋白胨5-10份、牛肉羹2-5份、氯化钠1-5份、水1500-3000份。
复合维生素为维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B4、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B9、维生素C、维生素E的混合物。

本发明的合生元组合物既可发挥多重益生菌组成的复合益生菌的生理性细菌活性,配合复合益生元又可使益生菌作用速度快且效果持久,从而同时发挥益生菌和益生元的生理功能。
本发明的益生菌能够有效抑制有害病菌在体内的繁殖,有效对抗病毒性感冒、便秘、轮状病毒、疱疹、腹泻、缓解不耐乳糖,预防生殖系统感染,增强人体免疫力,有助于抗癌和预防癌症,抑制肿瘤生长与抑制过敏性疾病。
本发明中加入了复合中药提取物,复合中药提取物为中药混合物经过提取得到的提取液,其中中药混合物为人参、黄芪、枸杞子、大枣、葛根、当归、茯苓、甘草、金银花、蒲公英、黄精的混合物,其中,黄芪能增强和调节机体免疫功能,对干扰素系统有促进作用,可提高机体的抗病力;对流感病毒等多种病毒所致细胞病变有轻度抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用,有较广泛的抗菌作用;枸杞子含有18种氨基酸,其中8种氨基酸是人体必需氨基酸,含维生素也较全面和丰富,具有增强免疫功能,对人体健康极其有益。
本发明加入的复合中药提取物,保留了中药中原有的活性物质,具有益气健脾、散湿除痹、抗病毒、抗疲劳、强壮身体之功效,安全无毒,能够达到调节人体肠道菌群平衡、改善肠胃功能、增强免疫力的效果。

1.一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、制备复合中药提取物,备用;
S2、将复合活性益生菌和复合益生元按照重量比1-3:1-3充分混合,得到混合物A;
S3、将复合中药提取物和混合物A按照质量比1:3-5充分混合,得到混合物B;
S4、往复合培养基内部加入混合物B,置入发酵罐内部,30-40℃密封发酵5d,得混合物C;
S5、往混合物C内部加入复合维生素,充分搅拌混合得到功能性益生菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强免疫力和辅助抗过敏的功能性益生菌制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合中药提取物为中药混合物经过提取得到的提取液,其中中药混合物为人参、黄芪、枸杞子、大枣、葛根、当归、茯苓、甘草、金银花、蒲公英、黄精的混合物。
